注塑模成本评估是一个涉及多方面合作的问题,将基于事例的推理(CBR)技术用于注塑模成本评估过程中。针对成本评估过程中的弱理论性,提出基于遗传算法的事例改写策略。提出了算珐的关键技术,并提出了利用三级模式事例改写模型,构造合适的适配值函数,未解决注塑模成本评估CBR系统事例改写的原理和方法。  相似文献

注塑模 CBR(基于事例的推理 )系统是借助于历史经验来指导设计决策的。在系统中 ,求解事物的相似性是最重要的一环。本文探讨了利用神经网络方法进行事例检索的途径 ,通过对 CBR系统中输入条件的编码 ,经过对神经网络的样本训练 ,最近邻法调整和人类专家调整 ,得出求解事例相似性的神经网络结构。利用此方法 ,可以对后续设计步骤提供了很好的指导  相似文献

改模知识存在描述不规范的问题,并需要从大量改模数据中推理出改模知识。在分析改模知识的基础上,提出了一种基于本体的多层知识表达与推理模型。借鉴现有的本体构建方法,定义了本体的概念、属性、关系、实例;建立了基于单层的改模知识推理规则和多层之间的改模知识推理规则,并设计了相应的推理算法。通过一个基于“批锋”缺陷的改模问题验证了基于本体的改模知识多层知识模型及其规则的正确性与可行性。  相似文献

This paper presents a practical prototype knowledge-based system, called IKMOULD, for mould design in the injection moulding process. It attempts to tackle the problem in a practical and integrative way, unlike the stand-alone and mathematical programs which have been developed in the past to solve only a part of the problem. A total quantitative and structured approach is not feasible in dealing with the complex and multirelated design problems generally involved in mould design. In this system, the computational module, the knowledge-based module and the graphic module for generating mould features are integrated within an interactive CAD-based framework. The knowledge base of the system can be accessed by mould designers through interactive programs so that their own intelligence and experience can also be incorporated with the total mould design. The approach adopted both speeds up the design process and facilitates design standardisation which in turn increases the speed of mould manufacture.  相似文献

Today, many software "plug-ins" have been developed on high-level 3D modelling platforms to facilitate processes such as FEM analysis, CAM, injection mould design, simulation and visualisation. Such an arrangement is advantageous in many ways. However, it is not without shortcomings. Ideally, these "plug-ins" could also be developed using low-level 3D kernels for higher flexibility and better portability. This paper examines the various issues and methodologies related to the development of such 3D-based applications. The emphasis is placed on the software aspect. First, a methodology for the development of 3D-based applications is proposed. The idea is then implemented by developing an injection mould design application using a low-level 3D kernel called Parasolid. Based on design concepts used in an established mould design application, IMOLD, the development of a mould base design module is illustrated. An object-oriented programming language has been chosen for the development of the software on a Windows NT platform.  相似文献

Optimum Gate Design of FreeForm Injection Mould using the Abductive Network   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
This study uses the injection position and size of the gate as the major control parameters for a simulated injection-mould. Once the injection parameters (gate size and gate position) are given, the product performance (deformation) can be accurately predicted by the abductive network developed. To avoid the numerous influencing factors, first the part-line of the parameter equation is created by an abductive network to limit the range of the gate. The optimal injection parameters can be searched for by a simulation annealing (SA) optimisation algorithm, with a performance index, to obtain a perfect part. The major purpose is searching for the optimal gate location on the part-surface, and minimising the air-trap and deformation after part formation. This study also uses a practical example which has been and proved by experiment to achieve a satisfactory result.  相似文献

An intelligent knowledge-based system for product cost modellingis presented in this paper. The developed system has the capability of selecting a material, as well as machining processes and parameters based on a set of design and production parameters; and of estimating the product cost throughout the entire product development cycle including assembly cost. The proposed system is applied without the need for detailed design information, so that it can be used at an early design stage, and, consequently, redesign cost and longer lead time can be avoided. Hybrid knowledge representation techniques, such as production rules, frame and object oriented are employed to represent manufacturing knowledge. Fuzzy logic-based knowledge representation is applied to deal with uncertainty in the knowledge of cost model to generate reliable cost estimation. This paper deals with cost modelling of both a machining component and an injection moulding component, which is a process that gives high production rates, excellent quality and accuracy of products, and low manufacturing cost. Based on the analysis of the moulded product life cycle, a computer-based cost model was developed which integrated the relationship between cost factors, product development activities, and product geometry. The estimated cost included the costs of material, mould and processing. The system has been validated through a case study.  相似文献

模具的CAD/CAE/CAM是一项重要的模具先进制造技术。借助于该技术,可以实现模具方案的分析、优化和模具设计,缩短模具的制造周期和提高产品质量;可以对产品的成型、注射工艺参数、相应的模具结构和模具的制造工艺进行设计和优化。电话机面壳属于较薄、形状复杂和表面粗糙度要求较高的塑件。首先,在模具结构设计前应进行方案的分析,选择比较合理的浇注系统和冷却系统方案;其次,在方案分析的基础上,设计模具结构;最后,导入产品实体造型,用Mastercam数控铣床加工,在软件环境内可模拟加工,及时发现工艺失误。  相似文献

针对现有的面向大规模定制的产品成本估算方法存在的缺陷和不足,提出了基于产品族结构树的定制产品成本估算方法。该方法是在产品族结构树的基础上将定制产品划分为公共零部件和个性化零部件,个性化零部件进一步分为标准件、外协件、相似件和新零件,针对不同性质的零件采用不同的成本估算方法。因此,定制产品成本估算的关键在于相似件和新零件的成本估算,其中,相似件采用基于实例的推理技术依据相似实例的成本进行估算,新零件采用基于特征的方法计算,最终确定定制产品的总成本。最后以MK2110内圆磨床为例,开发了包括成本估算功能的产品定制设计原型系统,验证了该方法的合理性。  相似文献

This paper describes the use of artificial intelligence in the process planning of plastic injection mould bases. The computer- aided process-planning system, developed for IMOLD? will extract and identify the operations required for machining. These operations are considered together with their precedence constraints and the available machines before the process plan for the mould base plate is generated. The process plan is optimised by a branch and bound based algorithm. Overall machining time has been proposed as the objective function for optimisation. The ability of this algorithm to search intelli-gently for a feasible optimised solution is illustrated by an industrial case study. A brief comparison with a genetic algor-ithm based process planning system is also made. The result of this development will allow users to optimise process plans easily for any given mould base, with options to suit dynamic changes on the manufacturing shop floor.  相似文献
