双辊铸轧过程控制是一个高度复杂的工程问题,熔池流场和温度场的稳定性直接影响着带坯的质量。研究铸轧工艺参数对流场、温度场的影响规律,对于得到厚度均匀的板带具有重要意义。基于立式双辊铸轧工艺构建了1∶1水模型实验平台和标准湍流数学模型,研究了铸轧速度、熔池接触角及浇注温度对熔池流场、液面波动及出口温度的影响。结果表明:在熔池出口附近,由于熔池体积减小而产生液体回流现象,且回流区域面积与铸轧速度近似成正比。铸轧速度越大,出口温度越高,沿板宽方向温差越小。当铸轧速度大于7.2m/min或熔池接触角小于40°时,熔池液面波动过于剧烈,会严重影响板带的质量。 相似文献

Twin-roll strip casting is regarded as a prospective technology of near net shape continuous casting. The fluid flow field and level fluctuation in the pool have a strong influence not only on composition and temperature homogeneity of pool, but also on the strip quality. A 1 : 1 water model of a twin-roll strip caster was set up based on the criteria of Froude number and Reynold number similarity. The level fluctuation was measured. The influence of pool depth, casting speed and feeding system configuration on level fluctuation in the pool was studied. The experimental results provided a basis for the optimization of feeding system and process parameters. 相似文献

在等温稳态条件下,对半固态AZ91合金浆料的晶粒密度进行了研究:在相同的剪切速率下搅拌,温度越低,固态镁合金晶粒密度越大;在相同温度条件下搅拌,随着剪切速率的增加,晶粒密度逐渐增加,当增加到一定值时,晶粒密度达到最大值,随后随着剪切速率的增加,晶粒密度减小,即随着剪切速率的变化,存在一个最佳剪切速率,使得晶粒密度最大。分析了搅拌时间对晶粒密度的影响,说明半固态浆料的搅拌时间不宜过长。同时还进行了在金属型中成形与水淬的半固态镁合金试样晶粒密度的比较,并得到了相似的规律。该结果为半固态AZ91合金压铸过程的数值模拟及进一步的试验研究提供了有用的数据。 相似文献

Semi-solid AZ91D magnesium alloy was investigated in isothermal steady-state condition. The influence of stirring technological parameters such as stirring temperature and shear rate to apparent viscosity of semi-solid alloy slurry was discussed. Apparent viscosity increases with stirring temperature decreases at the same shear rate. At the same stirring temperature, apparent viscosity decreases rapidly at first with shear rate increases, and then apparent viscosity decreases slowly with shear rate increases, when shear rate reaches a certain value, apparent viscosity appears tiny increase. According to the experimental data, the relation between solid volume fraction and apparent viscosity of semi-solid AZ9l D alloy at shear rate 238 s- 1 is fitted by regression method, it supplies useful data to the numerical simulation of semi-solid AZ91D alloy die casting process. 相似文献

镁合金半固态材料成形与浆料制备工艺研究 总被引:9,自引:1,他引:9
由一对带有螺纹的内外桶的旋转,在其间的缝隙形成剧烈的剪切应力场的作用原理自行研制的镁合金浆料制备装置。内外桶缝隙控制在1~3mm。通过控制桶的转速可以获得0~100s^-1剪切速率,剪切时的温度在50~900℃之间任意调节。通过计算分析:AZ91合金的半固态流变成形温度区间为550~590℃,同时得到了,AZ91合金的固相体积分数fs(固相率)随温度变化的关系曲线。此外还确定了转速与剪切速率的关系。在温度为570℃,固相体积分数为0.41时,不同的剪切速率条件下镁合金浆料制备与压铸的实验结果表明:利用该装置制备出的半固态浆料晶粒圆整,组织均匀,并随着剪切速率的提高固相颗粒更加细小均匀。 相似文献
