中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司化工一厂乙烯装置新区采用汽化碳五做裂解炉底部燃料。乙烯装置第二轮改扩建完成后,由于原油来源多样化,使裂解原料的品质改变,造成裂解碳五产品中双烯烃含量增加。碳五双烯烃在碳五汽化系统一定的操作压力、温度下,发生聚合反应,生成高聚物.堵塞燃料系统,使乙烯装置新区燃料系统运行状况恶化。 相似文献

针对国内外弹药战斗部增材制造技术,按照增材制造的技术特点和应用方向,综述了增材制造技术在弹药战斗部领域应用的研究现状。首先介绍了增材制造技术原理和主流增材制造方式;其次分别阐述了战斗部装药、典型战斗部(侵爆、杀爆、破甲)的毁伤元结构增材制造的研究进展情况,并进一步分析了当前该技术研究所面临的基础问题,如装药的安全性、复杂形状装药、高精度装药等炸药装药问题,以及壳体复杂异形结构加工难、成型精度低及成本过高等壳体(毁伤元)制造问题;最后对其未来发展提出了异形、高精度、安全性装药制造,弹药战斗部壳体与炸药装药一体化成型等展望,为我国弹药战斗部的增材制造技术研究提供借鉴。附参考文献84篇。 相似文献

通过分析金属柱壳在内部炸药滑移爆轰作用下的动力学响应,建立了爆轰产物压力与壳体径向膨胀位移、材料动态屈服强度之间的关系式。基于Taylor假定确定了壳体完全破裂时爆轰产物压力的阈值。以两种具有相近格尼系数的RDX基含铝炸药为例,对该模型的适用性进行了验证。结果表明,相同壳体下,与无硝酸酯的RDX基含铝炸药相比,含硝酸酯的RDX基含铝炸药的驱动能量利用率具有明显优势。当壳体材料动态屈服强度从0.2GPa增至0.8GPa时,其有效作功能的相对增量约从7.5%迅速增大至15.2%,符合战斗部实际应用中的趋势,表明该分析模型可用于非理想炸药驱动作功性能的综合评价。 相似文献

为验证增材制造技术在周向MEFP战斗部领域应用的可行性,利用激光选区熔化(SLM)3D打印技术制备了以316L不锈钢为材料的壳-罩一体式周向MEFP战斗部,并开展了仿真和静爆试验研究。结果表明,3D打印316L不锈钢壳体在起爆后可以形成独立的多EFP毁伤元,其速度在1848~2112m/s之间,并能够在1.68m范围内保持完整的形态;受EFP自身速度梯度和药型罩材料延展率低的影响,多EFP毁伤元在2.7m范围外会出现不同程度的破碎;增材制造技术为周向MEFP战斗部的研究和制备提供了一种可行的途径,其打印精度完全能够满足战斗部设计需求,具有十分可观的应用前景。 相似文献

The effects of processing temperature and bis‐[γ‐(triethoxysilyl)‐propyl]‐tetrasulfide (Si69) on crystallization, morphology, and mechanical properties of styrene‐butadiene rubber (SBR)/trans‐1,4‐polyisoprene (TPI) vulcanizate are investigated. The crystallinity and crystalline melting temperature (Tm) of TPI in the vulcanizates with TPI/silica/(Si69) pre‐mixed at 150 °C are much lower than that pre‐mixed at 80 °C. At the same pre‐mixing temperature, the presence of 1 phr Si69 leads to a decreased crystallinity and Tm. The TPI domains with phase size of about 1 μm and silica are well dispersed in the vulcanizate, and TPI crystals get smaller in size and less in amount by pre‐mixing TPI, silica and Si69 at 150 °C. The vulcanizates with TPI/silica/(Si69) pre‐mixed at 150 °C have decreased tensile strength and modulus at a given extension than that pre‐mixed at 80 °C. At the same pre‐mixing temperature, the tensile strength and modulus of the vulcanizate increase with the addition of 1 phr Si69. The crystallinity of TPI component in SBR/TPI vulcanizate is effectively controlled by changing processing temperature and adding Si69, which is important for theoretical research and practical application of TPI. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 为优化高炉燃料结构和降低生产成本,从半焦的基础性能、工艺性质、喷吹效果等方面论述了中低温热解半焦作为高炉喷吹燃料的研究现状,分析了半焦替代喷吹煤粉后存在的主要问题,提出了改善半焦性能的途径和建议。现有中低温热解半焦的煤质特征和多数工艺性质满足高炉喷吹要求,但其可磨性与燃烧性能波动较大,需区别对待。随着半焦添加比例的增加,混煤的燃烧和可磨性能总体呈下降趋势。提出应通过热解过程控制、与其他燃料共热解、催化燃料等方式改善低温干馏半焦性能,增加廉价燃料在喷吹燃料中所占比例,降低高炉炼铁成本。 相似文献

固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)被誉为21世纪最具有发展潜力的能源材料之一,它的热效率高、燃料的适应性强,能很好地满足区域供电、供热的需要,具有重要的经济和社会意义。本文综述了SOFC电解质的研究进展,指出在诸多的电解质材料中,尽管氧化铋系电解质拥有最高的电导率,但由于其化学稳定性很差,难以获得广泛的应用;氧化钇全稳定的氧化锆(YSZ)由于其中低温的电导率较低,只适用于高温SOFC;稀土掺杂的氧化铈和LaGaO3钙钛矿材料拥有较高的中低温电导率,性质较为稳定,是适用于中低温SOFC的电解质材料。 相似文献

Experimental tests in an entrained flow gasifier have been carried out in order to evaluate the effect of the biomass particle size and the space residence time on the gasifier performance and the producer gas quality. Three types of biomass fuels (grapevine pruning and sawdust wastes, and marc of grape) and a fossil fuel (a coal-coke blend) have been tested. The results obtained show that a reduction in the fuel particle size leads to a significant improvement in the gasification parameters. The thermochemical characterisation of the resulting char-ash residue shows a sharp increase in the fuel conversion for particles below 1 mm diameter, which could be adequate to be used in conventional entrained flow gasifiers. Significant differences in the thermochemical behaviour of the biomass fuels and the coal-coke blend have been found, especially in the evolution of the H2/CO ratio with the space time, mainly due to the catalytic effect of the coal-coke ash. The reaction temperature and the space time have a significant effect on the H2/CO ratio (the relative importance of each of these parameters depending on the temperature), this value being independent of the fuel particle size. 相似文献

The effect of fuel to oxidizer ratio on the crystallite size and the physical properties of cobalt and nickel ferrite samples synthesized by solution combustion method using glycine as fuel are reported. Powder X-ray diffraction studies indicate that pure nanocrystalline ferrite phase is formed when the fuel to oxidizer ratio is less than one. The crystallite size can also be controlled by controlling the fuel to oxidizer ratio. The Mössbauer and Raman studies on the sample prepared at F/O 0.6 indicate that high quality samples having inverse or mixed spinel structure can be prepared by solution combustion method. Room temperature magnetization curves of the samples prepared under fuel lean condition have a systematic trend of coercivity with increasing crystallite size. 相似文献
