长期以来人工影响天气作业用37高炮用弹量计数采用的是人工纪录上报的方式,这种统计方式较为繁琐和落后。特别是近年来河南省人影作业期逐年增长、用弹量逐渐增大,这对高炮用弹量信息采集准确性和时效性的要求越来越高。随着声学技术的发展,语音识别算法不断改进,识别准确度越来越高,应用的行业也越来越多。同时,气象行业信息化水平也不断提高,能够自动采集高炮作业信息的声级采集仪研发成功,使得自动采集并传输作业信息成为可能。将传统的声级采集仪结合先进的语音识别算法,能够克服环境噪音,提高声级采集仪的准确性,这为实现自动采集人影作业高炮信息提供了新的方案。  相似文献

The evolution of robust speech recognition systems that maintain a high level of recognition accuracy in difficult and dynamically-varying acoustical environments is becoming increasingly important as speech recognition technology becomes a more integral part of mobile applications. In distributed speech recognition (DSR) architecture the recogniser's front-end is located in the terminal and is connected over a data network to a remote back-end recognition server. The terminal performs the feature parameter extraction, or the front-end of the speech recognition system. These features are transmitted over a data channel to the remote back-end recogniser. DSR provides particular benefits for the applications of mobile devices such as improved recognition performance compared to using the voice channel and ubiquitous access from different networks with a guaranteed level of recognition performance. A feature extraction algorithm integrated into the DSR system is required to operate in real-time as well as with the lowest possible computational costs.In this paper, two innovative front-end processing techniques for noise robust speech recognition are presented and compared, time-domain based frame-attenuation (TD-FrAtt) and frequency-domain based frame-attenuation (FD-FrAtt). These techniques include different forms of frame-attenuation, improvement of spectral subtraction based on minimum statistics, as well as a mel-cepstrum feature extraction procedure. Tests are performed using the Slovenian SpeechDat II fixed telephone database and the Aurora 2 database together with the HTK speech recognition toolkit. The results obtained are especially encouraging for mobile DSR systems with limited sizes of available memory and processing power.  相似文献

This paper describes recent developments at NTT in the areas of speech recognition, speech synthesis, and interactive voice systems as they relate to telecommunications applications. Speaker-independent largevocabulary speech recognition based on context-dependent phone models and LR parser, and high-quality text-to-speech (TTS) conversion using the waveform concatenation method, both realized as software, have enabled interactive voice systems for fast and easy prototyping of telephone-based applications. 采用SoPC方法,实现了基于动态时间规整(DTW)算法的孤立词语音识别系统,该系统可以作为电器系统的语音命令控制模块使用。考虑嵌入式系统的特点,对端点检测算法和模式匹配算法进行了选择和调整。实验表明,该语音识别系统运行速度和识别准确性能够适应语音控制的要求。SoPC设计方式灵活,适合对系统进行改进升级。  相似文献

近年来,现代信息技术进入高速发展的阶段,新的研究成果出现的同时也带来了新的难题和挑战,其中,对人工智能的研究应用到了人们生活和生产的各个方面,给社会生活带来了巨大的改变。在人工智能识别中的语音识别研究一直是重点研究项目,虽然基于人工神经网络引入声学理论的研究,让语音识别智能化的效率和准确率大大提高,但是随着对语音识别需求的增多,仍然出现了一些不足。因此需要基于大数据和深度学习,对语音识别进行改善和深入研究,本文通过探讨语言智能识别的现状,用基于大数据和深度学习的方法,改善语音识别中的语音提取,声音模拟和识别判断等,有效提高语音识别技术的发展。  相似文献

Recent advances in technology have led to the availability of powerful speech recognizers at low cost and to the possibility of using speech interaction in a variety of new and exciting practical applications. The purpose of this research was to investigate and develop the use of speech recognition in live television subtitling. This paper describes how the SpeakTitle project met the challenges of real time speech recognition and live subtitling through the development of a customisable speaker interface and use of Topics for specific subject domains. In the prototype system (described in Hewitt et al., 2000; Bateman et al., 2001) output from the speech recognition system (the IBM ViaVoice® engine) is passed in to a custom-built editor from where it can be corrected and passed on to an existing subtitling system. The system was developed to the extent that it was acceptable for the production of subtitles for live television broadcasts and it has been adopted by three subtitle production facilities in the UK.The evolution of the product and the experiences of users in developing the system in a live subtitling environment are considered, and the system is analysed against industry standards. Ease-of-use and accuracy are also discussed and further research areas are identified.  相似文献

Many people with disabilities do not have the dexterity necessary to control a joystick on an electric wheelchair. Moreover, they have difficulty to avoid obstacles. The aim of this work is to implement a multi-modal system to control the movement of an Electric wheelchair using small vocabulary word recognition system and a set of sensors to detect and avoid obstacles. The methodology adopted is based on grouping a microcontroller with a speech recognition development kit for isolated word from a dependent speaker and a set of sensors. In order to gain in time design, tests have shown that it would be better to choose a speech recognition kit and to adapt it to the application. 对利用基因算法训练连续隐马尔柯夫模型的语音识别的具体算法进行系统的研究;然后基于该语音识别技术对深圳市司法局社区矫正声纹识别系统进行详细设计。该系统上线后的运行结果表明,利用基因算法训练连续隐马尔柯夫模型的语音识别算法的识别速度较快同时具有较高的识别率。基于模式识别技术的司法社区矫正声纹识别系统建设在我国司法系统目前尚处于起步阶段,推广和建设司法社区矫正声纹识别系统具有重要的现实意义。  相似文献

随着三维仿真技术的不断发展,简单的人机交互方式已经不能满足人们对仿真环境真实感和沉浸感的要求。针对于此,提出了将基于SpeechSDK5.1的语音识别技术应用到三维仿真平台的构想,分析了SpeechSDK5.1的工作原理,着重研究了其语音识别接口,对将语音识别应用到三维仿真程序中的可能性和关键技术进行了研究。提出了一种实现动态词汇识别的方法,并通过一个简单的实例展示了实现这类技术的框架和方法,对设计有语音识别功能的三维仿真程序有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

随着语音识别研究的深入,提高通用识别引擎的精度变得越来越困难。但对具体的语音识别任务,结合相应的背景,采取相应的措施,有可能达到很理想的识别精度。在已知语音输入为某有限集元素之一的情形,利用文本在发音上的相似度可以大大提高识别的精度。本文对原有文本相似度的定义进行了改进与完善,并就其在语音识别任务中的作用进行了深入的研究。  相似文献

While speech recognition technology has long held the potential for improving the effectiveness of military operations, it has only been within the last several years that speech systems have enabled the realization of that potential. Commercial speech recognition technology developments aimed at improving robustness for automotive and cellular phone applications have capabilities that can be exploited in various military systems. This paper discusses the results of two research efforts directed toward applying commercial-off-the-shelf speech recognition technology in the military domain. The first effort discussed is the development and evaluation of a speech recognition interface to the Theater Air Planning system responsible for the generation of air tasking orders in a military Air Operations Center. The second effort examined the utility of speech versus conventional manual input for tasks performed by operators in an unmanned aerial vehicle control station simulator. Both efforts clearly demonstrate the military benefits obtainable from the proper application of speech technology.  相似文献

Due to the increase in globalization, communication between different countries has become more and more frequent. Language barriers are the most important issues in communication. Machine translation is limited to texts, and cannot be an adequate substitute for oral communication. In this study, a speech recognition and translation system based on embedded technology was developed for the purpose of English speech recognition and translation. The system adopted the Hidden Markov Model (HMM) and Windows CE operating system. Experiments involving English speech recognition and EnglishChinese translation found that the accuracy of the system in identifying English speech was about 88%, and the accuracy rate of the system in translating English to Chinese was over 85%. The embedded technology-based English speech recognition and translation system demonstrated a level of high accuracy in speech identification and translation, demonstrating its value as a practical application. 随着人脸识别技术的开发,对于如何提高人脸表情智能识别改进技术的研究也越来越多;如何提高人脸识别的准确度和完整度是当前发展的主要需要,而计算机云计算功能在人脸识别中的应用在一定程度上解决了此问题;通过改进细菌觅食算法,再将其应用到主要成分分析算法对图像基本特征进行提取分析;通过以上的算法输入计算机网络云储存当中,实现云计算技术在人脸识别中的应用;文章将通过对于算法部署函数的办法进行图片解析工作,并且利用智能人脸识别软件对图像进行抽丝、分类、匹配等工作进行功能状态进行测试;实验结果表明利用云计算技术通过连接网络云计算系统可以对目前的人脸识别以及分类做到更高的准确性和适应性。  相似文献
