生产计划的编制是炼油化工企业生产经营管理中的一个关键环节,然而由于市场变化的不确定性,使得企业的长远规划制定受到限制,笔者将模糊数学应用于炼厂生产计划的编制,通过模糊规划对炼油企业生产计划进行优化,使编得的生产计划在一定程度上反映市场的变化并使企业的生产效益最优,为企业管理决策者进行长期规划给予指导,给出了实例来说明该方法的可行性。 相似文献

我国石油产品需求的增长高于原油产量的增加,原油进口量持续增加,炼油工业的发展受到资源短缺的制约.适当适时扩大我国原油加工能力是解决油品供需矛盾的有效途径.本文以一个8 Mt/a的新建燃料型炼油厂设计实践为例,阐明了炼油厂生产规模及布局,通过优化原油配置,使原油品种、特性与加工装置结构、产品需求结构匹配,采用清洁生产方法生产环境友好产品,实现石油化工产业的可持续发展. 相似文献

Abstract In this work, the optimal petroleum refinery topology is formulated as a conceptual process synthesis problem using the superstructure optimization approach. We begin with the development of a state–task network (STN)-based superstructure representation that is sufficiently rich to encompass all possible topology alternatives of a conventional oil refinery. Subsequently, a biobjective mixed-integer linear program (MILP) of maximization of profit and minimization of environmental impacts is formulated according to the constructed superstructure. Then, based on a given set of fixed amounts of desired products with available crude oil, the model is solved to generate an optimal topology. The proposed optimization framework also incorporates principles from life cycle analysis (LCA) to account for potential environmental impacts. A numerical example is illustrated to implement the modeling approach. 相似文献

With the combination between system simulation and virtual reality,we have established an integrated virtual refinery simulation platform,and analyzed the overall design and principal architecture.This paper introduces a simulation algorithm about a refinery based on virtual reality,and explains how the algorithm can be applied to the virtual refinery integrated simulation platform in detail.The virtual refinery simulation platform,which consists of a three-dimensional scene system,an integrated database system and a dynamic-static simulation system,has many applications,such as dynamic-static simulation of key process unit used as process control and oil tank blending simulation for scheduling.With the visualization and human-computer interaction for acquiring production and process data,this platform can provide effective supports on staff training related with monitoring,control and operation in refinery.Virtual refinery can also be web published through the internet and it is helpful for the distance training and education. 相似文献

Abstract This work proposes a two-stage stochastic programming model with fixed recourse via scenario analysis with incorporation of risk management for an optimal midterm refinery planning that addresses three factors of uncertainties: prices of crude oil and saleable products (in the objective function), product demands (in the RHS coefficients), and product yields (in the LHS coefficients). Compensating slack variables and “discrepancy costs” are employed to explicitly account for constraints' violations to increase model tractability. Variance is adopted as the risk measure, with its shortcomings highlighted and mean-absolute deviation proposed as an improved alternative. A representative numerical example is illustrated. 相似文献

广州分公司采用电阻探针和挂片探针两种在线腐蚀监测技术对Ⅱ蒸馏装置的三项轻油部位进行监测,测试结果与三顶冷凝水分析结果相对照,证实与设备实际腐蚀状况基本一致,说明合理使用电阻探针和挂片探针是有效的腐蚀监测手段。同时,对电阻探针的测量误差进行了分析论证。 相似文献
