This paper is to study a maturity model of project management capability for a large aircraft main manufacturer using a capability maturity model and an organizational project management maturity model.First,we build the project management capability maturity level,its features,key process areas and best practices to provide a clear goal and path for the development of project management capability.Secondly,we set a project management capability evaluation index system according to the project management processes and key process areas.Moreover,we use the fuzzy mathematical theory to evaluate the project management capability maturity level.Finally,the large aircraft main manufacturer can choose the best practices based on the evaluation of the maturity level so as to reach the purpose of improving project management capability of the main manufacturer gradually.  相似文献

The architecture of project management of distributed concurrent product design in a virtual enterprise is put forward. The process of project management and its functions are presented. Product design process coordination is also discussed. First, based on the analysis of traditional project management, project management and coordination of distributed cooperative product design in the virtual enterprise is put forward. Then, aiming at the characteristics of a distributed concurrent product design process, the inherent rules and complex interrelations in product development are studied. Accordingly, the architecture of project management of distributed cooperative product design in a virtual enterprise is presented to adapt to distributed concurrent development of complex products. The main advantages of the architecture are also discussed. Finally, the emphasis is placed on the project management process. Its main functions are set forth, such as projectdefinition, task decomposition and distribution, resource cortstraints and dynamic resource scheduling, process fusion, task scheduling and monitoring, project plan, cost and quality evaluation, etc.  相似文献

As is known,widespread fatigue damage ( WFD) is a common phenomenon of aging aircraft being a negative impact on safety and reliability. The current FAR 25. 571( b) requires that"An LOV ( Limit of Validity) must be established,during which it is demonstrated that widespread fatigue damage will not occur in the aircraft structures". The FAA issued AC 91-82A in August 2011 providing guidance on developing and implementing a Fatigue Management Program ( FMP) system to address in-service issues for metallic fatigue critical structures. This action brings new challenges to aircraft manufacturers in China. This paper introduces the problem of widespread fatigue damage including the MSD( multiple site damage) and MED( multiple element damage) and the differences between them and the steps to establish the LOV / ELOV( Extended limit of validity) . Authors in this paper is also proposing some management indicators to control WFD during the design phase and maintenance. Developing and implementing the management indicators to address WFD which are involved in the FMP system may provide guidance on the estimation and management to address WFD for present and future aircraft. Finally,some suggestions are put forward to provide the theoretical basis for large civil aircraft design and airworthiness.  相似文献

To improve the enterprise resource utilization and shorten the cycle of the whole project portfolio,a scheduling model based on Design Structure Matrix ( DSM) is built. By setting the project activity weight index system and calculating the activity weight for the project portfolio,the constraint relationship between project portfolio information and resource utilization,as the two dimensions of the DSM,are fully reflected in the schedule model to determine the order of these activities of project portfolio. The three-dimensional damage constitutive relationship of coal is established and distribution law of the abutment pressure of the integrated coal beside the road-in packing for gob-side entry retaining in fully-mechanized caving face under the effect of given deformation of the main roof is analyzed by the damage mechanics theory. And the relationship between distribution of the abutment pressure and thickness of coal seam is explored. The presented result is of great theoretical significance and practical value to the study on stability control of the surrounding rock of road-in packing for gob-side entry retaining in fully-mechanized caving face.  相似文献

Wind energy is a kind of clean renewable energy, which is also relatively mature in technology, with large-scale development conditions and prospect for the commercialization. Wind energy’s development and utilization is an important measure to increase energy supply, adjust energy structure, ensure energy security, protect the ecological environment, reduce greenhouse gas emission and build a harmonious society. Wind energy is a kind of clean renewable energy, which is also relatively mature in technology, with large-scale development conditions and prospect for the commercialization. The development of wind energy is a systematic project, involving policy, law, technology, economy, society, environment, education and other aspects. The relationship among all the aspects should be well treated and coordinated. This paper has discussed the following relationships which should be well coordinated: relationship between wind resources and wind energy development, relationship between the wind turbine generator system and the components, relationship between wind energy technology and wind energy industry, relationship between off-grid wind power and grid-connected wind power, relationship between wind farm and the power grid, relationship between onshore wind power and offshore wind power, relationship between wind energy and other energies, relationship between technology introduction and self-innovation, relationship among foreign-funded, joint ventured and domestic-funded enterprises and relationship between the government guidance and the market regulation, as well as giving out some suggestions.  相似文献

The main equations for computing the unsteady aerodynamics of the aircraft undergoing the travelling gust are derived. Research and simulation on a specific example aircraft are performed, the results indicate that the modeling technique of the aircraft unsteady aerodynamics is correct, and it can meet the requirements due to the head-on and tail-on travelling gusts.  相似文献

The main phase transition temperature of a lipid membrane, which is vital for its biomedical applications such as controllable drug release, can be regulated by encapsulating hydrophobic nanoparticles into the membrane. However, the exact relationship between surface properties of the encapsulating nanoparticles and the main phase transition temperature of a lipid membrane is far from clear. In the present work we performed coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulations to meet this end. The results show the surface roughness of nanoparticles and the density of surface-modifying molecules on the nanoparticles are responsible for the regulation. Increasing the surface roughness of the nanoparticles increases the main phase transition temperature of the lipid membrane, whereas it can be decreased in a nonlinear way via increasing the density of surface-modifying molecules on the nanoparticles. The results may provide insights for understanding recent experimental studies and promote the applications of nanoparticles in controllable drug release by regulating the main phase transition temperature of lipid vesicles.  相似文献

This study relies on the project about Jining to Tongliao railway electrification reconstruction project. The dynamic simulation model of the pantograph-OCS(overhead contact system) suitable for Jitong project is designed, according to the corresponding numerical calculation method and workflow. Firstly, We establish the pantograph and catenary′s BIM models, and the parameters related to the dynamic simulation of the pantograph system are attached to the BIM model. Then, the BIM model is transformed into a mechanical analysis model, which is input into the dynamic simulation software of pantograph-OCS. The rationality of the design scheme of the pantograph system is verified through simulation.  相似文献

Qinshan Phase Ⅲ (PHWR) Nuclear Power Plant, the first commercial heavy water reactor nuclear power plant in China, was the biggest trade project performed between the governments of China and Canada. As the owner, the Third Qinshan Nuclear Power Company (TQNPC) persisted in independent innovation management during the project construction, commissioning and selfdependent operation, efficiently realizing the three controls of the project, i.e. quality control, schedule control and investment control, and persisted in technical improvement on the basis of digestion and absorption of CANDU6 technology to improve the unit safety and reliability. The project construction practice has helped China’s nuclear power project management to becomeprogrammed, computerized, standardized and internationalized management from the existing basis. After completion of the project, with unit safe and steady operation as the prerequisite, TQNPC performed several technical modifications and innovations to continuously improve the unit performance. In the area of staff development, TQNPC paid much attention to cultivation of corporate culture, strengthed staff training and built up a good circulating mechanism with staff training and project construction promoting each other. Further to “Zero Breakthrough” and a new step forward of locolization successfully realized in Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant and Nuclear Power Qinshan Joint Venture Company, the improvement and developemnt of nuclear power project management level in Qinshan Phase Ⅲ (PHWR) Nuclear Power Plant provided reference for promotion of nuclear power development in China and standardized management of introducing large imported project.  相似文献

This paper investigates agency relationship composed by different risk preference between original equipment manufacturer( OEM) and contract manufacturer( CM). The quality level of contractor CM has a significant influence to market demand,and also influences mutual benefits. To improve the level of quality,contractor has to pay the cost price and the effort,which are not observed and private information,so in this agency relationship there may exist adverse selection and moral hazard. OEM designs menu-driven contractual mechanisms to encourage contractor. In this contractual mechanism,contractor takes initiative to reveal its own effort cost information and maximize mutual profits. This paper set up Stackerlberg game model dominated by OEM,then it gives contract parameters through solving the model and it also analyzes property of incentive contract.  相似文献

Phenomenological Anisotropic Study of Surface Finish in Pack Rolling   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
A phenomenological anisotropic model has been presented for the surface roughness modeling of pack rolling. The model is an assembly of grains in different orientations and sizes. The grain size is assumed to be in log-normal distribution. To model the macro anisotropic mechanical behavior of the grains induced by the slip deformation, the grains are assumed as isolated anisotropic units. The units have different mechanic behavior, and depend on the crystallographic orientations and the external loading as well as the interaction of the adjunctive grains. In the paper, the material properties of the grains are assumed as uniform distributions. The roughness of the contact surfaces depends on the distribution types and the scatters of the distributions. It is found that the initial roughness of the contact surfaces has a little influence on the surface roughness when the rolling deformation is large. The comparison between the phenomenological model and crystallographic model shows that the phenomenological model can also give out a reasonable result, while it only takes much less CPU time. The agreement between the single sheet model and the pack rolling model shows that in a certain degree the pack rolling model can be replaced by the single sheet model to decrease the CPU time.  相似文献

Based on analyzing the structure of cloud design resource system and the features of cloud design resources, the similarity between those are further dis cussed through the ecological system elements and features. This paper presents the coucept of general and sensitive dimension,and also proposes the calculation formula of the general dimension least squares method.By calculating and analyzing the power spectrum and general dimension grom the fault sample,the relationship is achieved between sample status and the general simension from vibration signals of the equipment so as to provide reference to fault diagnosis.Furthermore,a correlation function of general dimension is proposed,and calculations are carried out for a monitor signal and samples signal.The diagnosis method based on fractal theory is effective through the concrete examples of the steam-electric generating set fault diagnosis,and the correlation coefficient of general dimension between a monitor signal and samples signal can improve the accuracy for fault diagnosis.  相似文献

The paper proposes a projected management method to organize,select and rolling configure the projects for multiple strategic stages. We illustrate the definitions of project portfolio rolling benefits,gain of resources and risk accumulation according to the correspondence between project life cycle and phased strategy scenarios. A heuristic-genetic algorithm has been designed to optimize the configuration model at the same time.The rolling configuration model and optimization algorithm are proved effectively by testing the case study of Y enterprise through the Matlab simulation.  相似文献

Risk evaluation is one of the important elements of international engineering project management. The risk factors of international engineering projects are systematically analyzed from multiple dimension features of the projects. The muhilayer evaluation index system for the international engineering project risk assessment is proposed and constructed, which consists of 8 I-grade indexes and 24 II-grade indexes as policy risk, market risk, resource risk, and technical scheme risk, schedule risk, funding risk, personnel risk and management risk. And then the self-evaluation and benchmarking evaluation methods are applied to evaluate the international engineering project risk, and established the corresponding mathematical models. Project portfolio management is proved to be remarkable for an enterprise to attain competences. When selecting project portfolios,enterprises are willing to know which one has the largest return on investment rate when realizing enterprise strategy. A methodology for project portfolio ranking by adopting the concept of Strategic Contribution Efficiency( SCE) is proposed. SCE acts as the measure that demonstrates what degree a project portfolio would contribute to enterprise strategy at specific cost. Evaluation criteria are established according to the practical requirements of enterprises. Data Envelope Analysis( DEA) is combined with fuzzy set to calculate SCE and the ranking,which takes project portfolio as a whole rather than evaluates individual projects separately and considers information imprecision at the same time. At last,a numerical example is illustrated the specific process of project portfolio ranking based on SCE,from the portfolio generation to analysis,and the efficiency of proposed model is verified.  相似文献

Based on the individual level,influencing factors of stakeholders knowledge sharing behavior in aircraft product development are discussed,which are participant degree,sharing intention,and sharing capability.And the relationship of these factors between explicit knowledge sharing behavior and tacit knowledge sharing behavior are analyzed theoretically,some assumptions are put forward,and a theorittcal study model is established.Then,using a structural equation model,the assumptions are validated through principal component analysis and model fitting for 215 sample data.Lastly,the conclusion is gained that participant degree,sharing intention,and sharing capability all have a significant positive effect on the explicit knowledge sharing behavior and tacit knowledge sharing behavior in aircraft product development.  相似文献
