（上接2008年第6期48页）7基准干扰条件 7.1概述 在第6节中给出的管理电压是以干扰情况作为参考条件。干扰情况必须同时满足实时出现（出现的概率不能太低）和最恶劣情况两个条件。对于施感设备,基准干扰条件通常使用施感参数（相关方法的电流、电压、长度等）的最大值。根据以上情况,本建议书只给出基准干扰条件的指导性原则。

1范围本建议书所述的标准用于确定需要进行研究的电力与电信设备情况和安装条件,在这些条件下,管理电压适用于由下述电力系统对电信系统造成的电磁干扰：交流电力系统、直流电力系统、交流牵引系统、直流牵引系统。其成因为下述物理现象：感应耦合、电导耦合、电容耦合。     

Digital Bandlimiting Filters for P.C.M. Transmission Systems

Bandlimiting filtering is required at the input to p.c.m. transmission and switching systems to prevent aliasing. The required filtering can be performed by a combination of analog and digital filters or by analog filters alone. This paper discusses a combination of a simple analog filter and digital filter suitable for Large Scale Integration. Both recursive and transversal digital filters are considered each in a variety of realizations. The realizations include two filters which exploit the companded nature of the p.c.m. code by using logarithmic signal processing to simplify multiplication. Comparisons are made between the realizations and the most suitable types for Large Scale Integration are found to be a recursive look-up table filter and a transversal logarithmic filter.

New Telecommunication Systems Under Development in France

This paper presents a review of the main telecommunications systems now under development in France. First, it gives the general objectives, the basic options, and the general design of the new electronic switching system E. 1 defined by CNET, with the principal characteristics of the E.10 and E.12 variants, and general planning of studies and development in process in this field. Then a summary of the new transmission systems under development such as digital systems on cables, radio relays, or circular waveguide, as well as analog systems, including submarine and space systems is given. Finally, some considerations are given to the increasing use of information processing for the telecommunication network, and to the development of specialized networks for new kinds of information.

An Evaluation of Scenario Notations and Construction Approaches for Telecommunication Systems Development

The elicitation, modeling and analysis of requirements have consistently been one of the main challenges during the development of complex systems. Telecommunication systems belong to this category of systems due to the worldwide distribution and the heterogeneity of today's telecommunication networks. Scenarios and use cases have become popular for capturing and analyzing requirements. However, little research has been done that compares different approaches and assesses their suitability for the telecommunications domain. This paper defines evaluation criteria and then reviews fifteen scenario notations. In addition, twenty-six approaches for the construction of design models from scenarios are briefly compared.
