根据串联补偿器(TCSC)、晶闸管控制移相器(TCPST)和统一潮流控制器(UPFC)的工作原理,从交流和直流潮流的视角建立了潮流计算和最优负荷削减模型,采用状态枚举法在RBTS可靠性测试系统中进行分析和验证,结果表明采用交流潮流模型能更准确评估FACTS元件对系统可靠性的影响;而直流潮流模型计算耗时较少,且当节点电压约束不是刚性约束时,所得结果与交流潮流模型结果相近. 相似文献

统一潮流控制器(Unified Power Flow Controller, UPFC)接入交流系统将改变传输线的潮流,进而对距离保护产生重要的影响。为了研究UPFC的接入对线路距离保护的影响,文章建立了UPFC直流侧电压的暂态数学模型,进而推导出在UPFC存在时阻抗元件的测量阻抗表达式。通过定量分析测量阻抗在阻抗复平面上的轨迹变化,发现UPFC的串联侧注入电压改变阻抗元件的动作边界。为了减小UPFC对距离保护性能的影响,提出了距离保护的偏移圆特性,并配合功率方向元件构成完整的距离保护方案。在MATLAB/Simulink中建立UPFC系统模型,仿真结果表明,与基于广义回归神经网络的自适应保护方案相比,所提出的距离保护方案具有更高的可靠性、选择性和灵敏度。 相似文献

The advancement of power electronics technologies has significantly developed the power system stabilizing controllers. Quantitative as well as qualitative evaluation of their effectiveness in power systems is a matter of great importance for the feasibility investigation of these apparatus. In this paper, the possible control region of FACTS controllers with series and/or shunt configuration in a single machine to infinite bus system is formulated in the powerangle curve with a set of algebraic equations. The effectiveness of TCPST (Thyristor‐Controlled Phase Shifting Transformer), SSSC (Static Synchronous Series Compensator), and TCSC (Thyristor‐Controlled Series Compensator) for the improvement of the transient stability is evaluated quantitatively as a numerical example. 针对目前评价灵活交流输电系统(FACTS)系统稳态性能影响指标的不足,结合FACTS设备自身控制潮流和电压的工作特性,提出了一套全面评估FACTS设备对系统静态安全性影响的指标体系。建立了基于运行状况的晶闸管控制串联电容器(TCSC)、静止无功补偿器(SVC)、统一潮流控制器(UPFC)可靠性模型,并基于该模型提出了FACTS设备的控制策略,该策略以状态量越限值最小为控制目标。建立了采用蒙特卡罗仿真的概率评估算法。通过IEEE-57节点的计算验证了所提指标体系和算法的有效性。 相似文献

介绍了一套可控串联补偿(TCSC)动模装置,分析了其控制功能和结构.该装置控制采用分层控制策略,分为面向装置的底层控制和面向电力系统的上层控制,各层控制系统完成不同的控制目标,便于进行各种控制策略的研究.为实现TCSC的控制功能,设计了TCSC动模装置监控保护系统,其从功能实现上分为霍尔传感器、信号接口模块、控制保护单元、录波单元、通信及远程监控单元等5部分.通过动模实验研究了TCSC装置的开环阻抗调节和过电压保护特性.结果表明,TCSC在开环阻抗控制模式的阶跃响应时间在60~140 ms;在上层主控制采用定功率控制的情况下,进行TCSC的区内和区外故障实验发现,TCSC的过电压保护能按照保护设定值要求正确动作,验证了所研制的TCSC动模实验装置的过电压保护功能的有效性. 相似文献

The paper presents a differential energy based protection scheme for transmission line including Thyristor Controlled Series Compensator (TCSC) using time–frequency transform such as S-transform. Initially the current at sending and receiving ends are retrieved and processed through the time–frequency transform such as S-transform to generate the time–frequency patterns (frequency contours). Spectral energy content of the frequency contours of both current signals are calculated and differential energy is computed to register the fault patterns in the transmission line. The tripping signal can be issued based on a set threshold, within two cycles from the fault inception, meeting the speed criteria of the digital relay. The results indicate that the differential energy based protection scheme can reliably detect the fault patterns in TCSC line including wide variations in operating conditions of the faulted power network. 相似文献

This paper proposes a practical approach to incorporate Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS) devices into a Weighted Least Squares (WLS) state estimation algorithm. The FACTS devices included in the estimator are the Thyristor Controlled Series Compensator (TCSC), the Static Var Compensator (SVC), and the Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC). The proposed approach simultaneously upgrades the estimated values of the state variables of these devices and the state variables of the rest of the electric network, for a unified solution in a single-frame of reference. Results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach to assess the estimation of the system state and to set the parameters of FACTS controllers for given control specifications. 相似文献

In the last years, a large number of studies have been made on Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS) with the purpose of facilitating their incorporation into the power system. Because of the many advantages of these devices, resulting from their quick and continuous regulation, there is a trend to increase their use in the future.Logically, before they are incorporated into the power system, it will be necessary to study their effect on other elements located in the electrical network such as, for instance, protection devices. The influence of a Thyristor Controlled Series Capacitor (TCSC) in the behaviour of a transformer differential protection is discussed in this paper. Specifically, the case of a differential protection device with discrimination based on the 2nd and 5th harmonics is analysed.As a general conclusion, the TCSC can be said to influence the performance of transformer differential protection.
