福州市经济在近十几年得到了飞速的发展,城市化进程也不断加快。在城市建设的过程中,越来越多的超高层住宅在福州市区拔地而起,超高层住宅的出现使居住空间在寸土寸金的福州市中心土地上得到了最大化的利用。而生活、消防供水系统作为超高层/高层建筑中不可或缺的重要组成部分之一,具有系统管网繁杂、控制系统配置复杂、供水分区决策因素多的特点。文章通过福州市区内的某超高层住宅小区生活及消防供水系统的设计特点,重点对生活及消防的供水系统分区的现场取舍决策过程和设计进行了分析,并对其中易出现的设计缺陷纳入个人实践体会中进行了探讨。 相似文献

Developing efficient management strategies for a water supply system using system dynamics modelling

In this paper, the causal feedback relationships among the components that make up the working mechanism of water supply systems management, including key factors and their relationship to the management of water pipes, were identified based on the conceptual framework established for water supply systems management. Subsequently, a system dynamics computer simulation model, which can be used to aid efficient management of water supply systems, was developed. The computer model consisted of water supply, pipe maintenance, and water supply business finance sub-models. The model was verified using historical data from a water supply service case study. Using the verified model, long-term managerial and operating conditions of the case study system were predicted under optimistic, basic, and pessimistic management condition scenarios. In addition, sensitivity analyses on major indicators of the case study system have been presented to show that the developed model can facilitate identification of the best policy for achieving a specific management objective of a water supply system. 相似文献

ABSTRACTWater utilities often rely on industrial water supply (e.g. desalination) to complement natural resources. These climate-independent sources of supply allow operators to respond quickly to varying operating conditions, but require them to choose operating strategies, or rules. How does such operational flexibility impact the performance of water supply systems? How might it affect long-term plans for capacity expansion? Possibly significantly, as demonstrated by the analysis of a water supply system based on Singapore. First, we simulate the dynamics of the system under multiple rainfall and operating scenarios to understand the extent to which the operators’ behavior affect system performance. Results show that different operating rules can have comparable impact on the variability in system performance as hydrological conditions. Then, we show that small changes in the operating rules can lead to substantial changes in the capacity expansions, such as the size of a new desalination plant. 相似文献

Transition to a water-cycle city, a sustainable urban water management future, requires the implementation of centralised and decentralised systems to augment potable water supply, protect waterways and enhance urban liveability. Risk is simultaneously driving and impeding this transition. However, risk perceptions of water practitioners and how they affect practitioner receptivity to future modes of urban water supply are poorly understood. This study characterises risk perceptions and attitudes of Australian urban water practitioners towards alternative water systems and uses a receptivity framework to suggest how receptive practitioners are to these systems. Differences between cities are identified, suggesting how familiarity might influence receptivity. These results can inform strategies to enhance receptivity, including improved communication within the water industry and beyond with its various stakeholders, improved cost-projection frameworks to provide a quantitative metric of the benefits of sustainable water options, and a shift from ‘learning to manage’ to ‘managing to learn’. 相似文献

Equity in water supply is one of the major problems faced in intermittent water distribution systems. A new index ‘uniformity coefficient’ is introduced to measure the equity in distribution of water within the network, which may be useful for performance evaluation of water distribution networks (WDNs). An iterative head‐driven analysis technique is developed to compute the uniformity coefficient of a network. The effect of various design parameters of WDN on the uniform coefficient is studied. The results indicate that equity in water supply is significantly affected by the location of the tank and layout of the network. The equity in water supply can be improved in an existing network by staggered supply. 相似文献

城市供水企业是耗电大户.研究供水系统的优化运行可以达到节能的目的.因此该研究具有重要的社会经济效益.本文引入多目标决策技术,建立了以供水水质、运行费用、水量平衡函数及投入运行水泵台数四个目标函数为基础的优化调度模型.该模型是一个混合离散变量非线性规划问题,可用MDOD法求解,对实际管网进行了优化计算,结果表明:该方法可直接计算含定速泵与变速泵的供水系统.具有明显的实用价值. 相似文献
