单色超快激光与气体介质相互作用成丝产生太赫兹波是当前产生宽频太赫兹辐射的一个重要途径。介绍了不同模型下单色场(波长为0.8μm)超快激光与气体介质作用产生宽频强太赫兹辐射的产生机制,以及提升太赫兹波产生效率的几种方法。单色激光与气体介质作用产生太赫兹辐射的产生机制模型有渡越-切仑科夫辐射模型、激光有质动力模型和轫致辐射模型。研究表明,在拉丝周围外加横向电压、外加纵向电压和双拉丝的方法都能获得更强的太赫兹波。  相似文献

提升太赫兹(THz)脉冲产生能量一直是近些年超快光学的研究热点之一。基于双色激光在空气中拉丝产生THz波的数值模型,在隧穿电离范围内,详细分析了双色激光场产生THz波的最佳参数组合以及其产生变化的物理机理,用于得到最强的THz波辐射能量。双色激光场组合的电场具有不对称性,其引起的快速振荡有利于电子的加速过程,进而产生更大电子数密度以及在沿拉丝距离形成了更强的累积净电流。当电子密度和净电流增加时,使得单点THz辐射更强,拉丝各点辐射的THz波相干叠加,于是在远场得到了更强的THz波能量。这些研究结果为不同激光产生条件下增强THz波辐射能量提供了详尽的参数分析及理论依据,重点研究了不同寻常波长组合及不同相对相位对激光拉丝产生太赫兹波的影响,对后续大幅增强THz辐射效率具有重要意义。  相似文献

为了明确太赫兹能量空间分布的影响因素,研究了激光拉丝形状对太赫兹能量空间分布的影响。采用柱面透镜替代传统球面透镜聚焦激光的方法改变激光拉丝的形状,产生一个片状的激光拉丝体,并采集该片状激光拉丝产生的太赫兹能量空间分布。研究结果表明,激光拉丝形状的改变不仅会引起太赫兹能量空间分布的改变,而且还会引起泵浦光偏振方向改变时使太赫兹能量空间分布发生改变。  相似文献

采用双色激光在气体介质中诱导产生太赫兹波的数值模拟方法,深入分析了各种激光参数对双色激光场产生太赫兹波的影响,目的是优化参数以实现太赫兹波辐射能量的最大化。模拟计算表明,双色激光的波长、相对相位、激光脉冲宽度等对瞬态电流和太赫兹能量都有调控作用,并且具有不同的规律性。此外,还通过分析激光电场、电子密度、光电流等相关因素,对双色激光场产生太赫兹波的物理机理进行了解释。该研究为在不同激光激发条件下提高太赫兹波辐射强度,提供了详尽的参数优化分析和理论支持,对后续大幅增强太赫兹辐射效率具有重要意义。  相似文献

为了有效地对太赫兹波进行增强和连续控制,提出一种通过外部空间干扰调制太赫兹波的空间分布对太赫兹波进行增强和连续控制的方法。通过理论计算对比了未放置和放置空心金属波导的太赫兹波的空间分布,并研究了通过外部空间干扰改变太赫兹波传播路径对太赫兹波空间分布的影响。研究表明,采用改变空心金属波导和激光拉丝相对位置的方法,可以得到连续调控的太赫兹波的空间分布,并且太赫兹波空间分布的最强点能量强度增强了近5.9倍,可为宽带太赫兹波的连续调控提供参考。  相似文献

基于渡越-切伦科夫辐射原理,单色飞秒激光脉冲聚焦到空气中形成等离子体进而辐射出径向偏振太赫兹波,径向偏振太赫兹波经过紧聚焦后在焦点处产生太赫兹波横向偏振分量。为了有效调控太赫兹横向分量的频率分布和振幅特性,首先,通过理论分析太赫兹横向场分量在外加电压下的分布规律,给出不同角度的外加电压对太赫兹横向场频率强度的影响。然后,采用对等离子体施加外部电场的方法,得到一个最佳的纵向电场角度产生高强度太赫兹横向偏振分量。对发展太赫兹波特性的基础研究以及太赫兹技术的应用具有重要的参考意义。  相似文献

太赫兹波的产生与调控对太赫兹技术发展至关重要。超材料的可设计几何结构与特异共振响应为产生与调控太赫兹波提供了新的途径。但超材料产生太赫兹波辐射的转换效率较低仍然是一个亟待解决的问题。设计了一种由金属谐振环阵列和全介质硅开口谐振器组成的超材料。利用麦克斯韦方程联合表述电子运动的流体动力模型的自洽方程组,研究了该超材料的太赫兹波辐射与调控过程。研究发现,通过优化分裂谐振环的开口方向,超材料产生的太赫兹波振幅提高了1倍。此外,通过改变入射光偏振角及超材料的几何尺寸实现了太赫兹波振幅调控。这为基于超材料的,紧凑型和可调谐的太赫兹源提供了新途径。  相似文献

为了测量太赫兹波聚焦点附近不同位置的太赫兹时域信号图对飞秒脉冲强激光在空气中进行聚焦,在形成空气等离子体细丝通道的同时辐射出锥型太赫兹波,并用离轴抛物面金镜收集和聚焦太赫兹波。利用电光采样系统来探测太赫兹波,得到其频谱宽度约为4THz。通过对比分析得出,会聚的太赫兹波同样具有古依相移效应。  相似文献

基于超快时间分辨光谱实验手段,研究了化学气相沉积(chemical vapor deposition,CVD)生长的ReS_2薄膜的超快载流子动力学和太赫兹发射。分别利用光泵浦探测和光泵浦太赫兹发射两套系统对ReS_2薄膜进行了测试,结果表明:ReS_2薄膜具有超快的载流子热化过程和亚纳秒量级的复合过程;在飞秒激光泵浦下能够产生频谱宽度为2.5 THz的太赫兹辐射。通过分析太赫兹辐射随泵浦光入射角改变而出现极性相反的现象,得出ReS_2薄膜产生太赫兹辐射的主要机制为表面场效应。研究结果不仅有助于理解ReS_2薄膜对超快激光脉冲的瞬态响应,而且为太赫兹光子器件(如太赫兹发射器等)的研究设计提供了重要参考。  相似文献

为了准确探测低温黑体的太赫兹辐射,研究了黑体的红外辐射和太赫兹各波段辐射的差异,构建了低温黑体太赫兹辐射探测装置,提出在该装置中采用窄带光谱滤光法抑制红外辐射和透过窄带太赫兹光谱.根据普朗克公式计算并对比了各波段太赫兹辐射及红外辐射的亮度值,理论数据显示223~323 K的低温黑体的红外辐射亮度是太赫兹辐射亮度的4~10倍.将在某一窄波长带宽范围内具有高透射比的太赫兹窄带光谱滤光片放置在黑体太赫兹辐射装置的探测器前,滤除红外辐射,并对黑体的太赫兹辐射量进行光谱分段探测实验.根据实验结果计算了黑体在不同太赫兹窄波段的辐射探测值的标准偏差,并对实验结果与黑体太赫兹辐射亮度理论计算值进行了比较.结果显示,窄带光谱滤光法可以实现低温黑体的太赫兹窄带辐射亮度探测.  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

30 keV Ga+ focused ion beam induced secondary electron (iSE) imaging was used to determine the relative contrast between several materials. The iSE signal compared from C, Si, Al, Ti, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, Ag, and W metal layers does not decrease with an increase in target atomic number Z2, and shows a non-monotonic relationship between contrast and Z2. The non-monotonic relationship is attributed to periodic fluctuations of the stopping power and sputter yield inherent to the ion–solid interactions. In addition, material contrast from electron-induced secondary electron (eSE) and backscattered electron (BSE) images using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) also shows non-monotonic contrast as a function of Z2, following the periodic behavior of the stopping power for electron–solid interactions. A comparison of the iSE and eSE results shows similar relative contrast between the metal layers, and not complementary contrast as conventionally understood. These similarities in the contrast behavior can be attributed to similarities in the periodic and non-monotonic function defined by incident particle–solid interaction theory.  相似文献

针对工程实践中环网通讯相关问题的处理缺乏理论基础及国产化安全级DCS平台的开发缺乏成熟经验借鉴问题,对基于MELTAC-N平台核电厂安全级DCS环网的软硬件实现进行了研究。提出了安全级DCS环网双环网冗余设计、光切换开关设计等硬件设计方法,以及以RPR协议为基础,采用全数据收发策略的软件设计方法。在CPR1000安全级DCS平台上对安全级DCS环网的可靠性及实时性进行了评价,并进行了容错能力、响应时间及响应时间稳定性测试验证实验。结果表明,基于MELTAC-N平台安全级DCS环网软硬件设计具有较好的容错能力及响应时间稳定性。  相似文献

Abrasive wear has long been recognised as one of the most potentially serious tribological problems facing the operators of many types of plant and machinery; several industrial surveys have indicated that wear by abrasion can be responsible for more than 50% of unscheduled machine and plant stoppages. Locating the operating point of a tribological contact in an appropriate operational ‚map’︁ can provide a useful guide to the likely nature and origins of the surface degradation experienced in use, though care must be exercised in choosing the most suitable parameters for the axes of the plot. Laboratory testing of materials and simulations of machine contacts are carried out for a number of purposes; at one level for the very practical aims of ranking candidate materials or surface hardening treatments in order of their wear resistance, or in an attempt to predict wear lives under field conditions. More fundamentally, tests may be aimed at elucidating the essential physical mechanisms of surface damage and loss, with the longer term aim of building an analytical and predictive model of the wear process itself. In many cases, component surface damage is brought about by the ingress of hard, particulate matter into machine bearing or sealing clearances. These may be running dry although, more usually, a lubricant or service fluid is present at the interface. A number of standardised wear test geometries and procedures have been established for both two- and three-body wear situations, and these are briefly described. Although abrasive wear is often modelled as following an ‚Archard’︁ equation (i.e. a linear increase in material loss with both load and time, and an inverse dependence on specimen hardness) both industrial experience and laboratory tests of particularly lubricated contacts show that this is not always the case: increasing the hardness differential in an abrasively contaminated lubricated pair may not always reduce the rate of damage to the harder surface.  相似文献

A graph as the new engineering method for estimate the safety of bulging deformation of coke tower is proposed. Through stresses analysis of circumferential weld of coke tower and comparing the stresses produced by pressure with heat stress of steady state, residual stress, bending stress produced by both itself weight and wind loads, it showed that the stresses produced by pressure on the angle distortion are the main factor of equivalent stress of the combined stress. After comparing four kinds of stress controlling conditions, the relation to stress with depth of angular distortion, grade of curvature of angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been inferred. Graph of deformation allowable value of coke tower for different condition by angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been plotted. The five steps for its engineering use have been explained. The lighter the grade of curvature is, the larger of bulge allowance, may be, and the bigger of depth of angular distortion may pose too. For the coke tower with a popular structure of Dg 5 400 mm×28 mm, the result by graph is nearly more than the result of two formulas formed by other research, the error is less than 7.0%. But, the graph can be easily applied to different size of angular distortion.  相似文献
