为满足国内外日益严格的环保要求,开发研制了FC级可生物降解二冲程汽油机油.以酯类油、聚异丁烯、矿物油为基础油,加入4.5%的复合添加剂,考察了添加剂与基础油的相溶性,并对油品的可生物降解性能、清净性能、润滑性能进行模拟评定,确定配方.研制油品通过了FC级二冲程汽油机油全套台架评定,并且可生物降解率超过了60%.油品具有良好的使用性能和可生物降解性能.  相似文献

本文介绍了国家“七五”重点科技攻关项目二冲程汽油机油系列产品的研制。二冲程汽油机油系列产品是以石蜡基中性油、光亮油及聚异丁烯为基础油,加有清净分散剂、抗氧剂、降凝剂等多种添加剂调制而成。经标准台架程序评定,全尺寸二冲程汽油机500h耐久性能试验,1.6×10~4km行车试验及各厂家使用试验。结果表明,油品具有积炭少而松软,低温流动性及混溶性能好,润滑性能优良,燃油比可达50:1,油品质量达到80年代国际水平。该系列产品适用于分离式润滑或预混合式润滑的各种空冷式二冲程汽油机的润滑。  相似文献

The lubrication behavior of two series of binary blends containing S-4: PAO-100 or S-4: PIB have been followed. Each series contains 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25% of PAO-100 or PIB. The results indicate that upon addition of PAO-100, viscosities, viscosity index, and flash point increase in a linear fashion. Meanwhile, pour point, TAN, and specific gravity remain constant. In the case of PIB, viscosities increase in an exponential manner, viscosity index increases then remains constant, flash point drops, and then leftovers remain constant. Other properties do not change considerably. The rheological properties of 15% and 25% blends of S-4: PAO-100 blends are similar to S-6 and S-8, respectively. Similar conditions exist for 5% and 10% of S-4: PIB blends. A motor oil which has been formulated by 15% S-4: PAO blend and a hydraulic oil which has been formulated by 5% S-4: PIB blend have shown good performance characteristics.  相似文献

以不同相对分子质量的聚异丁烯(PIB)为原料,与胺、烯酐、稀释剂等在不同条件下反应,制备润滑油无灰分散剂聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺(PIBSI),并测试其分散性能和抗氧化性能;考察PIB相对分子质量、中间产物聚异丁烯丁二酸酐(PIBSA)的合成工艺对PIBSI性能的影响。结果表明:随着原料PIB相对分子质量的增加,PIBSI的分散性能与抗氧化性能均有提升;与氯化法工艺相比,自由基法工艺不仅能耗低、污染小,而且合成的PIBSI性能更好;其中,由数均相对分子质量为2 300的PIB原料经自由基法工艺制备的PIBSI分散性能最佳,其油泥斑点分散值(SDT)最高可达73.15%。  相似文献

Heavy alkyl benzene (HAB) is a byproduct in the process of linear alkyl benzene (LAB) production. It is used as heat transfer oil and lubricating greases. In this article the potential of the usage of HAB in the formulation of gasoline and diesel engine oils as well as hydraulic fluid is indicated. With the aim of passing 5W30, 5W40, 10W40, and 15W40 standards, different engine oils have been formulated. The formulations contain various amounts of HAB as minor component, and miscellaneous quantities of solvent neutral 100 (SN-100), SN-150, and SN-650 as major component. The measurement of typical properties of obtained oils indicates that some of them do have the intended criteria. Test field of the recent oils designate that they have good performance. In the next step, different blends of HAB as major component and polyisobutene (PIB) as minor component have successfully been employed in the formulation of several ISO grade hydraulic fluids. The achieved materials do have suitable air release and demulsibility.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Molecular dynamics (MD) simulation has been used to investigate the new explosive 5,5?-dinitramino-3,3?-bi[1,2,4-triazolate] carbohydrazide salt (CBNT) and its polymer-bonded explosives (PBXs) with polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polyisobutylene (PIB), cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB) and polyurethane (Estane 5703). The binding energy, isotropic mechanical properties (tensile modulus, bulk modulus, shear modulus, and Poisson’s ratio) and moldability are reported for CBNT and its based PBXs. Moreover, the detonation parameters (detonation velocity, detonation pressure, detonation temperature, and detonation heat) of CBNT and CBNT-based PBXs are calculated using EXPLO5. The binding energy between each of the crystalline surfaces and each polymer is different, of which the descending order is CBNT/CAB > CBNT/Estane5703 > CBNT/PMMA > CBNT/PIB. The obtained mechanical properties results indicate that the mechanical properties of the CBNT can be effectively improved by adding a tiny amount of polymer binders and the ability of different polymer binders improving the plasticity and moldability of CBNT in the descending order of Estane 5703 > CAB > PMMA > PIB. The calculated detonation performances show that when 5% binders are added, the detonation velocity and detonation pressure of PBXs are lower than those of pure CBNT, of which the detonation velocity is higher than 8500 m/s and the detonation pressure is higher than 26 GPa. Due to the high enthalpy of formation, the detonation temperature and detonation heat of CBNT/CAB are larger than those of pure CBNT.  相似文献

通过测定异丁烯的聚合物产物聚异丁烯的末端结构,着重研究了BF3/醇、BF3/H2O和AICI3/H2O催化剂体系对聚异丁烯的末端结构的影响。实验结果表明,BF3/醇配位催化剂体系聚合得到的聚异丁烯的末端结构主要是α-烯烃结构;而BF3/H2O和AICI3/H2O体系聚合得到的聚异丁烯末端结构主要是β-烯烃结构。在BF3/醇催化剂中,当BF3与醇的摩尔比为1时,聚异丁烯的末端α-烯烃含量达到80%以上并且相对分子质量分布系数为2。  相似文献
