介绍了纳米氧化锌在轮胎胶料配方中的实际应用情况。由于纳米材料物有的小尺寸效应和表面效应,纳米氧化锌具有多功能性助剂的作用。应用研究表明,纳米氧化锌在基本不降低扯断伸长率的情况下,能明显提高胶料的300%定伸应力,且随材料比表面积的增大这种趋势愈加明显,胶料的磨耗量和压缩疲劳温升降低也更明显,另外,硫化曲线有整体随时间后移的倾向。纳米氧化锌减量50%使用可提高轮胎实际行驶里程约6.25%。 相似文献

研究了纳米氧化锌对天然橡胶(NR)硫化胶疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,纳米氧化锌对NR胶料的硫化起步延迟作用较大,但却能改善NR的热老化性能,当其用量为5份时综合性能最佳。与普通氧化锌相比,纳米氧化锌会使NR的疲劳寿命下降,其原因主要是纳米氧化锌聚集在橡胶中易于形成微观空穴,疲劳应力作用下逐渐导致宏观上的材料破坏;而普通氧化锌的大粒径颗粒较多,不易发生聚集现象,这也导致了添加纳米氧化锌的NR疲劳断裂后其断裂面较平滑,而添加普通氧化锌的断裂面较粗糙。 相似文献

The damage occurring on the micro-structural level in a commercially available filled epoxy adhesive has been investigated. Scanning electron microscopy of loaded bulk compact tension specimens has provided quantitative data regarding the size and distribution of the damage, which, for the particular adhesive under investigation, takes the form of particle cracking and debonding. Finite element analyses were carried out on representative unit cells of the material. These provided properties for the base epoxy adhesive which were used to determine the macroscopic elastic constants of the damaged material. These macroscopic properties can be used in further analyses to assess the effect that the presence of damaged material has on a system. 相似文献

A collocated finite volume method on unstructured meshes is introduced to simulate the viscoelastic flow of the polymer melt with viscous dissipation past a confined cylinder. The constitutive equation for the simulations is non-isothermal FENE-P model, which is derived from the molecular theories. The temperature effect on the macroscopic fields (e.g., velocity, stress) and microscopic fields (e.g., molecular orientation, deformation, stretch) is investigated by comparison of isothermal and non-isothermal situations. This investigation indicates that temperature rise caused by viscous dissipation should not be neglected since it has significant effect on the macroscopic and microscopic properties of the polymer melt. 相似文献
