主要研究了活性α Al2 O3微粉和水泥加入量对刚玉质浇注料性能的影响。结果表明 :随着微粉用量增加 ,浇注料的流动性和抗渣性改善 ,凝结时间缩短 ,抗热震性降低 ;随着水泥用量增加 ,流动性降低 ,凝结时间缩短 ,高温处理后的常温抗折强度降低 ,抗折强度保持率增加 ,抗渣性恶化。 相似文献

为了优化刚玉质浇注料的性能,在以纯铝酸盐水泥结合的刚玉质浇注料中加入不同分散剂,系统研究了不同分散剂对浇注料基质浆体动电特性、流变特性以及对浇注料常规物理性能的影响。结果表明,加入4种分散剂的基质浆体的Zeta电位绝对值均较低,且加入高分子聚合物型分散剂浆体的Zeta电位绝对值比加入聚电解质型分散剂浆体的更低;4种分散剂均能显著降低基质浆体的表观黏度,其最佳加入量分别为0.2%、0.7%、0.6%和0.7%;加入分散剂FS10的刚玉质浇注料的需水量最低,且试样的各项物理性能都较优。 相似文献

在ρ-Al2O3微粉结合刚玉浇注料中分别加入2%和5%的SiO2微粉,制成40 mm×40 mm×160 mm的试样,分别经110℃24 h、1 200 ℃ 3 h和1 500℃3 h热处理后,测定试样的常温抗折强度;在上述配比的基础上去掉其中的骨料,制成15 mm×15 mm×55 mm的基质试样,分别经110℃24 h、1 200℃1 h和1 500℃1 h热处理后,采用扫描电镜分析试样的显微结构.结果表明:1)加入SiO2微粉可以显著提高ρ-Al2O3微粉结合刚玉浇注料在110℃24 h、1 200℃3 h和1 500℃3 h条件下热处理后的常温抗折强度,SiO2微粉加入量以2%(w)为佳;2)SiO2微粉水化后形成网状絮凝结构以及在中高温处理过程中SiO2微粉与ρ-Al2O3微粉反应生成莫来石,是导致含SiO2微粉的ρ-Al2O3微粉结合刚玉浇注料常温抗折强度增大的原因. 相似文献

以莫来石M45(10~5mm,5~3mm)、电熔莫来石(3~1mm,≤1mm)作骨料,刚玉粉(≤0.074mm)、电熔莫来石粉(≤0.074mm)、纯铝酸钙水泥、Al2O3微粉(d50=2.11μm)和SiO2微粉(d50=1.07μm)作基质,制备了脱硫枪用莫来石-刚玉浇注料,并分别研究了SiO2微粉加入量(分别为2%、3%、4%、5%)和Al2O3微粉加入量(分别为2%、4%、6%)对浇注料体积密度、显气孔率、强度、烧后永久线变化率、抗热震性和抗渣性的影响。结果表明:仅加入SiO2微粉时,随着其加入量在2%~5%范围内增加,莫来石-刚玉浇注料的体积密度提高,显气孔率降低,强度增加,抗渣性变好,但抗热震性变差;在加入3%SiO2微粉的基础上再加入2%~6%的Al2O3微粉时,浇注料的各项性能随Al2O3微粉增加没有明显改善,但均比仅加入3%SiO2微粉时有明显改善。 相似文献

探讨了将市售4种不同来源α-Al2O3微粉分别引入到铝矾土质低水泥浇注料中,4种α-Al2O3微粉分别命名为国产A、国产B、进口A、进口B。实验结果表明,进口A铝微粉由于具有双峰分布,且颗粒较细,因而其填充性较好,同时有助于体系内烧结;含有进口A铝微粉试样各项性能最好;国产B铝微粉由于粒度分布较宽,且颗粒较大,含有这种铝微粉的试样各项性能最差;国产A铝微粉颗粒分布也较窄,各项性能指标仅次于含有进口A铝微粉。 相似文献

以优质白刚玉、高纯富铝尖晶石和α-Al2O3微粉(d50为4.596μm和2.148μm)为主要原料制备了刚玉-尖晶石浇注料,研究了α-Al2O3微粉加入量(质量分数分别为8%、12%和16%)对刚玉-尖晶石浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:1)随α-Al2O3微粉加入量增加,浇注料基质的流动性能提高;α-Al2O3微粉粒度较细时基质的流动性较好,而α-Al2O3微粉较粗时基质的流动性变差。2)增加α-Al2O3微粉加入量,刚玉-尖晶石浇注料的密度增加,强度明显提高,抗渣侵蚀性和抗渣渗透性明显改善,但α-Al2O3微粉加入过多时其抗热震性变差。α-Al2O3微粉的合适加入量为12%。3)与钢包渣相比,LF渣对刚玉-尖晶石浇注料的侵蚀性较大。4)采用优质电熔白刚玉、电熔尖晶石和α-Al2O3微粉,能够生产出性能优良的刚玉-尖晶石浇注料。 相似文献

In order to improve the flow ability and early-stage strength of colloidal alumina bonded corundum castables, the colloidal alumina with 20% of solid content was used as the binder, and tabular corundum aggregates and fines, and active alumina micropowder CL370 as the main starting materials. Influences of setting accelerating agents(magnesia fines and sodium meta-aluminate) on the linear change rate, the modulus of rupture and the microstructure of corundum castables after different heat-treatments were researched. The results show(1) cement bonded corundum castables have the highest modulus of rupture after 24 h of demolding, and colloidal alumina bonded corundum castables have the lowest one; both magnesia fines and sodium meta-aluminate can improve the strength after 24 h of demolding;(2) after firing at 1 000 ℃ for 3 h, the modulus of rupture of all specimens decreases, even lower than that after 24 h of demolding;(3) after firing at 1 600 ℃ for 3 h, the castable specimen added with 0.1 mass% magnesia fines has the highest modulus of rupture; the tabular phases appear interwovenly in the specimen;(4) taking the comprehensive properties into account, 0.1 mass% of magnesia fines is appropriate, and the addition of sodium meta-aluminate shall be lower than 0.3%. 相似文献

The corundum-spinel castables were prepared by six kinds of tabular corundum as aggregates,respectively,and their linear change rate on heating,apparent porosity,bulk density,cold modulus of rupture,cold crushing strength,hot modulus of rupture and thermal shock resistance were compared and studied. The results show that: 1) the six tabular corundum materials have similar main chemical composition but their physical properties vary for the different technical procedures which result in different properties of castables; 2) the optimal properties of corundum-spinel castables correspond to different tabular corundum types,so the corundum type shall be selected according to the application of the castables. 相似文献

In order to make corundum castables satisfy more severe service conditions in high temperature industries, colloidal alumina due to the same main component with corundum castables was introduced for a pure binding system. The influence of three dispersants(citric acid, FS10 and urea) on the flow ability of colloidal alumina bonded corundum castables was researched to choose a suitable dispersant for solving the shaping problem. In order to further understand the influence of dispersants on the flow ability and the mechanism, the rheological property and Zeta potential value of the colloidal aluminadispersant system and the matrix-colloidal alumina-urea-water system were tested. The results show the castables added with the urea have the best flow ability, and the appropriate addition of the urea is 0.5%. 相似文献
