浅谈农村化学试验教学中多媒体的应用

多媒体教学是一种利用图、文、声、像等多种媒体信息向学生传递知识的现代化教学手段，而化学又是一门以实验为基础的自然学科，在农村现有的化学教学条件下若以多媒体为辅助教学，可起到促进化学教学、强化化学实验的效果。多媒体借助丰富多彩的教学资源，给农村中学化学教学中的实验教学开创了一片新天地。     

初中生物实验教学探讨

随着九年义务教育的深入实施,时学生进行实验教学,努力培养学生的动手能力,是中学教学的一项重大任务.初中生物学作为一门以实验为基础教学的课程,实验教学是其教学过程中的一个重要组成部分,也是达到初中生物教学的教学目标的基本方法和途径.生物学中的各个实验均关系着学生的生物学知识的培养,同时对学生的动手能力也是一种提高.因此,改善初中生物实验教学的教学方案,培养学生的动手能力和提高初中生物教学的效率,是当前生物教学的当务之急.本文通过对高中生物教学中实验教学的现状进行分析,提出几点改善初中生物实验教学的现状,希望能为初中生物实验教学的改革提供一些参考意见.

基础课实验室评估工作的认识与实践

高校实验室是进行实验教学和开展科学研究的基地．而基础课教学实验室又是高校进行实验教学的基础，是培养学生实践能力的重要环节。开展高等学校基础课教学实验室评估工作，是原国家教委为保障高等院校办学基本条件．加强实验室建设与管理，保证基础课的教学质量，提高实验室的综合投资效益而实施的一项重要的宏观调控措施。通过评估，要进一步加强实验室规范化、制度化、科学化管理，改善实验室教学条件和手段，提高实验教学水平和实验室投资效益．以更好地适应社会主义市场经济需要，     

浅谈初中生物实验教学

生物是一门以实验为基础的学科.教学中要帮助学生形成生物学概念,获得生物知识和实验技能,培养观察和实践能力,培养实事求是、严肃认真的科学态度和科学方法.在教学中,教师通过实验教学多方面激发学生的学习兴趣,充分调动学生的非智力因素,同时要规范实验步骤,注重观察实验现象,强化课内外实验,在提高学生学习成绩的基础上更要培养他们的实践能力与创新能力.     

从一次学生课外实验中体会实验教学的作用

化学是一门以观察和实验为基础的学科,许多化学知识都是通过观察实验,经过认真的思索总结出来的.但目前教材中的实验大多是演示实验,和一些基础性的学生实验,在培养学生创造能力上不能发挥出应有的作用,没有体现出化学实验的魅力.化学实验不仅仅是动手的过程,更是动脑思维的过程,是化学思想在实践中的具体体现.而初中化学实验分散、不系统,学生无从下手,不会思考,再加上一些实验教师对实验的不重视,学生实验操作少,导致学生实验能力差,在中考中化学实验题目得分率较低,也说明了这一点.而初中化学知识多数是通过实验引入或验证的,可见,实验在初中理科教学中起着举足轻重的作用.所以,根据不同的情况增加学生的课外实验探究也是非常有必要的.     

利用物理实验培养学生的综合能力

物理是一门以实验为基础的自然科学,实验在物理教学中的地位和实验本身的特点,决定了它在物理教学中能起到重要的作用.本文从五个方面阐述物理实验在物理教学中的作用:实验教学可以培养学生的兴趣和激发学生的求知欲;实验教学可以将复杂问题简单化;实验教学可以培养学生的各种能力;实验教学可以训练学生的科学方法;实验教学可以培养学生良好的科学素质.

自控专业实验教学的探索与研究

为了探索自控专业课实验教学的新模式、新方法,营造高素质创新人才的成长环境,构建创新人才培养实验教学体系,培养适应21世纪经济建设和社会发展的高层次、高素质人才,我们于2001年申报了"全数字化电力拖动教学及实验系统研制开发"的研究项目,并被湖北省教育厅批准为省级重点教学研究项目.通过三年多的理论探索与实践,完成了项目的研究任务,取得了理想的研究成果,推动了学校其他传统优势专业的人才培养模式及实验教学改革.     

转炉炉壳热应力分析

根据实际转炉建立实体模型。以有限元为手段,考虑了炉衬和炉壳材料的物性参数随温度变化的特点和炉衬与炉壳之间膨胀间隙,计算了转炉炉壳在温度载荷和炉衬膨胀压力同时作用下的热应力。所得结果可为转炉炉壳设计提供依据。     

焦炭热性能指标意义浅析

通过对焦炭在高炉内的历程及其变化规律的剖析,阐述焦炭热性能指标的意义,形象地把焦炭在高炉内的损耗分为三部分(M1,M2,M3)。指出M2对焦比及焦炭价格有一定的指导作用。     

Results of treatment of cancer of the cardia

Cancer of the cardia is traditionally discussed with cardiac cancer of the lower portion of the esophagus and upper gastric cancer invading the esophagus, and the specific characteristics of cancer of the cardia have never been clearly defined. We reviewed the outcome of 172 patients with adenocarcinoma of the cardia who had undergone radical surgery between 1949 and 1994 in the Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the Cancer Institute Hospital. The centers of the tumors were located within 2 cm above and below the boundary between the esophagus and the stomach, and their longitudinal diameter was less than 8 cm. We divided the patients into an early period (1949-1979; n = 79) and a late period (1980-1994; n = 93), and focused on the historical transition. There were no differences in patient gender or histology between the two periods. However, the late period was associated with fewer cases of esophageal invasion and shorter longitudinal diameter, as the age of the population advanced. The number of advanced cancers such as the localized and infiltrative type had decreased, and early cancer and early clinical stage had become more common, but despite the fact that the number of early cancers had increased, extended dissection, such as thoracic and paraaortic lymph node dissection, was performed more frequently. By clinical stage, the long-term outcome markedly improved in Stage I patient in the late period, and tended to improve in Stage II and III patients. This appears to have been attributable to the prevention of micrometastasis by extended dissection, although the number of early cancers is another major potential cause. There were no differences in the outcome of Stage IV patients between the two periods, and further advances in multimodality therapy must be awaited. The range of resection is basically proximal gastrectomy, and if there are adequate indications, the prognosis is favorable. In view of the status of lymphatic flow and lymph node metastasis, and long-term results, lateroaortic lymph node dissection is important. Since the number of early cancer patients has been increasing, if intraabdominal recurrence is prevented, intrathoracic lymph node dissection will contribute greatly to the outcome of such patients.     

The effect of amount of possession of the trait of hostility on accuracy of perception of hostility in others.

Some theories of personality hold that an individual's perception of others is influenced by his own personality characteristics; more specifically, that a trait of low social value will be projected more into others, and that insight into the possession of these characteristics reduces this distortion. These 2 hypotheses were tested by having a group of college students rate each other (including themselves) on degree of friendliness or hostility. Agreement with group rating about self yielded the insight score. In general, the hypotheses were supported; the "friendly" Ss were most accurate in their perception of others, and insight was positively associated with accurate perception. Effect of antibiotics of chemotaxis of human leukocytes

The effect of 20 different antibiotics on chemotaxis by human neutrophils was studied. Human leukocytes incubated with chloramphenicol, rifampin, sodium fusidate, and tetracyclines in vitro showed markedly depressed migration. The mechanisms by which these antibiotics affect leukotaxis are discussed.     

Quality of life of relatives of mental patients

Usage of quality of life of psychiatric patients' relatives as the parameter of estimation of the quality of psychiatric care is considered. By means of standard questionnaire elaborated by the authors as well as by means of both individual and group conversations the quality of life was analyzed in 40 relatives which lived together with psychiatric patients. Different spheres of their life and difficulties (financial, social-psychologic, production) were examined in families with such patients. The defects of psychiatric care that had direct influence on the quality of life of the psychiatric patients' relatives are outlined.
