铝土矿反浮选脱硅技术研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以河南某地中等铝硅比矿石为研究对象,围绕着铝土矿反浮选脱硅技术展开系统研究,研发专有分散剂BK500、选择性抑制剂BK501、含铝硅酸盐高效捕收剂BK421。试验采用两次脱泥、脱泥底流反浮选脱硅,最终获得Al2O3回收率为81.20%、铝硅比为10.82的合格精矿。 相似文献

考察了以BK430作为捕收剂对中国铝土矿资源中一水硬铝石、伊利石和高岭石3种典型矿物的浮选行为。单矿物试验结果表明:在不添加抑制剂和弱酸性条件下,BK430对高岭石和伊利石的捕收力明显强于一水硬铝石;添加一水硬铝石抑制剂DF,有助于进一步扩大一水硬铝石与2种铝硅酸盐矿物的可浮性差异;人工混合矿的试验结果与单矿物试验结果比较吻合。对河南某铝硅比为4.43的铝土矿进行了反浮选脱硅试验,经过脱泥—反浮选可以获得Al2O3/SiO2为9.21,Al2O3回收率为62.49%的精矿。BK430有望成为一种在近中性条件下铝土矿反浮选的脱硅捕收剂。 相似文献

浮选机叶轮转速对硅钙质胶磷矿反浮选脱镁、反浮选脱硅有不同的影响。随着叶轮转速的增加,脱镁尾矿产率降低,MgO脱除率降低,BK424捕收能力略有减弱,选择性变化不大。随着叶轮转速的增加,反浮选脱硅尾矿产率增加,S iO2脱除率升高,BK430捕收剂略有增加,但是选择性明显变差,P2O5损失率增大。在阴离子捕收剂体系中,较高的转速导致粗粒白云石从矿化气泡脱落,降低了其上浮率;对磷灰石影响较小。在阳离子捕收体系中,较高的转速增加了细粒磷灰石与BK430的作用,增加了其上浮率。研究结果表明,降低浮选机叶轮转速可以提高磷精矿P2O5回收率。 相似文献

应用耐低温捕收剂BK425对某高镁胶磷矿进行了反浮选降镁试验研究,并与常规捕收剂进行了对比。在其他条件一定的情况下,考察了磨矿细度、硫酸用量、BK425用量、温度对降镁效果的影响。试验结果表明:BK425反浮选降镁的浮选性能最佳且受温度影响较小,是一种应用前景广阔的捕收剂。在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 70%、BK425用量为600 g/t、硫酸作为调整剂的酸性条件下,经过1次粗选、1次精选和1次扫选的闭路浮选流程,可获得P2O5品位为28.76%、MgO品位为1.17%,P2O5回收率为91.78%的磷精矿。 相似文献

研究工作面瓦斯涌出规律对工作面瓦斯治理有重要意义。为了得到唐口煤矿深部3号煤层复杂开采条件下工作面回采时期瓦斯涌出时空演化规律,选取6304工作面作为对象,采用实测方法研究6304工作面瓦斯涌出规律。结果表明:6304工作面瓦斯涌出量为6.534 m3/min,其中煤壁占34.27%,落煤占29.62%,采空区占36.11%;沿工作面倾向由低到高,瓦斯浓度整体为上升趋势,其中1—76号架工作面瓦斯浓度小于0.20%,76—102号架瓦斯浓度上升明显,最大为0.387%;上隅角的后部采空区是工作面的瓦斯主要涌出源,上隅角1号测点瓦斯浓度0.78%,上隅角周边3号、5号、7号、8号、9号测点瓦斯浓度平均为0.643%;周期来压时,上隅角瓦斯相对平时较高。研究为针对性的瓦斯分源监控与灾害防治提供基础。 相似文献
