高堆上游法尾矿库由于水头高,渗径偏短,同时受复杂地形的夹持影响,在遭遇排渗设施失效或库水位升高等特殊工况时,坝体浸润线将抬升明显,进而影响到高坝运行安全。以国内典型的200m级上游法高堆尾矿坝为工程实例,针对该尾矿库利用三条沟谷同时堆坝这一特殊建库条件,开展尾矿坝空间渗流场研究工作,分析复杂地形下多沟谷渗流场的相互影响规律,揭示高坝浸润线易升高的关键区域及其抬升原因,并提出渗流控制措施。研究结果表明:1)受多区域渗水汇集、沟谷转角大、坝轴线收窄等复杂库型条件的综合影响,高坝渗流场的空间分布特征明显;局部浸润线相比周边区域抬高4~6m以上;2)坝体浸润线在堆积坝下半段往往贴近坝前水平排渗层内边缘通过;坝前排渗措施的有效设置对控制坝体浸润线十分关键;3)高堆尾矿坝坝体浸润线受库水位变化影响敏感,日常管理中应形成足够的库区干滩,确保尾矿坝安全运行。  相似文献

为探索不同排渗盲沟布置型式对尾矿坝渗流稳定性的影响,以某尾矿库为例,通过开展无盲沟、尾粉砂中布置水平向盲沟、尾粉砂中布置垂直向+水平向排渗盲沟、尾粉土中布置水平向盲沟、尾粉土中布置垂直向+水平向排渗盲沟5种布置型式下坝体渗流场、孔隙水压力及稳定性的模拟分析。研究结果表明:尾粉土中布置垂直向+水平向排渗盲沟对坝体浸润线埋深及安全系数影响最大,并给出了不同布置型式对尾矿坝渗流及稳定性影响的大小比较,为尾矿坝排渗设计提供参考依据。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
