用硅烷偶联剂Si69和KH550对脱硫灰进行化学改性,用改性脱硫灰取代部分炭黑与丁苯橡胶复合,制备环保型丁苯橡胶,对其进行了表征,采用均匀设计结合BP神经网络建立模型优化工艺参数. 结果表明,最优制备工艺参数为Si69和KH550用量分别为4.3wt%和3.8wt%、无水乙醇用量22.1wt%、搅拌速度705 r/min、反应温度82℃,该条件下所制环保型丁苯橡胶的力学性能为拉伸强度19.64 MPa、撕裂强度44.96 kN/m、邵氏A硬度66. 实验结果与模型预测值吻合较好,相对误差为3.03%~2.65%. 相似文献

以竹炭作为填料,通过模压法制备出竹炭/丁苯橡胶复合材料,研究竹炭对丁苯橡胶硫化性能的影响,以及竹炭对复合材料力学性能、硬度、DIN磨耗和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,经偶联剂改性的竹炭加入到丁苯橡胶中可以提高硫化速率,当改性竹炭粒径大小为109μm,添加量为20份时,改性竹炭/丁苯橡胶复合材料力学性能最好;扫描电镜结果表明,改性竹炭/丁苯橡胶中填料与基体材料界面结合的较为紧密,相容性较好。 相似文献

采用固相法制备了玉米淀粉接枝马来酸酐(MAH)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)的共聚物Starch-g-MAH/MMA/BA(SMMB)。采用机械共混法制备了接枝改性淀粉/丁苯橡胶(SMMB/SBR)复合材料,研究了复合材料的力学性能、动态力学性能以及微观形态。结果表明,SMMB/SBR复合材料的力学性能优于未改性淀粉/SBR复合材料和纯SBR。与纯SBR硫化胶相比,SMMB/SBR复合材料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)升高。微观形态分析显示,淀粉经改性后粒子尺寸减小,在SBR中的分散性得到了改善,与SBR基体的相容性得到了提高。 相似文献

A series of sequential interpenetrating polymer network (IPNs) based on styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) and polyalkyl (methyl, ethyl, and butyl) methacrylates have been prepared by using tetraethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinker. The IPNs were characterized by infrared spectrophotometer, dynamic mechanical analyzer, thermogravimetric analyzer, and swelling study. IPNs have exhibited higher tensile properties compared with pure SBR. IPNs based on PMMA have shown higher tensile strength compared with others. Dynamic mechanical analysis has shown that the IPNs have superior dynamic properties than SBR. Because of IPN formation, tan δ peak shifted inward between SBR and acrylates. Although the magnitude of tan δ decreased, the peaks were broadened because of micro heterogeneous phase separation. 研究了短纤维用量和黏合水平、测试温度及频率对溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)/炭黑/短纤维复合材料(SFRC)动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,SFRC的储能模量(E’)随短纤维用量的增加而增大;填充预处理短纤维的SFRC的E’大于填充同种未处理短纤维的SFRC,损耗因子(tanδ)则是后者大于前者(填充20份尼龙短纤维的SFRC除外)。与相同填充量的纯炭黑硫化胶相比,短纤维部分取代炭黑后,硫化胶在大于15℃时的E’增大(填充未处理聚酯短纤维的SFRC除外),tanδ减小;SFRC的E’和tanδ随频率的增加而增大,但频率为50~100Hz时,随着温度的升高,短纤维用量越高,SFRC的E’减小,且E。和tanδ受频率的影响越小。 相似文献

用硫化仪考察了橡胶助剂3-苯并噻唑硫代-1-丙基-三乙氧基硅烷(Silane-M)对丁苯橡胶/白炭黑复合材料硫化性能的影响.结果表明,Silane-M可明显缩短丁苯橡胶/白炭黑复合材料的正硫化时间,但不影响其焦烧时间.Silane-M具有一定的促进作用,可以加快硫化速率.未添加和添加6份(质量)Silane-M的丁苯橡胶/白炭黑复合材料在135~160 ℃的硫化温度系数和硫化反应表观活化能均比较接近,2种复合材料的硫化性能对温度的依赖性基本一致. 相似文献

对硅镁钙晶须(SMC晶须)在丁苯橡胶(SBR)中的应用进行了研究,考察了晶须用量(0~50phr)对胶料的硫化特性和硫化胶的力学性能的影响,并与常用的填料白炭黑(WCB)和碳酸钙(CaCO3)进行了比较。实验结果表明:SMC晶须对SBR有促进硫化作用;SMC晶须对SBR具有一定的补强作用,拉伸强度随着晶须用量的增加而增大;用量相同时,SMC晶须填充的复合材料硬度和撕裂强度与WCB填充的相当,300%定伸应力比WCB填充的高,拉伸永久变形比WCB小得多;SMC晶须补强效果远优于CaCO3。 相似文献

A study has been carried out on the curing characteristics and mechanical properties of carbon black filled dichlorocarbene modified styrene butadiene rubber (DCSBR). Processing characteristics such as optimum cure time and maximum torque increases with increasing of the concentration of carbon black in DCSBR whereas scorch time decreases. The mechanical properties and resistance of the vulcanizate towards thermal, flame and oil resistance have been carried out. Variation of bound rubber content of carbon black filled DCSBR and the influence of the extracting temperature on the bound rubber content was investigated and its activation energy was calculated from the Arrhenius plot. The reinforcing nature of the filler was assessed from stress strain and swelling data. The enhancement in mechanical properties was supported by data on the increased content of crosslink density in these samples obtained from swelling and stress strain analysis. The results of the studies indicate that carbon black can be used as a good reinforcing filler for DCSBR. 相似文献

The effect of liquid isoprene rubber (LIR) on the dynamic mechanical properties of emulsion‐polymerized styrene/butadiene rubber (ESBR) vulcanizates was investigated by temperature sweep using dynamic mechanical analysis. The introduction of LIR led to ESBR vulcanizates having higher loss factor (tan δ) in the temperature range ? 30 to 0 °C, and lower tan δ in the range 60 to 80 °C. A small amount of LIR‐403 (LIR with carboxyl groups) led to a significant change in tan δ: the addition of LIR‐403 (3 phr) led to a 7.5% increase in tan δ from ? 30 to 0 °C, and a 24.9% decrease in tan δ from 60 to 80 °C. It was found that the introduction of LIR increased the bound rubber content in the ESBR compound. Equilibrium swelling experiments showed that the crosslink density of the vulcanizates increased after the introduction of LIR‐403 or LIR‐50 (general purpose LIR). The change in tan δ from 60 to 80 °C was related to polymer–filler interactions. The characteristic constant of filler–ESBR matrix interaction (m) was calculated. At a given filler volume fraction, the increase in m in the presence of LIR could be well related to the decrease in tan δ from 60 to 80 °C. The influence of LIR on filler network in the ESBR compound was also investigated by strain and temperature sweeps using a rubber processing analyzer. 研究了乳液聚合丁苯橡胶(ESBR)合成工艺中不同聚合反应温度及引发剂用量对聚合反应速率的影响.实验结果表明,在聚合反应温度提高至8℃,控制聚合反应速率基本不变的条件下,可降低10%引发剂用量,减少制冷量,而橡胶的凝胶含量及分子量分布正常,产品物性达到优级品指标. 相似文献

以吉林石化公司有机合成厂的乳聚丁苯橡胶(SBR)生产配方为标准配方,研究了聚合反应时间对转化率的影响,分析了提高转化率对SBR的生胶门尼黏度、结合苯乙烯含量、凝胶含量、相对分子质量及其分布、胶乳黏度等基本性能的影响。结果表明,在标准配方条件下,延长聚合反应时间,转化率可以达到70%。转化率为70%时所得SBR与转化率为62%时所得SBR相比,前者的生胶凝胶含量和胶乳黏度均增大了1倍,数均相对分子质量、重均相对分子质量和Z均相对分子质量均高于后者,相对分子质量分布变宽,且前者的生胶结合苯乙烯含量能够达到产品标准,而生胶门尼黏度和在50 m in时的300%定伸应力偏高于产品优级品要求。 相似文献
