阐述了现有的数控机床工件安装搬运过程中存在的问题,构建了数控机床工件吊装机构,用于数控机床的安装搬运,并对该机构进行了静力学分析。介绍了数控机床吊装机构的特征参数,利用UG软件建立了数控机床工件吊装机构的三维模型,并用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行了静力学仿真。仿真结果验证了数控机床吊装机构的可靠性,该吊装机构也为解决实际生产加工中数控机床难以安装重量大的工件提供了方案。 相似文献

无心磨床适合磨削细长圆柱形工件,中小型回转体工件,如轴承套圈、滚柱、滚针等。通磨时,加工时间与辅助时间重合;成批连续加工时,切入磨削只需较少的辅助时间,所以无心磨床生产效率比一般的外圆磨床高,生产成本低,且在切削宽度上全部由托板刚性支承,工件不易发生变形,可使工件保持较低的表面粗糙度值。然而,机械加工后工件的加工质量还要用尺寸精度、几何形状精度、工件表面间相对位置精度等指标加以衡量。 相似文献

针对激光切割头的喷嘴与复杂曲面工件表面的碰撞,以及高速切割过程中切割头自身与复杂曲面的碰撞,造成切割头损伤或损坏的问题,提出一种切割头防碰自检测保护控制系统.该装系统能够实时监测切割头的碰撞信息,并把碰撞信息发送到激光切割机数控系统中处理后,实现对切割头的控制.实验表明,该自检测保护装置能够防止喷嘴与工件表面发生碰撞,碰撞时数控系统能在0.1s内做出控制动作,保护切割头,收到良好的效果. 相似文献

Composite laminates are used in many applications in ae-rospace/defense industries due to their high strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance properties. In general, composite materials are hard-to-machine materials which exhibit low drilling efficiency and drilling-induced delamination damage at exit. Hence, it is important to understand the drilling processes for composite materials. This article presents a comprehensive study involving experimental characterization of drilling process to understand the cutting mechanism and relative effect of cutting parameters on delamination during drilling of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP). Thrust force and torque data are acquired for analyzing the cutting mechanism, initiation and propagation of delamination, and identification of critical thrust force below which no damage occurs. An FE model for prediction of critical thrust force has been developed and validated with experimental results. A [0/90] composite laminate is modeled simulating the last two plies in exit condition and a thin interface layer is inserted in between the plies to capture delamination extent. The tool geometry is modeled as “rigid body” with geometric features of twist drill used in experiments. The tool is indented on the workpiece to simulated tool feeding action into the workpiece. The FE model predicts the critical thrust force within 5% of the experimentally determined mean value. 相似文献

Temperature rises in workpieces were measured during the cutting of various hardnesses of steel by a ceramic tool. Thermocouples were embedded in a specially designed workpiece for the temperature measurement. This workpiece provided practical and accurate positioning of the thermocouples and it allowed the acquisition of reliable data from the cutting experiments. The effects of the workpiece hardness and cutting speed were examined and analyzed. The relationships between the workpiece temperature rise and residual stresses or structural change in a machined surface layer were discussed.It is concluded that the temperature rise in a steel workpiece during cutting by a ceramic tool is so low that it is less likely to cause any surface damage under normal conditions. 相似文献

针对大口径平面光学元件全频谱面形技术指标的高效率、高精度收敛,研究了环形抛光技术。考虑环抛机沥青蜡盘的平面度直接影响工件面形的收敛效率,本文利用准直激光束作为参考,设计研制了测量精度高,重复性精度达到±1μm的大型环抛机抛光蜡盘平面度测量专用装置。分析了环抛过程中蜡盘表面平面度和工件面型PV值之间的变化规律和相关性,根据测量数据得出了蜡盘平面度数据和工件面形的对应关系。实验显示:当平面度和面形曲线相差较大时,工件面形可快速收敛至1λ左右,并由粗抛向精抛工序快速过渡。提出的大型环抛机抛光蜡盘平面度监测装置实现了对湿滑胶体平面的高精度、快速测量,为环抛的确定性抛光工艺提供了重要的技术支持。 相似文献

An investigation was undertaken to determine the energy partition to the workpiece for grinding of an automotive nodular cast iron with a vitrified CBN wheel. The energy partition is a critical parameter which is needed for calculating grinding temperatures and predicting the occurrence of thermal damage to the workpiece. Straight surface grinding experiments were conducted over a wide range of removal rates to measure the workpiece temperature response and spindle power. Temperature matching analyses were then applied in order to obtain the energy partition. Values for the energy partition were found to range from 3 to 6% when the temperature at the grinding zone was maintained below the fluid burnout limit. Such low energy partitions indicate cooling of the workpiece by the fluid at the grinding zone. Higher energy partitions up to 60% were obtained by reducing or eliminating the fluid, which also raised the temperature above the burnout limit. 相似文献
