以厌氧和间歇微氧条件为参照,分析EGSB反应器在连续微氧条件下对焦化废水中挥发酚的去除,在反应器运行过程中,进水挥发酚质量浓度在10.09~201.34 mg·L-1之间,微氧反应器有很好的抗冲击负荷能力,挥发酚的去除率保持在98%左右,温度降低后,使微氧反应器挥发酚的去除率由99%降到27%;微量的氧有利于EGSB反应器的稳定运行,反应器能够降解一些在纯厌氧情况下不能去除的难降解物质和有毒物质;颗粒污泥内部的产甲烷菌对于微量氧的加入并不敏感;微氧反应器中颗粒污泥的微生物种群丰富,从外到内微生物分层生长,依次为好氧菌、兼性菌、厌氧菌. 相似文献

厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥的快速形成 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
以好氧硝化颗粒污泥与厌氧氨氧化生物膜作为接种污泥,在缺氧条件下利用EGSB反应器培养厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥。根据反应器内污泥性状以及运行效果,随时调整反应器的进水基质浓度以及上升流速等关键控制因素,加快厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥的快速形成。同时考察系统的脱氮效能、粒径分布、厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥表面形态以及内部结构与微生物分布情况。反应器运行80 d后,培养出成熟的厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥,平均粒径为0.556 mm;89 d时,总氮去除负荷达4.758 kg N·m-3·d-1。FISH表明颗粒污泥中厌氧氨氧化菌为优势菌种,同时SEM与TEM观察表明颗粒污泥是由多个小颗粒聚集形成,而且形状不规则,内部结构排列紧密。 相似文献

采用低浓度焦化废水对EGSB反应器分别在厌氧以及微氧条件下进行启动对比试验研究。试验结果表明,微量氧的加入,能够快速驯化EGSB反应器中的颗粒污泥,缩短EGSB反应器启动的时间。在焦化废水质量浓度为548mg/L~818mg/L,进水量为1.0L/h、有机负荷为1.1kgCOD/(m3·d)~1.6kgCOD/(m3·d)、回流比为22.25∶1.00,上升流速为3.0m/h的条件下,微氧反应器对COD的去除率达到85%以上,相对厌氧反应器的去除率提高了41%。污泥性质测定结果显示,2种条件下污泥浓度、颗粒化程度、颗粒污泥内部菌群有差异。 相似文献

N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)是一种具有广泛开发应用前景的精细化工原料,在石油开采、纤维塑料改性、精细化工、生命科学等领域有广阔应用前景.研究了微通道反应器中以3-(N,N-二甲氨基)-N,N-二甲基丙酰胺(DMDA)为原料、四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)为催化剂合成DMAA的催化裂解新工艺.考察了催化剂用量、体积流速、反应温度对DMDA单程转化率的影响.优化选择了较优工艺参数组合:催化剂用量m(TBAB):m(DMDA)为O.02,体积流速O.24mL·min-1,反应温度270℃,DMDA单程转化率达17.O%,时空转化率(STC)达2.36×109mol·m-3·h-1.微通道反应器中时空收率是常规反应器的1500倍. 相似文献

针对高盐榨菜腌制废水(盐度7%,NaCl计,下同)厌氧生物处理系统启动时间较长的问题,在ASBBR反应器中接种好氧活性污泥直接厌氧启动,采用二阶段盐度提升法进行构建超高盐厌氧生物处理系统,考察了驯化过程中反应器的除污特性.试验结果表明,以3%盐度的废水启动反应器,通过二阶段盐度逐步提升法,在进水COD有机负荷0.5kg·m-3·d-1,水温30℃,反应器运行方式为进水0.25h/反应23.5 h/沉淀排水0.25 h条件下,26 d后可成功构建出超高盐条件下的厌氧生物膜处理系统,COD去除率可达86%,实现了反应器的快速启动.同时,ASBBR反应器在未排泥的条件下表现出厌氧除磷特性,磷酸盐去除率可达24%.在排除现有除磷途径的可能性后,通过磷平衡分析表明,ASBBR反应器对磷酸盐的去除途径为磷酸盐还原. 相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively.
There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized.
High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without
the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of
fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to
achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic
SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve
F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender
particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing,
and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing
or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually
preserves suspension stability during freezing.

Ethanol and (−)-α-Pinene: Attractant Kairomones for Bark and Ambrosia Beetles in the Southeastern US
In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae
and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted
in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures
(release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species
(Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species
to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were
exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of
separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles
from the southeastern region of the US. 相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed. 相似文献
