本文把空时编码(STC)技术应用于正交多载波直接序列扩频CDMA(MC—DS—CDMA)系统,给出了空时编码MC—DS—CDMA系统的发射机和接收机方案。计算机仿真给出了应用空时编码的MC—DS—CDMA系统性能,和普通MC—DS—CDMA以及应用空时编码的多载波CDMA(MC—CDMA)系统的性能比较也由计算机仿真给出。  相似文献

该文对同样带宽下时隙 ALOHA DS/CDMA系统和多载波时隙 ALOHA系统的吞吐量进行了理论计算、比较和仿真。结果表明,在总负载较大时,采用高纠错能力的时隙 ALOHA DS/CDMA系统可以在吞吐量上有更好的性能。但若网络负载过重,时隙ALOHA DS/CDMA系统的吞吐性能较多载波时隙ALOHA的系统下降快;码字总数受限会带来码字选择的冲突,从而降低系统的吞吐性能。  相似文献

针对DS/CDMA ALOHA系统,本文提出了一种主动复发方案,并对主动重发时延为无限和有限值的情况分别进行了分析和研究,研究结果表明,主动重发时延为一个时隙时即可获得接近理想情况的性能。从理论计算和仿真实验的结果可以看到,这种新方案可以有效地改善DS/CDMA ALOHA协议的性能。  相似文献

本文提出了串行级联卷积码在DS/CDMA系统中的结构。译码算法采用的是BCJR算法,为和多用户检测器匹配,修改后的BCJR算法带校验位和信息位,并且加入了修正系数,使迭代译码获得更好的性能。仿真结果表明,SCCC码在DS/CDMA系统中的应用是可行的,并且SCCC码的性能要比PCCC码在DS/CDMA系统中的性能优越的多。  相似文献

给出了多载波CDMA系统构架。目前提出有3种方案,分别是:频域扩频(MC CDMA)、时域扩频(MC DSCDMA)和多音CDMA(MT CDMA)。以MC CDMA,MC DS CDMA为例,对两种模型在AWGN和Rayleigh信道的性能进行了仿真。仿真数据表明:多载波频率分集CDMA系统(MC CDMA)在无线宽带数据传输中性能大大优于时域扩频CDMA系统,具有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

In this paper, we propose two classes of multivalued signature sequences for direct sequence code division multiple access (DS/CDMA) systems. The proposed classes are obtained from the coefficients of the subbands of perfect reconstruction quadrature mirror filterbanks (PR-QMF). The first and second classes are derived from the tree and lattice structure PR-QMF banks, respectively, and they both have perfect correlation properties for synchronous DS/CDMA systems. The second class, in addition, has generally better correlation properties than other well-known sequences in asynchronous DS/CDMA systems. Some numerical results for the performance of the asynchronous DS/CDMA systems with several sequences, including the second class of sequences, are obtained.  相似文献

Bandlimited direct‐sequence code division multiple access (DS‐CDMA) attracts much attention for its compact spectrum and the ability to suppress inter‐symbol interference. Among the various bandlimited DS‐CDMA systems available, minimum‐bandwidth DS‐CDMA (MB‐DS‐CDMA) is the only realizable Nyquist rate transmission system. But, MB‐DS‐CDMA only applies to certain kinds of spreading codes. Accordingly, this study proposes a modified DS‐CDMA structure which extends the application of MB‐DS‐CDMA to all common spreading codes at the expense of a negligible reduction in the transmission rate. Additionally, the bit error rate of the proposed schemes adopting either single‐user or multi‐user detection receiver is analyzed and compared with that of the commonly‐used raised‐cosine‐pulsed DS‐CDMA over multipath fading channels. The numerical results show that given a sufficiently large number of users, the bit error rate performance of modified MB‐DS‐CDMA is comparable to that of the raised‐cosine‐pulsed DS‐CDMA scheme; meanwhile, the realizable modified MB‐DS‐CDMA approaches the ultimate transmission rate.  相似文献

This paper investigates the use of direct‐sequence/code‐division multiple access (DS/CDMA) signals for broadband communications over power lines. Each user is assumed to utilize all available spreading codes for sending the information to the destination. The transmitter and the receiver are assumed to have perfect channel knowledge with the receiver employing a zero‐forcing multiuser detector. Based on channel knowledge we attempt to maximize the data throughput by suitable choice of the number of codes used and the power and the constellation size (bit‐load) assigned to the data modulating each spreading code. We employ Gold codes, in addition to special codes derived based on the channel knowledge for ISI minimization, termed ‘eigen codes’. In contrast to some earlier results concerning CDMA and OFDM, we show that DS/CDMA signals can be optimized to achieve an overall data throughput of approximately 80% of that achieved by OFDM systems. This result shows that DS/CDMA signaling can be a good candidate for broadband power line communications. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The paper presents a new spread spectrum communication system called orthonormal code diversity detection (OCDD)/CDMA system based on the novel concept of orthonormal-basis diversity which is a generalization of the existing spread spectrum diversity concepts such as path diversity and frequency diversity. The OCDD/CDMA system is similar to the conventional DS/CDMA system in the transmitter structure, but is different in the receiver structure as it employs the extended orthonormal basis-function set which is the union of the Walsh basis-functions multiplied by the PN sequences and, optionally, their delayed replicas. The received signal is matched to the extended basis functions, and the matched signal components are combined together after individual channel compensation. The proposed OCDD/CDMA system exhibits the bit error performance which is much improved over the conventional DS/CDMA system using maximal ratio combing. In addition, it is robust to the chip timing error, which becomes more crucial in the future DS/CDMA systems having a higher data rate and smaller chip interval. From the simulation results, we confirm that the OCDD/CDMA system is a unique spread spectrum communication technique that can effectively increase the diversity utilization in the slowly fading channel, overcoming the inherent problems in the DS/CDMA and OFDM/CDMA systems  相似文献

We present an efficient blind algorithm for estimating the code timing of a desired user in an asynchronous direct-sequence code-division multiple-access (DS/CDMA) system over frequency-nonselective-fading channels. The proposed algorithm acquires the code timing explicitly and results in a near-far resistant minimum mean-squared error (MMSE) demodulation without requiring the knowledge of the timing information, amplitudes, and transmitted symbols of all transmissions. The only required knowledge is the information of the signature sequence used by the desired transmission. Several computer simulations are done for additive white Gaussian channels, Rayleigh fading channels, and two-ray Rayleigh fading multipath channels, respectively. The problem of blind channel identification for direct-sequence/code-division multiple-access (DS/CDMA) multiuser systems is explored. For wideband DS/CDMA signals, multipath distortion is well modeled by a finite-impulse response filter. In this work, a blind channel identification technique based on second-order statistics is investigated. The method exploits knowledge of the spreading code of the user of interest via matched filtering, as well as properties of spreading codes. The current scheme focuses on a method appropriate for randomized long sequence DS/CDMA. This access scheme poses special challenges as the spreading codes are time varying. An analytical approximation of the mean-squared error is derived using perturbation techniques. The performance of the algorithm is studied via simulation and through the mean-squared error approximation, which is observed to be tight  相似文献
