铁水喷粉脱硫的研究

本研究在１５０ｋｇ中频感应炉内喷吹石灰系电石系脱硫剂，对铁水做脱硫预处理试验。研究了铁水中元素变化规律对脱硫命中率的影响，计算了有关动力学参数，从而验证了铁水［Ｓ］〈０．０４％情况下，脱硫反应速率的限制性环节是铁水中硫的传质。     

攀钢铁水炉外脱硫的发展

介绍了攀钢铁水炉外脱硫的发展。就喷枪经历单孔直简型到多孔倒Y型的转变、脱硫剂从电石、石灰型到含镁型的发展、工艺参数优化发展进行了介绍。铁水炉外脱硫量从设计的220．9万t／a发展到2002年的380万t／a,脱硫效率达88％以上。2003年铁水脱硫前硫的质量分数为0．058％,脱硫后硫的质量分数为0．0086％,最低达到0．001％;脱硫成本达到12．78元／t。铁水炉外脱硫满足了炼钢工序冶炼低硫钢的需要。     

AHMSA铁水最优化脱硫

在生产含硫低于０．００８％的铁水时，改变炉外脱硫操作，使脱硫成本降低５０％。改进的措施包括：优选脱硫剂种类、降低铁水热损失提高处理温度，降低喷吹速率，改进脱硫剂的加入量标准，提高脱硫后铁水含硫量与目标含硫量的吻合程度。     

钒钛铁水喷吹脱硫试验

本文介绍了攀钢处理钒钛铁水及半钢的喷吹脱硫设备。采用石灰、电石作脱硫剂的脱硫效果并分析了影响效果的因素。采用电石、石灰、萤石组成混合脱硫剂,其脱硫效率可达80％以上,铁水中硫含量可降至0.005％以下。     

鞍钢采用镁脱硫技术

鞍钢开发的镁质粉剂铁水脱硫技术已获成功。该项技术以镁粒钝化、高流动性防潮石灰等技术为基础，在对第三炼钢厂喷吹ＣａＯ铁水脱硫系统进行局部技术改造后，于１９９７年１０月率先在国内进行了工业规模应用镁脱硫试验。１９９８年４月起，该脱硫技术正式用于低硫钢生产，同年６月，脱硫命中率大幅度提高。目前鞍钢第三炼钢厂每月处理低硫铁水１万ｔ，铁水平均入炉硫小于０．００４％，满足了生产管线钢，Ｚ向钢、Ｅ级船板、ＣＦ钢等钢种的需要。一年多的生产实践表明，应用含镁脱硫剂进行铁水预处理，具有脱硫可预测性强，可实现深脱硫，…     

一种新型铁水脱硫剂在崇钢试验成功

崇钢采用铁水热送热装工艺,但由于受外部条件的影响,有时铁水硫含量高达０．１０％以上,给生产和冶炼操作带来很大的被动,严重影响了生产秩序。由北京科技大学研制的新型脱硫剂,在脱硫剂中配加一些发泡剂、ＣａＦ２、Ａｌ２Ｏ３等改善脱硫反应条件。采用该脱硫剂在崇钢进行铁水脱硫试验,取得良好的试验效果（脱硫率４４％～６０％）,现已批量投入生产应用。该试验方法是：根据铁水的硫含量向铁水罐中预加脱硫剂,然后铁水经混铁炉———铁水罐（落差～５ｍ）———转炉。这样铁水经过两次冲击搅拌,极大地增加了铁液与脱硫剂的接触面…     

SYSY铁水脱硫剂及铁水冲搅脱硫法的研究

为平炉炼钢脱硫,新研制的SYSY铁水脱硫剂是一种含石灰、萤石等四种组份的复合脱硫剂,熔点1460℃;其在实验室内采用“铁水面覆盖脱硫剂后加热到规定条件,用湿木条插入熔池底部沸腾搅拌”的简易法脱硫时,脱硫率平均为66.75％,硫在渣铁中的分配比(s)/[s]平均为256;其在60t铁水包中采用“在混铁炉倒铁水入铁水包过程逐渐向铁水流股冲击区投掷袋装脱硫剂”的冲搅法脱硫时,脱硫率平均54.4％。加脱硫剂操作制度和混铁炉强酸性氧化渣量是影响冲搅法脱硫的两个主要因素。     

基于神经网络的脱硫剂加入量预报模型的研究及应用

针对攀枝花新钢钒股份有限公司提钒炼钢厂铁水脱硫预处理生产工艺过程,建立基于增加动量项和采用最大误差学习法的改进BP算法脱硫剂加入量预报模型。利用攀钢铁水脱硫现场生产数据对模型进行训练和莉试,并在炼钢厂进行模型的现场应用试验。结果表明,模型的脱硫命中率达到96．8％,同时模型应用后也降低了脱硫剂的消耗量。     

中小型钢厂铁水喷粉脱硫试验研究

采用上出料喷粉设备和石灰＋ 电石＋ 萤石的混合脱硫剂在１２ｔ 铁水包中进行喷粉脱硫工业性试验,结果表明：在保证喷粉量的情况下,可达到良好的脱硫效果;且设备运行稳定可靠,可实现粉—气比（ｋｇ／ｋｇ） 的亚浓相输送     

铁水脱硫剂的特点及镁基脱硫剂在包钢的应用
