针对谐波齿轮传动的特殊性提出谐波齿轮重合度的定义,即柔轮和刚轮轮齿的啮合区间角与刚轮单个齿距圆心角的比值。基于瞬心线运动几何学,推导出柔轮和刚轮轮齿的相对瞬心线方程,然后根据Willis定理的结论,计算出柔轮和刚轮之间的啮合区间角,最后由重合度定义计算出重合度。此计算方法适用于各种不同齿形的谐波齿轮传动重合度的计算,对于衡量新齿形谐波齿轮传动的啮合性能,具有重要的参考意义,因此该方法具有通用性。 相似文献

Results of recent torsion tests on steel I-sections have shown that the member's torsional rigidity may be of the order of 60 per cent higher than the value given by simple theory and further that these measured values possess considerable scatter. This paper presents an explanation of these points in terms of the residual stresses present in the section. From the results of a study of a number of sections, a simple formula, based on only one geometrical parameter, is proposed for calculating correction factors to be applied to the value of the torsional rigidity as determined by conventional methods. 相似文献

The transmission based on precessional gear pairs, mostly used for rotation speed reduction, has some important advantages relative to the common gear drives, such as the capability to produce very low transmission ratios, or the high loading capacity/dimensions ratio (due to the fact that all the teeth of a precessional gear pair are simultaneously in contact during its functioning). One among the likeliest constructive solutions for the precessional gear pair uses a satellite built with conical rollers. However, its practical use is restricted by the difficulty to realize the central gear teeth machining without using special and relative complicated devices. This paper introduces a technological substitutive profile for the central gear tooth, which enables the use of a simpler and more productive method for working it, without bringing major negative consequences regarding the teeth contact correctness or the drive loading capacity. The profile was found by analyzing the contact surface and the pressure angle evolution during the contact between conjugate teeth. The paper also presents technological solutions to generate the new tooth profile by milling it with a disk-tool or an end-mill cutter, together with methods to profile the required tools. 相似文献

This paper presents a mathematical model and design procedures to design the epicycloid planet gear of cycloid drives. It
is based on coordinate transformation, envelope theory, and theories of conjugate surfaces, from which the equation of meshing
is derived, while the path of machining tools is obtained by the equidistant curve principle. In addition, a program is developed
to solve the equations of meshing and conjugate surfaces. Therefore, the epicycloid-profile is obtained. Then, these data
are used to construct the 2D drawing and solid modeling of the epicycloid-planet-gear using AutoCAD and Pro/E (a CAD software
package), respectively. The CAD data is used for machining, in this case by a wire-cutting machine. The manufactured component
is presented to demonstrate that the design procedures and manufacturing are feasible. The design approach and machining method

Gear drives are one of the most common parts in many rotating machinery. When the gear drive runs under lower torque load, nonlinear effects like gear mesh interruption can occur and vibration can be accompanied by impact motions of the gears. This paper presents an original method of the mathematical modeling of gear drive nonlinear vibrations using modal synthesis method with degrees of freedom number reduction. The model respects nonlinearities caused by gear mesh interruption, parametric gearing excitation caused by time-varying meshing stiffness and nonlinear contact forces acting between journals of the rolling-element bearings and the outer housing. The nonlinear model is then used for investigation of gear drive vibration, especially for detection of nonlinear phenomena like impact motions, bifurcation of solution and chaotic motions in case of small static load and in resonant states. The theoretical method is used for investigation of two-stage gearbox nonlinear vibration. 相似文献

依据柔轮装配前后的变形关系和中性层曲线不伸长条件,提出采用等分弧长分布算法来确定装配状态柔轮中性层曲线上轮齿位置及其轮齿对称线的转角,给出了装配状态柔轮的三维模型参数化生成方法。通过与传统等效圆环变形理论的近似算法和精确算法的比较表明,等分弧长分布算法与精确算法的结果非常贴近。在此基础上建立了基于挠性构件装配变形的谐波齿轮装配模型,可直观显示轮齿间的啮合情况和侧隙分布。模型应用实例验证了所提方法的有效性。 相似文献
