研制了一种检测并分选出轴承加工过程中漏工序次品的自动检测设备。在分析检测设备所需功能的基础上,设计了系统的机械结构,描述了系统的工作原理及其基于PLC控制单元的自动控制方案。该系统具备自动上料、定位、检测、剔除次品等功能,实现了轴承漏工序次品的全自动化在线检测。生产实践证明,该设备有效提高了轴承套圈漏工序检测的可靠性及效率。  相似文献

Optical Methods for Dimensional Metrology in Production Engineering   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Metrology in production engineering must be fast, accurate, robust and automated, and ideally integrated into the production line. In many respects, optical methods seem to fulfil these requirements. Although optical methods have a long tradition in dimensional metrology, the rapid progress in the development of optoelectronic components and availability of increased computational power makes many new technical approaches possible. This paper provides a technical overview of the optical methods available for dimensional metrology. Methods for the measurement of length, angle, surface form and spatial co-ordinates are described. The paper summarises both the metrological characteristics and the technical limitations of the methods. Furthermore, it presents some new and promising approaches that, in the future, may play an important role in dimensional metrology for production.  相似文献

通过对含Nb钢种Q345E的钢坯、钢板表面横裂纹部位取样进行金相电镜分析,确定该类钢种钢坯表面横裂纹产生于连铸结晶器内,针对性地对连铸结晶器内可能造成表面横裂纹相关因素的排查分析后,采取优化保护渣、减小结晶器冷却水量、提高结晶器振频等措施,使该类钢种表面横裂纹发生率由1.0%降至0.3%以下,成效显著。  相似文献

To solve current industrial problems, manufacturers need to supply service rather than materialized products to consumers. We propose a novel engineering paradigm to deal with services, service engineering. We define services as a state change. A service model consists of three sub-models: scope model, view model and flow model. A computer-aided design tool, called Service Explorer, is developed to represent a network of the parameters and determines the influence weight one another. Distortion minimization of disks for gear manufacture   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In order to minimize shape deviations in hardening of gear wheels, all production steps in the manufacture of disks made of SAE 5120 prior to heat-treatment were analyzed by means of design of experiments (DoE). The influence of hardenability, pre-heat treatment, forging temperature, and feed rate and partition of material removal in cutting on the distortion of disks were investigated. Standard case hardening of the disks led to a characteristic shape change called “dishing”. The statistical analysis of the test results has proven that dishing of disks is mainly affected by the partition of the material removal in the considered case. In additional experiments dishing could be eliminated (on average) by an optimized partition of the material removal. However, results from experiments with spray-formed disks and with disks using a different forming strategy imply that the material flow combined with material inhomogeneities are the physical causes for dishing rather than the partition of material removal.  相似文献

Angular contact ball bearings are the most popular bearing type used in the high speed spindle for machining centers. Because the bearing load is increased rapidly with the raised spindle speed due to the centrifugal force and temperature raise, proper initial preload and especially operating-induced load control of the angular ball bearing is important to the rigidity, accuracy and life of the spindle. The bearing layout, preload mechanism an on-line load bearing control are discussed in this paper. The management of the centrifugal force and thermally-induced bearing loads is especially emphasized. An active bearing load monitoring and control mechanism that consists of an integrated strain-gage load cells and piezoelectric actuators has been developed and tested. This active control and monitoring mechanism on-line adjusts the bearing load according the cutting conditions. Experiments were conducted to identify the proper initial bearing preload range. Optimal preload for the lowest bearing temperature raise existed for a specified spindle speed. The optimum preload, however, should be raised when the operational speed is increased.  相似文献

文章提出了超导量子干涉器件(SQUID)对轴承润滑油中铁屑产生的微磁场进行监测,进而评估轴承磨损程度的方法,并进行了可行性验证试验。为基于检测信号确定润滑油中的铁屑含量,提出了对油液管道内部磁化分部进行重构的方法,通过数值模拟研究了其有效性。结果表明,SQUID可以检测铁粉颗粒所产生的微小磁场,且信号幅度与含量有明确对应关系;反演程序可有效重构管道内部的铁磁成分分布磁化,即使信号中有20%白噪声,重构结果也在可信范围。  相似文献
