Value stream mapping approach and analytical network process to identify and prioritize production system’s Mudas (case study: natural fibre clothing manufacturing company)

The current research has been done to identify and prioritize the Mudas of the production line of a natural fibre clothing manufacturing company; in this way, value stream mapping has been used to identify the Mudas, then analytical hierarchy method has been used to screen the Mudas. In the first step, necessary information to design value stream of production process has been obtained by observation, measurement and interview; afterward, according to the obtained information and by forming a focus group, Mudas in the production line have been identified and prioritized according to seven categories of Mudas. In order to prioritizing the Mudas by the usage of analytical hierarchy method, the Super Decision software has been applied. Then, according to the obtained priorities, suggested map of the future value system has been drawn and some suggestions have been presented to eliminate Mudas and move towards the lean manufacturing.     

Ekono1/G/MoS2/POM复合材料的磨损机理研究

用转矩流变仪共混一模压成型方法制备了Ekonol／G／MoS，／POM复合材料，通过环块磨损试验机对材料的耐磨性能进行了测试，并用SEM对磨损表面进行了观察和分析，在此基础上探讨了复合材料的磨损机理。结果表明：与POM相比，复合材料具有优良的耐磨性能；随着Ekonol含量的增加。复合材料的磨损机理发生了由犁沟、粘着磨损向疲劳磨损、磨粒磨损的转变。     

New sources of organic form zinc

The Comparative analysis of the efficiency of the enzymatic hydrolysis of the mussels meat has been carried out, using enzymatic preparations with proteolytic action called "Protozim", "Flavoenzyme" and "Pancreatine". Complexes of fermentolyzates of the mussels meat with zink have been obtained by the reaction of chelating. Prepared fermentolyzates and their complexes with zink have been determined by physicochemical methods. Composition of amino acids has been determined in fermentolyzates and in their complexes with zink has been characterized the content of zink. The valuation of molecular-mass distribution of peptide fractions of fermentolyzates and their complexes with zink has been given.     

Interaction of malonaldehyde with collagen. III. Binding site characteristic of malonaldehyde with respect to collagen.

In this paper have been studied properties of a product that arose from the interaction of malonaldehyde with collagen. It has been shown by an amino acid analysis that malonaldehyde reacts in a significant way on lysine and tyrosine residues. The partcipation of tyrosine in the reaction with malonaldehyde has been further demonstrated by means of spectrophotometry. It has also been found that the hydrolysis by pronase is considerably modified with the cross linked collagen.     

16—THE PREPARATION,FINE STRUCTURE,AND PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF PARTLY METHYLATED COTTON FABRICS

Cotton fabric has been methylated under a variety of conditions. The extent of methylation has been shown to be dependent on the time of methylation and on the degree of swelling or disruption of structure. The latter is caused by the alkali pretreatment or by the swelling of the partly methylated cellulose. Fabric physical properties have been measured and the influence of the methylation treatment has been examined.     

环线金刚石线锯机旋转切割的研究

对蓝宝石、晶体硅等贵重硬脆晶体加工的要求越来越高,如切割效率和表面加工质量,而且工件的尺寸也逐渐增大,需要设计一种高效的切割设备并探索新的切割方式。本研究建立了一种旋转切割模型,通过旋转工件进行切割,保持一种单点接触式的切割,提高环线金刚石线锯机的切割效率。利用自制的环形金刚石线锯机做切割实验,结果表明,相对于常规固定式的切割法,切割效率至少提高了50%,并且提高了表面加工质量。     

福建省青山纸业股份有限公司纸袋纸系统技术改造

引进国外先进的技术与装备,对纸袋纸生产系统进行第二次技术改造。生产的纸张外观和手感明显提高,进干燥部的平度提高2％左右,相当于提高干燥能力5％～8％,吨纸汽耗降低7％～8％,产量提高10％。     

钢绳定尺软包装工艺参数的确定

通过求解钢绳在工字轮中最紧密排列时的有效体积系数，推导出了工字轮容绳长度理论公式；采用符合钢绳包装实际情况的加粗绳径修正理论公式的方法确定了实用公式，建立了包装宽度与外径之比符合黄金分割率的补充方程，用试凑法初步设计出软包装参数，提出了保证软包装重心不偏移的条件及修正设计参数的方法。     

油套管长段变形事故卤井的修治

长山盐矿采用领眼磨鞋逐点铣磨变形被卡井段油套管、倒扣打捞落鱼的技术措施,起出多点段油套管变形事故井罗136井井下油管,将开窗侧钻窗口降到最低点,成功修复该井,恢复其正常出卤生产,取得了较好的效益。     

高灌蓝越橘多酚氧化酶的动力学研究

采用紫外区域内对底物的扫瞄法研究了高灌蓝越橘(Vaccynium corybosum L)多酚氧化酶的底物专一性，用紫外分光光度法和极谱测氧消耗法对酶的动力学进行了研究，测定了相应的米氏常数。用二类抑制剂研究抑制剂浓度对抑制剂效果的影响以及抑制剂与酶结合不同时间对抑制效果的影响，从而对高灌蓝越橘多酚氧化酶进行了抑制研究。     

《产业结构调整指导目录》建设非木纤维项目条文分析解读

最近国家正式公布2011年本《产业结构调整指导目录》（以下简称《指导目录》）,在涉及造纸部分中将“采用清洁生产工艺,以非木纤维为原料。单条10万吨／年及以上的纸浆生产线建设”列入在“鼓励类”中。这意味着草类纤维原料清洁制浆的生产工艺已被国家正式认可。以草类纤维为原料且采用清洁制浆新技术的造纸新建项目,将获得行业准入。     

石英坩埚打磨用金刚石端面铣轮的加工性能研究

石英坩埚,是拉制单晶硅和生产多晶硅铸锭的必要容器。石英坩埚制成后需使用金刚石端面铣轮对其底面进行打磨,目前进口的金刚石端面铣轮使用效果较好,但是价格昂贵,而国内生产的金刚石端面铣轮虽然价格相对便宜,但是质量不高,加工性能不稳定。我公司开发了一种新型生产工艺并制备了金刚石端面铣轮,且进行了金刚石端面铣轮对比打磨石英坩埚试验。结果表明：与采用常规生产工艺制备的金刚石端面铣轮相比,采用新型生产工艺制备的金刚石端面铣轮其使用寿命平均提高45%,且在打磨石英坩埚过程中加工效率比较稳定。     

Studies of factors affecting light scattering by individual human hair fibres

An automated goniophotometer has been built to investigate the scattering of light by different types of singly mounted human hair fibres using white light and laser illumination. The effects that varying hair colour and treatment (gold coating, ultraviolet irradiation and dyeing) have on the specular reflectance and on the half-peak-height width (ω) have been studied. The polarization of light has been used to discriminate between light reflected from the front surface and light scattered internally by the hair. It has been found that the analysis of results from individual hair fibres has been useful in understanding the light scattering mechanisms which occur in human hair.     

3150mm纸机三段通汽系统的整改

通过对国产的两台3150mm纸机三段通汽系统烘缸重新分段设计、烘缸排水装置的改进和旋转接头的改进等整改措施，使纸机车速从原来的420m/min提高到560m/min，烘缸传动负荷降低80％以上，节约蒸汽用量60％以上，经济效益显著。     

橡胶鞋底耐(氙弧)光喷霜试验

对由于橡胶鞋底老化而引起的喷霜现象影响因素进行分析,模拟阳光曝晒试验条件,提出耐人造光(氙弧)老化法,并对该试验方法进行验证。     

POLYPHENOLS OF CASHEW KERNEL TESTA

SUMMARY: The chemical nature of the polyphenols of cashew kernel testa has been determined by means of 2-dimensional paper chromatography and specific reactions. Presence of (+) catechin and (-) epicatechin as the major polyphenols has been confirmed by co-chromatography with authentic samples. Proanthocyanidins have been studied by treatment with hot acid and identification of the resultant anthocyanidins. Leucocyanidins and leucopelargonidins have been noticed as monomeric components, whereas polymeric proanthocyanidins contain in addition small quantities of leucodelphinidin. Individual components have been quantitatively estimated colorimetrically with Folin-Denis reagent, after separation by fractional extraction using solvents of increasing polarity and paper chromatography. The characteristic bluish-black discoloration noticed in cashew-nuts has been identified as an iron-polyphenol complex formed during processing. The polypnenols were found to be derived from the testa.     

胶原纤维/聚氨酯湿法凝固复合膜的微观结构与性能研究

采用铬鞣胶原纤维粉和聚氨酯(PU),通过湿法凝固的方法制备了胶原纤维/PU复合膜,测定了胶原纤维/PU复合膜的透水汽性、透气性和力学性能。利用SEM研究了胶原纤维/PU复合膜的微孔形态。利用DSC和TGA研究了胶原纤维/PU复合膜在程序控制温度下的热效应。研究结果表明胶原纤维/PU复合膜具有分布比较均匀并相互贯通的指形微孔,这种微孔结构能够提高膜的透水汽性和透气性,同时也会降低膜的物理机械性能。DSC和TGA分析胶原纤维和PU湿法凝固复合属于物理性复合。     

ON THE DETERMINATION OF VOLATILE THIOLS IN BEER

The method of Ikeya for the determination of volatile thiols in beer by aspiration of these compounds into mercuric acetate has been examined. Cadmium acetate has been found to be unsuitable as an absorbant for removing hydrogen sulphide since it also combines with thiols. This reagent has been replaced by aqueous zinc acetate in a separate absorption trap. The proposed modification has the advantage of enabling estimations of hydrogen sulphide and of volatile thiols to be carried out on the same sample.     

聚酰亚胺的导电性能及其与铝的离子束混合研究

研究了150 keV Kr~+离子注入对聚酰亚胺(PI)导电性能的影响。发现 PI 样品注入 Kr~+离子后的室温电阻率比注入 Kr~+前降低约16个数量级。用范德堡法测量了193K至293K 温度范围内的电传导行为,对损伤层内的电传导机理进行了讨论。以150keV Kr~+轰击 Al/PI 双层薄膜系统。用背散射分析及误差函数拟合法对实验结果进行拟合计算,得到了 Al 在 PI 中的深度混合扩展量。     

Gamma Radiation-Induced Graft Copolymerization of Acrylonitrile Onto Sodium Salt of Partially Carboxymethylated Amylose

The graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile onto Sodium salt of Partially Carboxymethylated Amylose (Na-PCMA, DA=0.313) in aqueous and in water: methanol mixed solvents system has been studied using gamma rays from Co⁶⁰ source as a means of initiation by the mutual method. The optimum condition for affording maximum percentage of grafting of acrylonitrile onto Na-PCMA has been obtained by varying different reaction parameters such as total dose, monomer concentration, amount of water and composition of solvents system. The mechanism of grafting has been postulated. The resulting graft copolymer has been characterized by chemical, spectroscopic, thermogravimetric and scanning electron microscopic methods.
