根据制造资源建模的研究现状,总结了制造资源的建模需求,并针对非线性工艺规划中的制造资源功能相似性问题,引入了元资源的概念。结合实例,详细介绍了基于元资源的制造资源建模方法和形成算法。总结了元资源建模方法的独立性、适应性和敏捷性特征,分析了当制造资源增加、减少和变更时元资源的变化。分析结果证明,元资源的建模方法有利于准确表述制造资源的多能性,有效区分了不同制造资源的功能相似单元,提高了制造系统的敏捷性。 相似文献

The agility of production planning is defined as two characters: synchronization and flexibility. Measurement indexes for evaluating agility are then divided into two dimensions separately. Synchronization includes two horizontal indexes: order lead time ratio and demand fulfilling rate; Two vertical indexes: instruction-reaction cycle time and resource matching rate. Flexibility includes five indexes: scope flexibility, delivery flexibility, variety flexibility, capacity buffer, inventory buffer and modification flexibility. Quantitative formulas for each measurement index are constructed. One application is discussed to illustrate the feasibility and reasonability of the indexes. 相似文献

This paper reports a research carried out to assess the agility level of an organisation using fuzzy logic approach. Agility refers to the quick response of an organisation against the customers’ dynamic unpredictable demands. During this research, an agility index measurement model containing 20 criteria incorporated with fuzzy logic approach was designed. Subsequently, the data gathered from a manufacturing organisation were substituted in this model and the agility index has been determined. Using this model, the method of determining the obstacles for achieving agility in the organisation was examined. It was found that the organisation is required to concentrate on the activities leading to overcome obstacles so as to achieve agility. This method of agility evaluation will help the organisation to accelerate the process of achieving agility. 相似文献

为提高夹具设计的敏捷性,提出了一种基于夹具功能分解的实例推理方法。该方法根据元件的不同功能和装配特征,建立了一种基于层次的敏捷夹具设计模型。采用基于实例推理方法,通过对产品信息的相似性计算,获取有相似产品信息的夹具实例,再通过几何冲突裁决法和功能冲突裁决法来解决相似实例与实际要求之间的冲突,最后修改夹具实例以满足设计要求。以轴类工件为研究对象进行了应用验证,显示该设计方法可以使敏捷夹具很容易修改,实现重用。 相似文献

The present market situation has become fragile, so in order to adopt and hence to sustain an organisation, it needs to evaluate itself, so as to identify its current strategic agile position. In today's trend agility exerted by manufacturing, organisation plays an important role. The present work has been conducted to assess the agility of the manufacturing organisation using a scoring approach. This paper presents a 30-criteria agility assessment model which could be utilised to measure agility and to identify the agile characteristics of organisation. Over the last few years, companies have been focused on increasing their efficiencies and in that process have tried to become lean. They have documented business processes and cut non value-added costs. In doing so, they have ensured that business processes are executed consistently and at low costs. However, they have not focused on how to adapt these business processes quickly to external events. This is where business agility actually comes in. In measuring the latency between the appearance of an external event and the implementation of the appropriate change, companies measure their level of agility. Performance scenario planning ahead of time to hedge risks can reduce this latency. In this paper, the author describes the importance of combining the efficiency element of lean with a level of agility. Agility can be viewed as a need to encourage the enterprise-wide integration of flexible and core competent resources so as to offer
value-added product and services in a volatile competitive environment. Since flexibility is considered a property that provides change capabilities of different enterprise-wide resources and processes in time and
cost dimensions, supply chain flexibility can be considered a composite state to enterprise-wide resources to meet agility needs. Enterprise modeling frameworks depicting
these composite flexibility states are difficult to model because of the complex and tacit interrelationship among system
parameters and also because agility thrives on many business objectives. In view of this, the modeling framework presented
in this paper is based on analytical network process (ANP) since this methodology can accommodate the complex and tacit interrelationship
among factors affecting enterprise agility. The modeling framework forms a three-level network with the goal of attaining
agility from the perspective of market, product, and customer as the actors. The goal depends on substrategies that address
the characteristics of the three actors. Each of these substrategies further depends on manufacturing, logistic, sourcing,
and information technology (IT) flexibility elements of the enterprise supply chain (SC). The research highlights that, under
different environmental conditions, enterprises require synergy among appropriate supply chain flexibilities for practising
agility. In the present research, the ANP modeling software tool Super Decisions™ has been used for relative prioritization
of the supply chain flexibilities. We demonstrate through sensitivity analysis that dynamic conditions do require adjustments
in the enterprise-wide flexibility spectrum.
