This study addresses some aspects regarding water jet propulsion during high explosives detonation. A number of theoretical and experimental studies have shown that using Gurney equation and the relationships derived, one can provide fair results regarding initial velocity of metallic fragments for explosively‐driven metal casings. However, an investigation on Gurney equations utilization for the prediction of water velocity has not been performed yet. By carrying out simple experimental tests and numerical simulations, water has been investigated in terms of total mass average velocity and tip velocity. Based on the available data, the findings indicate that Gurney equations overestimate the water mass average velocity. For water tip velocity evaluation, further studies should be made.  相似文献

近年来,随着工程塑料在军工产品包装领域的广泛应用,如何保证工程塑料包装箱的产品质量已经成为一项重要课题.塑料包装箱的成型方法很多,其中注射成型是主要的成型方法之一.据统计70%-80%的工程塑料、30%以上的塑料制品是用注射成型加工的.但注塑成型过程中产生的内应力严重影响塑料产品的质量,因此有必要对内应力的产生原因、影响因素及改善方法加以分析研究.文章针对内应力对注塑制品形成的危害,研究了减轻和消除内应力的方法.  相似文献

以水为溶剂,用过硫酸铵一次磷酸盐引发体系合成的AA-MA-AMPS水质稳定剂在p H值较宽的范围都有较好的阻垢缓蚀效果;对钙硬度、碱度、CI-、SO42-有较好的宽容度,在一般水质条件下,这些离子对阻垢缓蚀性能没有太大影响,而总Fe、Cu2+对该稳定剂的缓蚀性能有较为显著的影响,总Fe高于3mg/L、Cu2+高于0.05mg/L时,稳定剂的缓蚀性能显著降低。  相似文献

Viscosity of liquid is normally the most critical factor when operating an evaporator in an industrial process. This study shows that the dewatering capacity during evaporation for a low-viscosity peptone solution was reduced 40% for water activity (a w ) = 0.8 and 80% for a w  = 0.45. Designers of evaporators should be aware of this phenomenon if the aim is to get a high degree of dry matter concentration in the liquid.  相似文献

The first comprehensive study – bench–top laboratory investigations, pilot scale testing, and critical monitoring and evaluation of field applications – addressing the effects of ozone as a stand–alone cooling water treatment program is presented. The study also represents the first critical comparison of ozone–treated systems with non–treated systems. Excellent corrosion control can be attained in ozone–treated cooling water systems. However, the corrosion rates are completely dominated by the water chemistry of the system and have no dependence on the presence of ozone at typical use levels. Good control of fouling can also be attained. However, as was the case with corrosion control, deposition on the heatexchange surfaces is not determined by the presence of ozone, but by several factors that traditionally influence fouling in a system. The strong biocidal properties of ozone resulted in excellent microbiological control in all Pilot Cooling Tower (PCT) investigations and in both case studies. Excellent agreement was observed among all stages of testing.  相似文献

We investigated and compared the effects of foliar sprays of electrolytically ozonated water (OW) and acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water (AEOW) on severity of powdery mildew infection (PMI) and occurrence of visible physiological disorder on cucumber leaves. Foliar spray of OW contained severity of PMI to almost the same level as the initial value, without any visible physiological disorder. Although severity of PMI on AEOW-sprayed leaves was significantly lower than on OW-sprayed leaves, the leaves showed a visible physiological disorder after the first spray. These results indicate that OW is a viable option for controlling PMI on cucumber leaves at low initial severity levels, or for prevention of PMI, and that AEOW can be used for controlling PMI with special efforts taken against a visible physiological disorder.  相似文献

为筛选防治小麦赤霉病的高效药剂,对25%氰烯菌酯SC、42%咪鲜·甲硫灵WP、50%咪鲜胺WP、400 g/L戊唑·咪鲜胺EW和25%多·酮WP进行筛选试验。试验证明:25%氰烯菌酯SC、42%咪鲜·甲硫灵WP和25%多·酮WP对小麦赤霉病的防治效果较好,其用药适期为小麦齐穗扬花期,最佳用药量为25%氰烯菌酯SC 1500 mL/hm2、42%咪鲜·甲硫灵WP 1200 g/hm2和25%多·酮WP 1800 g/hm2,最终防治效果均在85%以上。  相似文献

分析了目前国内使用的超临界流体萃取装置的不足,并对其进行了改进,设计出适合以二氧化碳为萃取介质的中试装置。超过34000h的试用结果表明:该装置使用简单、操作安全、密封可靠,能满足多种原料的萃取要求,总体性能与进口设备相当,但造价低于进口设备,具有较高的应用价值。  相似文献

Abstract

Neutron radiography (NR) technique has been adopted to study the water absorption behavior of different kinds of wood plastic composites (WPC). The cold neutron radiography facility (CNRF) of Japan Research Reactor (JRR‐3M) was used in this work. Profiles of the absorbed water thickness of the samples are easily observed and measured from the radiography images. A small difference between NR image data and the measured data has been observed. That water absorption in these composites increases with time is clearly observed from the NR images.  相似文献

The quality of an injection molded part is affected by material properties, mold geometry, process conditions etc. Obtaining optimum process conditions and mold design is the key problem to improve the part quality. Sink mark is one of several important flaws of injection molded parts. In this article, numerical simulation is combined with Taguchi design-of-experiment (DOE) technique to investigate the influence of process conditions and cavity geometry on sink mark of the injection molded part and optimize process conditions and cavity geometry. An L18(37) orthogonal array based on the Taguchi method was conducted to minimize the sink marks of injection molded parts, and the significance of each factors on sink mark was investigated. For the factors selected in the main experiments, part thickness, holding pressure, melt temperature and mold temperature were found to be the principal factors affecting the sink marks of the injection molded parts.  相似文献

More than 20 years have passed since the introduction of advanced water treatment with ozonation and granular activated carbon in the Hanshin Water Supply Authority. Significant improvements have been achieved in eliminating taste and odor compounds in water and in suppressing the formation of disinfection by-products. Regarding the bromate ion, we have managed to suppress its formation by keeping the residual ozone concentration and pH low.  相似文献
