研究了硅油的种类及用量对硅橡胶阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,随着苯基硅油用量的增大,硅橡胶的阻尼因子(tanδ)峰值逐渐降低,且峰值对应的温度向低温方向移动; 添加量低于15份时,胶料的tanδ峰值大于未添加硅油的胶料。在-75~150℃,二甲基硅油不能提高硅橡胶的tanδ,随其用量的提高,硅橡胶的tanδ逐渐降低。添加不同用量羟基硅油的硅橡胶在-75~-35℃,tanδ相差不大,而在-35~150℃,随羟基硅油用量的提高,胶料的tanδ逐渐降低。在相同硅油用量(5份)下,硅橡胶阻尼性能由低到高的顺序为二甲基硅油胶料、羟基硅油胶料、苯基硅油胶料。 相似文献

气相白炭黑是硅橡胶(高粘度橡胶,HCR)制品的主要成分。由于它具有提高物理性能的独特能力,到目前为止是这种聚合物最为活跃的补强剂。从化学性质来看,气相白炭黑是一种无定形材料,由高纯度的二氧化硅(SiO2)组成,呈四面体结合成不大完美的三维结构,这样的结构中仅存在短程有序性。在其表面上有硅氧烷基团和一定浓度的硅烷醇基团,它们又可分为孤立基团、连位基团和孪位基团。 相似文献

研究乙烯基硅油的粘度和用量对机械剪切法再生硅橡胶(RSiR)性能的影响。结果表明:随着乙烯基硅油粘度的增大,RSiR胶料的正硫化时间延长,物理性能下降;随着乙烯基硅油用量的增大,RSiR胶料的最大转矩减小,正硫化时间缩短,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率增大;当乙烯基硅油粘度为1Pa·s、用量为10份时,RSiR硫化胶的物理性能较好。RSiR只有一个玻璃化温度(T_g),随着乙烯基硅油用量的增大,RSiR硫化胶的T_g朝低温方向移动,损耗因子降低。加入乙烯基硅油有助于提高RSiR硫化胶的热稳定性。 相似文献

Surface modification of titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles (NPs) by silane coupling agents and the ultraviolet-C (UV-C) aging behavior of silicone rubber (SiR) incorporated with the modified TiO2 NPs were investigated in this work. The SiR samples incorporated with TiO2 NPs displayed excellent stability against the UV-C radiation. In order to improve the dispersion of TiO2 NPs in the SiR matrix, the surface of TiO2 NPs was modified with 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane and 3-trimethoxysilyl propyl methacrylate, respectively. The surface modification of TiO2 NPs was characterized by thermal gravimetric analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The dispersion stability of the pristine TiO2 NPs and surface silane-modified TiO2 NPs was evaluated in an organic solvent (toluene). Effect of surface modified TiO2 NPs on the UV-C aging behavior of SiR was evaluated in terms of the change of surface morphology, tensile properties, hardness, crosslinking density, and surface microstructure before and after the UV-C aging. The results showed that surface modification of TiO2 NPs with silane coupling agents could improve the dispersion of TiO2 NPs in the SiR matrix. Moreover, the SiR with modified TiO2 NPs showed an improved aging resistance to the UV-C radiation, compared with the samples with pristine TiO2 NPs. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) products outdoors are often subjected to high intensity of ultraviolet (UV)-A radiation. However, the influence of UV-A radiation on LSR is rarely studied. To study the influence of UV-A radiation on LSR, the surface of LSR with UV-A aging time was characterized by tests at different detection depths [X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)]. The operation properties (thermal stability and mechanical and electrical properties) for outdoor insulators were also analyzed. It was found that the porous surface and the loose layer of LSR increased, but the growth rate of them decreased as UV-A aging time increased. SiO2 fillers were lost in the surface. C H bonds in CH3 and CH3 in Si CH3 increased with aging time. The increased crosslinking density increased the thermal stability, hardness, dielectric loss tangent, relative dielectric constant, and volume resistivity and decreased elongation-at-break. The mechanical strength initially increased and then decreased. Based on the proposed aging mechanism, the UV-A resistance of LSR can be improved by reducing the amount of hydrogen-containing silicone oil and by increasing the molecular weight of raw rubber. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 用双辊混炼机将导热填料分散到聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷中,再配以增强剂、硫化剂等,经模压硫化制得导热硅橡胶。研究了导热填料种类、石墨的表面改性和用量以及石墨与炭黑的复配对硅橡胶导热性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在用量相同的情况下,导热填料的导热系数越高,其填充硅橡胶的导热性越好,且硅橡胶的导热系数随导热填料用量的增加而增大。石墨的表面改性改善了石墨与硅橡胶的界面相容性,使硅橡胶的力学性能和导热性都得到提高。不同粒径及颗粒形态的炭黑与石墨复合可改善硅橡胶的导热性和力学性能,导热硅橡胶的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率随复合填料中炭黑用量的增加而提高,当石墨与炭黑质量比为25/5时,硅橡胶的导热系数最高,综合性能较好。 相似文献

考察了过氧化二异丙苯/N,N-二亚硝基五次甲基四胺(DCP/H)、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基过氧化己烷/偶氮二甲酰胺(双二五/AC)和过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)/AK 3种硫化发泡体系及助交联剂TAIC对硅橡胶泡沫材料力学性能和压缩应力松弛性能以及泡孔结构的影响。结果表明,DCP/H硫化发泡体系的力学性能和应力松弛性能优于双二五/AC和BPO/AK,添加适量助交联剂TAIC有助于进一步降低硅橡胶泡沫材料的应力松弛性能。扫描电镜(SEM)观察发现,DCP/H硫化发泡体系对应的硅橡胶发泡材料泡孔较小且分布均匀,当加入适量的助交联剂TAIC后,硅橡胶泡沫材料的泡孔更加细小均匀。 相似文献

采用沉淀法和气相法纳米SiO2补强硅橡胶,考察纳米SiO2的添加量和比表面积对结合橡胶量、橡胶吸附层厚度以及硅橡胶补强力学性能的影响.通过溶胀平衡实验计算填料补强能力参数C值,并通过扫描电镜观察填料纳米SiO2在硅橡胶中的分散状态.结果表明:填料添加量对硅橡胶力学性能的影响效果显著,当质量比为0.4时,补强橡胶具有较好的力学综合性能,结合橡胶量增大至49.24%,吸附层厚度增至6.87nm,对于气相法纳米SiO2,增大填料比表面积有利于提高结合橡胶量,改善填料的补强效果,补强硅橡胶热稳定性也相应提高,此外填料的C值也随之增大,选一步验证了填料的补强效果增强. 相似文献
