化工填料对填料塔的性能有着重要影响.介绍了各种瓷质化工填料的特点,在分析了它们优缺点的基础上,扬长避短,开发了瓷质阶梯环填料.通过试验进行优选,确定了瓷质阶梯环的结构,采用新的成型工艺使其机械强度成倍提高(破损率小于1%).该填料具有比表面积大、壁流效应小、填料阻力低、自清洗能力强、雾沫夹带少、使用寿命长等优点,值得推广应用.  相似文献

实验研究了瓷质抛光砖坯体中石英晶相对防污性能的影响.采用XRD和SEM等方法分析了石英晶相的含量与防污性能的关系,并从显微结构出发讨论了影响瓷质抛光砖防污性能的根本原因.结果表明:减少原料中SiO2的引入量或其粒度均可降低烧结成瓷后坯体中SiO2晶相的残留量,从而有效改善瓷质抛光砖的防污性能.  相似文献

在φ600×6556毫米PVC塔中,对新开发的NPJ—202型瓷质异鞍填料(以下简称50毫米202异鞍)和50毫米瓷质矩鞍填料(以下简称50毫米矩鞍)进行了空气-水系统、空气-硫酸系统流体力学和传质性能对比研究。50毫米202异鞍与50毫米矩鞍相比较,压降平均低20~30%;泛点气速高12~19%;压降填料因子和泛点填料因子分别低20%和19%;传质性能略优。提出了50毫米202异鞍填料的压降、传质的计算关联式,供生产、设计使用。  相似文献

为了控制电瓷产品的烧成质量,在一定温度范围内,对同一配方泥料不同温度点烧结后电瓷试样瓷质微观结构以及性能进行了分析研究.实验结果表明:在第6温度点烧成的瓷质(玻璃相49.31%、刚玉相39.00%、气孔相7.07%、莫来石4.62%)强度最高,结构最紧密;且造成瓷质性能下降的微观机理不同;选择合适的烧成温度范围,是控制电瓷产品质量的必要条件.  相似文献

以湖北某地低硅铁尾矿为主要原料,高岭土、石英砂、长石为辅料制备瓷质砖.考察了原料配比和制备工艺条件对瓷质砖性能的影响,并结合XRD及SEM分析,探讨了铁尾矿瓷质砖的微观结构及性能的形成机理.结果表明,加入55%~65%的铁尾矿可全部取代长石制备瓷质砖,适宜制备条件为:成型压力30 MPa、烧成温度1200℃、保温时间15 min,在此条件下制得样品的主要性能指标符合国家标准陶瓷砖(GB/T 4100-2006)中对于干压瓷质砖的要求及陶瓷砖环境标志产品技术要求(HJ/T 297-2006)中的规定.尾矿瓷质砖的矿物组成主要是赤铁矿、石英和方石英,其次是钙长石和莫来石,玻璃相充填其中,形成玻璃相和晶体颗粒胶结的致密整体,对砖坯的致密化和成瓷发挥重要作用.  相似文献

In the investment casting of turbine blades, ceramic cores are key components to form complex hollow structures. Superior mechanical property and leaching rate are demanded for ceramic cores. Herein, ceramic cores were fabricated using fused silica powders as the matrix, and amorphous and polycrystalline mullite fibers as the reinforcement phases, respectively. The microstructure and property evolution of ceramic cores rely on the crystallization degree of mullite fibers are explored. Both of the mullite fibers lead to improved crystallization of cristobalite, reduced sintering shrinkage, increased apparent porosity, and benefited bending strength, creep resistance, and leaching rate of the cores. Compared to the polycrystalline mullite fibers, the amorphous fibers are metastable with large quantities of structural defects, promoting the diffusion mass transfer and forming strong interface between fibers and matrix. Therefore, the amorphous fibers have larger promotion on the bending strength and resistance to creep deformation of ceramic cores. Moreover, the structural defects of amorphous fibers ensures the high chemical activity in alkaline solutions and exhibits excellent leaching rate. The ceramic core with 4.5 wt% of amorphous mullite fibers exhibits excellent comprehensive performance with bending strengths of 28.9 MPa and 23.8 MPa at room temperature and 1550 °C, creep deformation of 0.3 mm, and leaching rate of 1.4 g/min, well meeting the casting requirements of hollow blades.  相似文献

Yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) ceramic foams are a promising class of materials for lightweight, high specific strength catalyst supports or insulation. Foam morphology is one of the most significant factors that dominate the mechanical properties of the YSZ ceramic foams. However, the foam morphology as a function of gravity and foam film strength for YSZ ceramic foams has been seldom reported up to now. Our work focuses on YSZ ceramic foams fabricated via a novel foam-gelcasting method using Isobam as gelling agent. The relative magnitudes of the foam film strength and the gravitational force can be changed by controlling the foaming yield of slurries. Both the remaining high-temperature strength and the critical difference temperature (△Tc) of YSZ (3.0) ceramic foams were higher than those of YSZ (5.0) ceramic foams, mainly owing to high closed-cells and relatively uniform distributed pore structure. In addition, the YSZ ceramic foams could not break suddenly like dense ceramics. This work demonstrates that tuning the foaming yield of slurries is a viable route to improved thermomechanical property in ceramic foams for use as insulation or catalyst supports in extreme environments.  相似文献

High temperature resistant porous ceramics are considered to be prime candidates for applications in the transpiration cooling system of a hypersonic vehicle. This paper describes a new preparation process including grinding-mould pressing-sintering process, which is successfully used to fabricate C/SiC porous ceramics with high compressive strength and excellent permeability. The effects of carbon fiber content on the microstructure, mechanical property, pore size distribution and permeability of this porous ceramic are investigated in detail. The results indicate that this porous ceramic prepared in this study exhibits high compressive strength (~270.82 MPa) and excellent permeability (~3.937 × 10?8 mm2). The C/SiC porous ceramics fabricated in this study will have potential application in active thermal protection systems.  相似文献

根据硫酸工业生产的需要,研制了用于高温浓硫酸的DS-1高硅奥氏体不锈钢板材,在合金成分的设计和制造工艺获得成功后,将该种材料投入了工业化应用,用于硫酸生产装置中的干燥塔和吸收塔作为内衬及填料支撑装置(代替瓷砖砌筑),以及用于制造分酸器。经过几年的使用实践证明,DS-1、DS-2高硅奥氏体不锈钢不但具有优良的耐热浓硫酸腐蚀性能,而且具有良好的冷热成型工艺性能和焊接性能。  相似文献

In this work, MgO was applied to modify the titania ceramic slurry, which could realize the high-quality DLP printing of titania ceramic by promoting the grain growth during sintering. Combining the phase and element analysis, it was revealed that the reduced stress concentration and improved mechanical property were attributed to the formation of MgTi2O5 in solid-state reaction between MgO and TiO2. When MgO content increased beyond 10 wt.%, the microstructure pinning effects showed a negative impact on ceramic grain growth. Among all the samples, 5%MgO/TiO2 has exhibited the best bending strength of 71.9 MPa and the densification of 85%, while its sintering temperature reduced by 200 °C. Meanwhile, the compressive property of representing porous TiO2 samples reached 18.2 MPa, which was similar to those of porous ceramics produced by conventional manufacturing routes. Overall, MgO-TiO2 composite ceramic prepared in this study have potential application in field of monolithic catalysts and tissue engineering scaffold.  相似文献
