TiO2复合薄膜光生亲水及防结雾性能研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用中频交流磁控溅射技术制备了TiO2薄膜、Ag/TiO2复合薄膜和TiO2:MoO3复合薄膜,研究了TiO2薄膜的光生亲水性和防结雾特性,讨论Ag及MoO3对TiO2薄膜光生亲水性的影响.发现:制备的TiO2薄膜有良好的光生亲水性和防结雾效果,同时薄膜越厚其光生亲水性越明显.800 nm的TiO2薄膜在TUV辐照3 min后其接触角可下降至2°以下.Ag/TiO2复合薄膜是一种接触角在较大范围内可变的薄膜材料,紫外辐射可使其接触角在120°到0°间调节.而TiO2:MoO3复合薄膜的光生亲水性则远比TiO2薄膜差. 相似文献

本文采用了单壁碳纳米管(SWCNTs)与V2O5气凝胶进行复合.首先采用混酸处理的方法对SWCNTs进行预处理,然后与V2O5溶胶进行复合.V2O5复合气凝胶薄膜材料的制备过程,主要是以v205粉末、苯甲醇(BA)、异丙醇(IP)和SWENTs为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法、提拉法镀膜和溶剂替换的方法来制备.利用紫外.可见.近红外分光光度计、傅里叶红外光谱仪、原子力显微镜、透射和扫描电子显微镜等表征手段,研究了SWENTs复合V2O5气凝胶薄膜材料的结构和热处理对薄膜性能的影响. 相似文献

近年来,二氧化钛光催化技术正成为光化学、能源、环境以及材料等领域的研究热点。作为一种新型的环境净化材料,TiO_2光催化剂可广泛应用于污水处理、空气净化、抗菌除臭、表面防污、自清洁等方面,目前,TiO_2光催化剂的固定化及其光催化活性的改善是 TiO_2光催化材料设计、开发和应用中急需解决的问题。本文利用阳极氧化和电沉积技术,在铝合金表面成功地制备出具有较好光催化活性的 Al_2O_3/TiO_2复合薄膜。系统研究了复合薄膜的制备工艺;表征了复合薄膜的形貌、结构、成分以及光谱特性;详细分析了复合薄膜的光催化性能,并对这种特殊的复合薄膜形成机理进行了探讨。研究结果表明:电沉积液温度在薄膜制备过程中是最重要的影响因素,合理地控制沉积过程中的工艺参数可得到具有最佳表面质量和光催化性能的 Al_2O_3/TiO_2复合薄膜,H_2SO_4-Al_2O_3/TiO_2复合薄膜经热处理,表面有锐钛矿结构 TiO_2生成,TiO_2的晶粒尺寸在纳米量级;TiO_2在加热过程中主要发生表面吸附水和吸附有机物的脱附、结晶水的失去及非晶相的晶化三种变化,且 TiO_2由无定形结构向锐钛矿晶体结构转变的温度为425℃左右;三种类型 Al_2O_3/TiO_2复合薄膜的表面形貌存在较大差异,这主要归因于三种铝阳极氧化膜的膜厚及表面微孔结构的不同;三种类型的复合薄膜均具有紫外光光催化活性;通过 Fe 离子掺杂改性以及萘酚蓝黑染料敏化处理后,复合薄膜的光催化性能可得到明显地改善;由薄膜形成机理的分析可知,TiO_2主要通过交流电沉积过程中的阴极反应沉积于铝阳极氧化膜微孔处和表面上。 相似文献

采用溶液浸渍法在ITO导电玻璃表面的多孔TiO2薄膜上沉积了FeS2薄膜.使用Fe2O3粉末保护裸露在外的ITO导电膜在硫气氛中热处理后,制得了FeS2/TiO2复合薄膜.应用B531/H数显测厚指示表、数字式四探针测试仪、XJCM-8太阳电池测试仪等研究了FeS2/TiO2复合薄膜的厚度、ITO导电玻璃的电阻率以及FeS2/TiO2复合薄膜的光电性能.结果表明:此方法制得的FeS2/TiO2复合薄膜具有良好的光电性能;且ITO导电膜的电阻率变化较小.因而适宜制备色素增感太阳能电池(DSSC). 相似文献

Effects of mineral tourmaline particles on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 thin films 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Titania composite thin films (T/TiO2) containing tourmaline particles were prepared by a sol-gel method, using alkoxide solutions as precursor. The tourmaline particles and thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and so on. The effects of tourmaline on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 were measured with methyl orange as an objective photodegradation substance. The results showed that the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange conformed to the first-order kinetic equation and the composite thin films had better photocatalytic activity due to the cooperation of polarity and the far infrared emission of tourmaline. The T/TiO2 thin films including 0.5 wt% tourmaline exhibited better photocatalytic activity when heat-treated at 250 degrees C for 3 h, than pure TiO2 thin films under the ultraviolet irradiation. 相似文献

The moisture barrier properties of polyimide (PI) thin films used for passivation in microelectronic devices are poorer than those of many other polymers. The enhancement of the barrier properties of PI films obtainable by coating them with polymers of lower permeability to form multilayer composite membranes was investigated. In this paper we report a study of the diffusion and permeation of water vapor in four composite PI/polymer thin films: PI/polyethylene, PI/polyethylene-acrylic acid, PI/polyvinylidene fluoride and PI/poly(chloro-p-xylylene). The temperature-dependent permeability coefficient of single-layer and composite thin films was measured and found to follow the Arrhenius relation with low activation energies (lower than 6 kcal mol?1). Enhancement in the barrier properties by a factor of 4–6 at 30°C is attained when 2–3 μm PI films are coated with 2 μm films of the four polymers investigated. 相似文献

Here we report on our investigation on photocatalytic oxidation (PCO) of gaseous methanol with WO3-TiO2 composite films. WO3 and WO3-TiO2 composite thin films were prepared by drop casting method. PCO of gaseous methanol and hydrogen generation process on platinum loaded WO3-TiO2 composite thin films in high vacuum were investigated using a home-made reactor with a six-channel quadrupole mass spectrometer at real-time scale under UVA (300-400 nm) light illumination.In the case of Pt loaded WO3 thin films, PCO of gaseous methanol proceeds through intermediates viz. formaldehyde, CO and finally to CO2 and H2. PCO of gaseous methanol occurs via direct hole transfer over Pt loaded WO3 thin films. On the other hand, PCO of gaseous methanol over Pt loaded WO3-TiO2 composite thin films proceeds with competitive direct and indirect hole transfer reactions. Our real-time analysis of gas phase photocatalysis realized the identification of direct and indirect hole transfer processes and the reaction intermediates thereof. 相似文献

Crystal structure, surface morphology, surface chemical composition and photocurrent response curves of the thin films were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electrochemical workstation. The results show that the composite thin films are composed of CuO and Cu2O phase. The relative content of copper (I) oxide on the composite thin films increases with the increase of solution concentration. Leaf-like CuO particles have been observed on the thin film grown in the 0.5 mol/L solution. Some regular octahedral and truncated octahedral Cu2O particles have been observed on the surface of thin films grown in the 0.6 and 0.8 mol/L solution, respectively. The best photocurrent response and the fastest growth and decay have been observed in the thin film grown in 0.6 mol/L solution. 相似文献
