On the main railways in Russia, two types of current in the contact wire are used: dc voltage of 3 kV and ac voltage of 25 kV with a frequency of 50 Hz. Therefore, prospective electric rolling stock should have double the power. Improving the capacity and structural speed of locomotives is based on the use of asynchronous traction motors (ATDs) with a squirrel-cage rotor allowing increasing the tractive force and the weight of the train and the capacity and speed of cargo delivery, increasing reliability and reducing life cycle costs, and increasing service life. Electrical equipment for such rolling stock should be used when working from either contact system, dc or ac. In this article, the scheme of power circuits is considered using the example of a module of a traction drive in one bogie of dual-system electric locomotives. It is proposed to use the secondary winding of the traction transformer as a choke of the input filter when powered from a dc contact system. Regulation of operation modes of asynchronous traction motors is carried out from static semiconductor converters with a two-tier structure. Input transducers provide the exchange of electric energy between the contact system and the intermediate link of dc voltage, and the output converters regulate the traction motors by changing the magnitude and frequency of voltage on the stator windings of ATD depending on the speed of the locomotive and its operating mode. 4QS input converters and output converters are autonomous voltage inverters of the intermediate ac: in the case of single-phase input and output, they are three-phase. The basic ratios are given to determine voltages and currents of 4QS converters, to determine the variable component of a rectified current 4QS converter, and to formulate requirements for a resonant L2C2 filter configured for a frequency of 100 Hz. Expressions are given for determining the ratio of the input power of the converter, as well as recommendations for determining the basic parameters of electrical equipment.  相似文献

Super high-speed and high-power electric machines are required for turbomolecular pumps and spindle drives. High rotational speed and high power drives can be achieved with bearingless motors. In this paper, a bearingless motor with the principles of permanent magnet type synchronous motors is proposed. High power factor and high efficiency can be expected in permanent magnet type bearingless motors. The proposed bearingless motor is a 4 pole permanent magnet synchronous motor, in which additional 2-pole windings are wound together with 4-pole motor windings in stator slots. With currents of 2-pole windings, radial magnetic forces are produced to support a rotor shaft. Principles of radial force production of surface-mounted permanent magnet bearingless motors are analyzed mathematically. It was found that radial forces are efficiently produced by employing thin permanent magnets on the surface of rotor iron core. Upgrading the traction power supply is an important task in developing railway power engineering. The Russian railway transport development strategy envisions updating power supply equipment, including the reconstruction of 763 traction substations, which will be very expensive. Power transformers are the main, and most expensive, apparatuses in traction substations. They account for more than 50% of the cost of substation equipment. Steps in increasing the operating life of power traction substations during upgrading the ac traction substations are described in the present article. Substation upgrading involves up-to-date equipment and technologies. The decision to replace or further use existing substation power transformers is primarily based on data on the real condition of transformers. The 25 kV alternating current power transformers traction substations operate with the high unbalanced current of windings. The current of the most loaded winding can possess double magnitude of currents in other windings, while the losses of windings differ by four times. A qualitative analysis of transformer operating life based on insulation wear for three traction substations is presented. The winding with maximum insulation wear is assessed on the basis of power consumption. In order to extend the operating life, windings need to be connected to neutral links of a traction substation.  相似文献

Electric traction systems are improved as part of the process of updating the entire system that converts the power that is consumed by the transportation process. Application of dc converters to a three-phase alternating current, the use of thyristor converters of the dc voltage level, the creation of highly efficient algorithms for computer control of electric-power conversion, and substitution of commutator dc motors for brushless three-phase ac motors lie at the core of technological improvement of electric traction systems and are now widely used in a number of industrialized countries. This paper proposes new traction power-supply systems for areas with high traffic, which require additional wires to be laid and multiconductor lines to be used. The requirements are formulated, and a methodology for grounding the electromagnetic compatibility of multiconductor lines of traction power supply and infrastructure elements is discussed. It is shown that electromagnetic coupling of lines takes place under conditions of both electric and magnetic effects between two or more electrically long lines. In electrically long lines, the voltages and currents cannot be considered independent of each other. They are interconnected through the impedance of the respective line (similarly to how electrical and magnetic fields of electromagnetic waves are linked with each other through the impedance of space). The studies and analysis that were carried out showed t6hat it is possible to simulate the propagation of electromagnetic waves along multiconductor traction power-supply lines, which allow determining not only the currents and voltages at any given point of a multiconductor line, but also simultaneously induced voltages at an adjacent line. All this allows highly accurate checking of the electromagnetic compatibility of the traction network and longitudinal power supply lines with communication lines and track circuits in areas with high traffic.  相似文献

The disadvantages of three-phase asynchronous motors with short-circuited rotors, which are widely used in practice, are discussed. It is determined that the most significant disadvantage is consumption of two types of electric energy from a network: active energy for conversion into mechanical energy accompanied by inevitable heat losses and reactive energy that is not converted into other types of energy, but is expended on generation of the magnetic field required for electromechanical conversion of energy in an electrical machine. It is suggested to use internal capacitive compensation of reactive power to improve the technical and economic indices of asynchronous machines of both motors and generators. In addition, each phase winding of the asynchronous machine stator is divided into two parts equal in number of turns spatially shifted between each other in the core slots by an angle of 30°. These parts are connected according to the scheme of the rotary autotransformer to the electrical capacity at its output. The change of the spatial position of the stator windings leads to a change in time of the action of the phase angles of their electromotive force and, therefore, of currents and voltages without changing the introduced reactive impedances. Thus, the spatial coordinate of the electrical value is converted into the time coordinate in the electromagnetic circuit with a rotating magnetic field. The combination of this property of the stator windings in accordance with the rotary autotransformer with the action of the electrical capacity at its output creates the effect of internal capacitive compensation of reactive power in an asynchronous machine. The ability to use internal capacitive compensation of reactive power in single-phase asynchronous machines is considered. A method of calculation of the characteristics of compensated asynchronous machines taking into account the change of the magnetizing contour resistance is presented. The advantages of compensated asynchronous motors and compensated asynchronous generators are determined. Recommendations as to their effective practical use are given.  相似文献

为了对故障中各种电气量进行准确仿真分析以揭示隐极同步发电机励磁绕组匝间短路的故障机理,需要准确计算电机的各种参数,尤其是与发生匝间短路的励磁绕组有关的电感参数.从隐极同步电机分布式励磁绕组在各极下的单个同心式线圈出发,应用气隙磁导的概念和谐波分析的方法计算与单个励磁线圈有关的电感参数,并按照故障的励磁绕组的实际连接情况进行叠加,得到了与励磁绕组各回路有关的多回路参数模型.该模型考虑了励磁绕组故障回路产生的各种谐波磁场的作用,并通过具体算例间接说明了其合理性.将该参数模型用于励磁绕组匝间短路故障的多回路计算,计算结果与样机实验吻合,验证了参数模型的准确性.  相似文献

A dc electric locomotive simulation model is considered that makes it possible to study transient and steady processes and may serve as a basis for the notion of a “digital locomotive” being implemented within the “Digital Railway” project. One of the most popular electric locomotives is selected, which is designed for pulling freight trains along long-distance railways electrified with direct current with a voltage of 3000 V. The electric locomotive model is based on a mathematical model of a collector traction engine. The model takes into account the nonlinearity of the main pole’s magnetic characteristic, as well as the effect of eddy currents in solid magnetic circuit sections on the magnetic flux variation. The model provides a mechanism for regulating motors in the course of investigations in accordance with operating conditions. The processes of resistor starting and voltage regulation by connection to resistors by means of transposition, as well as motor regulation by changing the magnetic flux, are taken into account. The possibility of using the developed model to study the traction substation–traction network–electric rolling stock system, which is determined by different operating modes of the traction network in the process of converting electrical energy into mechanical, is shown. Calculations of various locomotive operating modes in the event of failure in the contact network are carried out.  相似文献

The fundamentals of design procedure of performance data of controlled asynchronous motors (AMs) supplied with pulse voltage are stated in this article. The proposed model is based on a L-shaped equivalent circuit for each of harmonics, on which the curve of applied to a phase voltage is displayed. It is proposed to find the increase of magnetic iron loss caused by hysteresis in proportion to the peak value of the pulse voltage. The influence of PWM voltage on magnetic hysteresis loss is determined by using a coefficient depending on the effective values of fundamental and higher harmonics of the EMF and voltages, as well as the coefficient taking into account the increase of electrical resistance of iron due to the skin effect. In a similar way, it is proposed to take into account magnetic losses in the rotor that are occasioned only by the influence of higher harmonics. It is proposed to determine the increase of resistance and decrease of the inductance of short-circuited rotor of the influence of currents of higher harmonics by the well-known Interelectro methodology. The resulting values of consumption current, power factor, effective power, and consumption power of an asynchronous motor with pulse voltage are calculated taking into account the total effect of currents and voltages of fundamental and higher harmonics. Based on the methodology that we have laid out, a program was written and modeling was carried out of the operational characteristics of an asynchronous motor with a power of 180 W supplied by a PWM inverter with a fundamental frequency of 50 Hz. In addition, the harmonic composition of pulse voltage was obtained by processing the oscillograms taken from phase windings of the motor supplied by the frequency converter. To experimentally check of the proposed model, an experimental plant for loading the asynchronous motor was assembled and the operational characteristics of asynchronous motor with the fundamental harmonic of 50 Hz were determined. The experimental results showed satisfactory convergence with the calculated results that makes it possible to recommend the proposed methodology to evaluate the energy indices of frequencycontrolled asynchronous motors.  相似文献

对比测量了不同运行年限的变频牵引电机的定子绕组绝缘诊断参数,包括绝缘电阻、介质损耗因数、局部放电起始电压(PDIV)、剩余击穿电压等特征参数,以及沿绕组不同部位的绝缘材料取样进行了热失重分析(TGA)来研究绝缘老化特征。介电性能测量结果表明,与新电机相比,运行后定子绕组的绝缘介电性能有不同程度的下降,出槽口附近绝缘的老化程度高于槽内。TGA分析结果表明,使用了长达10年的牵引电机定子绕组绝缘性能略有下降,且线圈下层边的绝缘老化比上层边明显。  相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of accounting for changes in the magnetic flux leakage of traction transformer windings under discrete cyclic load switching of traction winding sections during the simulation of continuous processes. It is proposed to take into account this change by introducing a fictitious mutual inductance and active components of the mutual impedance between the windings, which can be determined using the theory of a multiwinding transformer. A method for mathematical representation and computer simulation of the traction transformer with tapped secondary windings is considered based on the notation of the system of differential equations in the state space. Expressions for the calculation of the leakage inductance of the transformer windings and mutual inductances that take into account the change in the magnetic field of the winding leakage in the case of the discrete cyclic load switching of the tapped secondary windings. An algorithm for calculation of matrix elements of the equation of state is constructed. A simulation mathematical model of the traction transformer is developed in the Matlab/Simulink environment that takes into account the winding leakage field variation under discrete cyclic switching of the load of sections of traction windings. The adequacy of the proposed simulation mathematical model is proven by comparison of short-circuit currents obtained as a result of the simulation with currents of traction transformer short-circuit field tests.  相似文献

Dependences between the currents and voltages at terminals of a homogeneous long line were analyzed. They make it possible to more correctly explain the changes in current and voltage in an electric-traction network when switching the thyristor arms of a rectifier–inverter converter than do conclusions obtained during replacement of a long line with a circuit with lumped parameters. An imitation model of the homogeneous low-loss long line in the MATLAB/Simulink software environment is proposed that adequately represents the propagation of incident and reflected electromagnetic waves along the line. Transfer functions are presented that approximate the frequency dependences of the specific parameters of the equivalent rail–ground loop and the overhead catenary–ground loop calculated taking into account the increase in the resistance of the wires due to the eddy currents and the surface effect. The influence of frequency dependences of the specific electric parameters of an electric-traction network calculated by various methods on the free voltage oscillation decay on the electric locomotive pantograph obtained by modeling the electromagnetic processes in the traction substation–electric traction network–electric locomotive system is revealed.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A general analysis for the different cases of short circuits of a synchronous machine is given in this paper. The effects of saliency and of damping circuits are considered. Expressions for the transient currents in the machine windings, flux linkages, open phase voltages and electromagnetic torques are given in the case of any short circuit. The different formulae are given in terms of the machine pameters which can be measured by classical tests, and are generally given by the manufacturer- Experimental verifications have been made on a conventional salient pole machine and are given for all kinds of short circuits over all the possible range of the rotor axis positions at the instant of short circuit.  相似文献

针对传统无轴承开关磁阻电机数学模型单相电流导通模式的局限性,提出了一种适用于单、双相导通的无轴承开关磁阻电机数学模型.在建立两相电流导通的等效磁路模型基础上,确定电感矩阵,推导出两相电流导通的径向悬浮力和电磁转矩的表达式.基于该数学模型的双相电流导通模式极大程度地拓宽了无轴承开关磁阻电机的工作区域,增加了其承受径向负载的能力.利用磁场分析法验证了该数学模型的正确性和优良的工作特性.  相似文献

One of the key factors determining the performance of a 110–500-kV station service voltage transformer (SSVT) is a compact insulation design that provides minimum winding sizes. Since SSVTs are new equipment that combine the operational features of a power transformer and the design features of a measuring voltage transformer, it is necessary to study the characteristic transient processes occurring under the impact of lightning-impulse test voltages and lightning and switching overloads in operation in order to ensure proper insulation design. The article presents the results of an experimental investigation of impulse transients in the windings of a full-scale mockup model of an active part of a 20-kV A SSVT with a rated voltage of 110 kV. The influence of grounding the low-voltage winding terminals on the maximum values and duration of impulse stresses on the longitudinal insulation of the high-voltage winding is revealed. It is shown that, unlike in the case of power transformers with disc windings, more significant effects on the insulation are produced when no load is applied on the low-voltage windings.  相似文献

Methods of studies are based on solving a nonlinear system of equations of magnetically connected circuits. Determination of the currents in elements of damping windings of salient and nonsalient pole types of machines and series of linear transformations of MMF and flux density in a complex plane is carried out; MMF and flux density are represented in the form of complexes of symbolic method. Formulas for currents in elements of damping windings and complex amplitudes of currents are obtained. Practical examples are given.  相似文献

Special circuit designs making it possible to limit the current-surge amplitude are used to increase the reliability of traction motors with the voltage fluctuations under the conditions of a sharp increase of currents of the armatures. The simplest engineering solution, which entails the parallel connection of a larger capacitor to the excitation windings of the energy storage units, is imperfect, as it does not allow adjusting the excitation current. An alternative approach is proposed to provide the reliability of operation of the traction motors. The circuit designs are presented, and modelling is performed as a result of which the main characteristics and regularities of the studied designs are revealed. It is shown that the direct connection of the excitation winding to the network does not exclude current surges of the armatures, and the use of the resistors in the excitation windings is ineffective. The modelling of the processes and calculation show the feasibility of including a bypass diode and, if necessary, a reactor, as well as implementing pulse regulation of the excitation current.  相似文献

Analysis of overvoltages on the windings of synchronous motors caused by recharging of the insulation capacitances of motor stator windings connected with switching of valve currents has been carried out. The effect of a connecting cable line on the overvoltages of the motor is demonstrated. Formulas for determining the EMF phases of the network and the motor are presented. Expressions for determining bias EMF and zero-sequence EMF are examined. Oscillograms of variations in the current of the motor phases, the output voltage of the rectifier, and the insulation voltage of the motor are presented. Based on an analysis of the calculated quantities, conclusions are drawn and recommendations given for switching on the windings of a smoothing throttle.  相似文献

In recent years, industrial plants have been utilizing more electric motors as drivers because of their high efficiency and reliability and lower maintenance costs. Electrified continuous process plants are using electric motors for both primary and standby drives. When these standby motors are not operating during normal plant runs, their windings collect moisture. Moisture attacks insulation and causes insulation failure. A breakdown of motor insulation may occur when a standby motor is suddenly energized to take the place of the primary motor. When it is not in operation, directly heating the motor winding with a low voltage system, coupled with automatic control, will guard the motor from moisture attack and extend its service life. The experience with low voltage heating of motor windings as described by M. H. Yuen in his article [1] has proved its effectiveness. However, conventional relays, timers, contactors, etc., were utilized in the circuits.  相似文献
