以4,6-二氨基间苯二酚盐酸盐(DAR)和对苯二甲酸(TPA)制成复合盐,再以多聚磷酸为溶剂,添加五氧化二磷,制备出PBO聚合物。通过双螺杆挤出机和喷丝板挤出,在水溶液中凝固成型,经过洗涤、干燥等过程,最终卷绕成型。制成的纤维抗拉强度可以达到33cN/dtex,制成的PBO聚合物特性粘度可以达到56dL/g。 相似文献

本文研究了新型改性双马来酰亚胺树脂(JM)及PBO/JM复合材料的力学性能和耐热性能。分别采用旋转粘度计对JM树脂的粘度进行了测试,采用材料万能试验机对树脂浇铸体及PBO/JM复合材料的力学性能进行了测试,采用DMA和TGA对树脂及其复合材料的玻璃化转变温度和热分解温度进行了分析。结果表明,JM树脂具有较好的成型工艺性,能够满足复合材料干法、湿法缠绕成型工艺的要求;JM树脂具有较高的强度和模量,但固化物脆性较大,其力学性能有待进一步改善;JM树脂的玻璃化转变温度和5%热失重温度分别达到366.6和410.4℃;PBO/JM复合材料的耐热性能远高于PBO/环氧复合材料。 相似文献

通过4,6-二氨基间苯二酚(DADHP)、对苯二甲酸(PTA)和羧酸化单壁碳纳米管(SWNT-COOH,SWNT经强氧化酸处理获得)之间的络合反应,合成了用于PBO/SWNT聚合的复合物(DADHP-PTA-SWNT-COOH络合盐),并成功制备了一系列SWNT含量不同的PBO/SWNT复合材料。对SWNT-COOH、DADHP/PTA/SWNT-COOH络合盐和PBO/SWNT复合材料进行傅立叶红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜表征。结果表明:经过酸处理后,SWNT获得羧基,表面极性功能基团数量增加,在聚合物基体中的分散性提高,SWNT用量为2.5%时,分散效果最佳。 相似文献

The novel polymer poly[p-(2,5-dihydroxy)-phenylenebenzobisoxazole] (PBOH) fiber was synthesized in the presence of 2,5-dihydroxyterephthalicacid (DHTA) and 4,6-diamino-1,3-benzenediol in poly(phosphoric acid) (PPA) using typical polycondensation conditions. The crystalline solutions of liquid PBOH in PPA were spun into fibers using dry-jet wet spinning. Furthermore, the thermostability and mechanical properties of PBOH were compared with poly(p-phenylene-2,6-benzoxazole) (PBO) in order to investigate the relationship between the chain structure and properties. The results indicated that the thermal degradation temperature of PBOH was above 750K and the tensile strength of the PBOH fiber was 3.1GPa, which were much lower than those of PBO fiber. The compressive strength of PBOH fiber was 331 M Pa, which was slightly higher than that of PBO fiber. In addition, molecular simulation was employed to explain why the compressive strength of PBOH fiber did not increase significantly compared to PBO fiber. 相似文献

Two kinds of modified poly(p‐phenylene benzoxazole) (PBO), the copolymer of TPA (SPBO) and p‐SPBO, containing ionic groups in the macromolecular chains were obtained by copolymerization from 1,3‐diamino‐4,6‐dihydroxybenzene dihydrochloride (DAR) and terephthalic acid (TPA), with the addition of selected amounts (1.5–5.0% molar ratio over DAR) of 5‐sulfoisophthalic acid monosodium salt or sulfoterephthalic acid monopotassium salt in place of the TPA, respectively, in poly(phosphoric acid) (PPA). The resultant PBO/PPA, SPBO/PPA, and p‐SPBO/PPA lyotropic liquid‐crystalline solutions were spun into fibers by a dry‐jet wet‐spinning technique. Chemically modified PBO fibers with sulfonate salt pendants in the polymer chains were obtained for the first time. The surface wetting behavior and interfacial shear strength between the fiber and epoxy resin were investigated. 多壁碳纳米管经过强氧化性酸的处理后,经XPS表征结果得出表面含有羧基的碳纳米管(MWNTs—COOH)。MWNTs—COOH经过超声处理后放入4,6-二氨基间苯二酚和对苯二甲酸的多聚磷酸体系中,原位聚合得到MWNTs—COOH/聚对苯撑苯并双嗯唑(PBO)复合材料,经液晶纺丝得到MWNTs—COOH/PBO纤维。用纤维界面分析仪测试MWNTs—COOH的加入对PBO纤维/环氧树脂界面剪切强度的影响。通过SEM和AFM对纤维的表面形貌进行观察,可看出MWNTs—COOH的加入改善了PBO与环氧树脂的界面强度。 相似文献

以4,6-二氨基-1,3-苯二酚盐酸盐和对苯二甲酸为原料,在多聚磷酸介质中经溶液缩聚,得到聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑(PBO)。通过实验得到最佳条件是:聚合反应在减压及氮气保护下进行,聚合温度100~180℃,控制最终w(P2O5)=82%~84%。采用傅里叶红外光谱、激光拉曼光谱、元素分析对PBO的结构进行了表征,热重分析结果表明,PBO在N2中失重5%和10%分别对应540、636℃,在O2中失重5%和10%分别对应470、515℃,在甲基磺酸中、(30±0.1)℃测得PBO特性黏度为25.4 dL/g。 相似文献

Adsorption thermodynamic and kinetic studies of C. I. disperse dye 60 on PBO fiber pretreated with polyphosphoric acid (PPA) were carried out under the conditions of pH 6.0±0.2, initial dye concentration 0.05–1.0 g/L and liquor ratio 2,000: 1. The results showed that the equilibrium adsorption isotherm of the disperse dye on the pretreated PBO fiber was a Langmuir-Nernst mixed Model and the saturated adsorption capacity of the turning point was 1.046 mg/g. The thermodynamic parameters were calculated by the equilibrium adsorption isotherm, such as standard affinity, enthalpy change and entropy change, which indicated that the adsorption of disperse dye on the pretreated PBO fiber was an exothermic process. Based on the thermodynamic and kinetic data, the adsorption of the dye on the pretreated PBO fiber was a kinetics controlled process, and the disperse dye could only diffuse into the surface layer of pretreated PBO fiber. Meanwhile, the adsorption kinetics of disperse dye on pretreated PBO fiber well agreed with a pseudo-first-order kinetic model. 相似文献

利用连续聚合装置合成阳离子可染共聚酯(CDP)熔体,经熔体输送管道直接纺丝生产CDP预取向丝(POY)。分析了CDP熔体的热性能;探讨了熔体直纺CDP-POY的生产工艺。结果表明:连续法合成的CDP熔体质量优良,熔体过滤器使用周期大于10d;通过增设熔体增压泵、熔体管道冷却器,选择熔体输送温度280℃,纺丝箱体温度293~295℃,无油丝的特性粘数降控制在0.014dL/g以内;采用外环吹和短程纺设备,控制纺丝速度2900~3000m/min,生产出的260dtex/144f CDP-POY质量优良。 相似文献
