面对以太阳能为代表的城市新能源供给系统正在从单向集中模式走向双向分散模式的历史性变革,城市规划与建筑设计领域也随之催生了一批关于新能源的研究。而其中工作尺度介于这两者之间的城市设计,因其操作对象的三维形态特征,能够有效地将城市规划中对土地太阳能潜力的预测,与建筑设计中对太阳能建筑一体化构件的设计贯穿起来。由此,文中展示了如何运用参数化的生成与评价技术,按照城市设计中的三维形态、日常设计中各种建筑类型的经验数值、太阳能采集单元的安装规范等限制条件,对城市设计方案进行自动地太阳能采集设备单元模拟安装,即生成了各种尺度、位置的太阳能采集单元基面,并自动地完成对于方案的太阳能采集能力的定量化评估,以此实现对城市设计方案间的比较,以及对后续建筑设计中造型取舍的引导。 相似文献

Direct solar radiation has a major influence on a building's thermal behaviour. Current simulation engines are not up to the challenge of accurately modelling solar gains for buildings with complex or curved geometry and buildings sited in dense urban areas. Accurate thermal performance prediction for buildings in early stages of design is hindered by excessive computation time and incompatibility between architectural models and building energy simulation software. This paper proposes using a combination of modern computer graphics rendering techniques and parametric B-spline interpolation methods to quickly and accurately calculate solar gains over a full year based on sparse data with a continuous interpolation method. These new procedures accommodate complex building geometries and intricate shadow patterns and can accelerate shading calculations by several orders of magnitude. Faster calculations allow studies to be made at the early stages of design when modifications can have the greatest impact on a building's thermal behaviour. 相似文献

The present study focuses mainly on the effect of solar heat gain on the energy demand of courtyard building form with different proportions. Several methods can be employed to improve the building's utilization of solar heat gain. This includes using light colours for the external surfaces to reduce the solar radiation absorption in summer, using shading devices and improving the thermal properties of the external walls and roof. However, it is of great importance before using any of these methods to have the courtyard building's architectural design adapted to have full advantage of the available solar heat gain. Therefore, the main objective of the present examination was to find out to what extent the building's solar heat gain and consequently the energy requirements are influenced by the building's configurations. A computer Tool (IES) was used to carry out the investigation taking Rome as an empirical background to temperate climate. The results showed that the proportions of the courtyard building considerably influence the need for heating and cooling. 相似文献

This article examines the paradox of passive solar architecture within the Nordic context of Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Regulative developments to reduce space heating demand since the 1970s’ oil crisis are explored, highlighting architectural responses and the rise in prominence of passive solar design. An empirical study of passive solar housing schemes documents architectural strategy, energy savings and extensive problems with overheating. A theoretical study examines how passive solar was seen as advantageous when viewed with the 1985–2005 space-heating paradigm, but actually resulted in the diametrically opposite, with extensive overheating and greater primary energy consumption, when viewed with the 2005–2020 environmental paradigm. The paradox of passive solar is then explored with a discussion of how the regulative straitjacket of the space-heating paradigm and the functionalist ideals of Nordic modernism meant that passive solar architecture became the de facto visual, aesthetic and functional expression of environmental design at that time. The article concludes by exploring the implications of the environmental paradigm for the architectural profession. By positing the architectural advantages of daylight and the studio typology, it is shown that overheating can be eliminated and primary energy consumption reduced with diametrically opposite design strategies. 相似文献

Unlike research methods for social and positivist sciences, those for architectural design lack a discipline-specific conceptual framework. Performative science aims at producing outcomes for future use and therefore needs a robust methodological approach that encompasses different techniques and methods supporting an evidence-based architectural design development. This study suggests that design science can be successfully applied to architectural design development and provides architects and designers with a powerful tool bridging the gap between research and design. In so doing, this study explores the application of design science to implement a user-centered design approach. A design challenge is reframed within the robust framework of design science by referring to a case study on refugee shelters. The traditional method by which shelter optimization is pursued by designers is questioned by involving the final users through an ethnographic approach within the framework of design science. The design outcome produced through this process is a list of specifications allowing designers to create different architectural solutions and matching the requirements expressed by future users. The authors argue that a user-centered design outcome can be achieved and validated through design science. 相似文献
