概述了矿样中银元素含量分析测定的几种方法,包括滴定法、可见光光度法、原子吸收分光光度计法等,根据实验室测定矿样中银含量的区间范围和实验室现有工作条件,选择采用原子吸收分光光度计火焰燃烧法测定。通过绘制出银元素标准曲线,测定出待测样品中银元素含量,与银精矿标准物质中银元素含量进行校对,平均数在标准物质的允许误差范围内,该方法具有测定灵敏度高、简单易行,操作方便的优点,故采用原子吸收分光光度计火焰燃烧法作为实验室矿样中银元素的分析方法。  相似文献

原子吸收分光光度法测定废水中的微量砷,目前常用的有火焰法及无火焰法等。火焰原子吸收法灵敏度较低,无火焰原子吸收法灵敏度虽高,但重现性差。本法采用一种无载气简易氢化物发生器装置,利用雾化器产生的负压将发生器内产生的砷化氢气体直接导入空气——乙炔火焰进行原子吸收测定。本方法具有操作简便,快速准确,干扰少等优点,其相对灵敏度为0.0019微克/毫升,比待测溶液直接导入火焰原子吸收法(0.2微克/毫升)提高约100倍,相对标准偏差小于2%。使在不预先富集分离水样的条件下,可直接测定工业  相似文献
