含氟聚酰胺酰亚胺自粘电磁线漆的合成与性能研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
合成了一种新型含氟二胺单体2-三氟甲基-4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(3FODA),该单体具有较高的反应活性和溶解性。使用3FODA替代4,4'-二胺基二苯醚(ODA),与偏苯三酸酐(TMA)、二甲苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)通过两步法合成了含氟聚酰胺酰亚胺自粘电磁线漆。试验证明,含氟基团三氟甲基的引入明显提高了漆膜的柔韧性和附着力。 相似文献

目的对比新型自粘性流动树脂Constic与目前常用的自酸蚀粘结剂搭配普通复合树脂对牙本质的粘接强度,评估自粘性流动树脂Constic的粘接性能能否满足临床需要。方法收集新鲜拔出的人类磨牙60颗,随机分为3组(A组,B组,C组):A组为自粘性流动树脂Constic、B组为一步法自酸蚀粘结剂幻彩-bond搭配普通流动树脂Filtek Supreme XT Flowable、C组为两步法自酸蚀粘结剂Clearfil SE-Bond搭配Filtek Supreme XT Flowable。测试粘接试样剪切粘接强度并对测试结果进行单因素方差分析(one-way ANOVA,LSD)分析。然后在体式显微镜下放大至50倍进行断裂面观察并进行断裂类型统计。结果3组剪切粘接强度分别为:9.15±2.33MPa(A组),10.79±2.37MPa(B组),13.89±2.56MPa(C组)。A组剪切粘接强度与B组之间的差异无统计学意义(P0.05),但均低于C组(P0.05)。A组和B组主要发生的是粘附破坏,C组以混合断裂为主。结论自粘性流动树脂Constic与一步法自酸蚀粘结剂相似,可满足临床需要。 相似文献

A method for treating the surface of titanium and its alloys before the application of dental enamels is proposed. The effect of the surface treatment and a protective atmosphere on the strength of adhesion on the enamel – titanium interface and the rate of oxidation of titanium in heating is analyzed. It is demonstrated that the use of phosphoric acid as a pickling agent and the introduction of an additional degreasing operation increase the strength of adhesion of titanium to the enamel and decrease the rate of formation of an oxygen-rich layer on the metal surface. 相似文献

An approximate analytical solution for tube-coating wire with a highly viscous Newtonian fluid is developed (high Froude and capillary numbers). Acute extrusion angles for the annular slit are considered. We obtain expressions for the melt cone shape, coating thickness, contact length, contact pressure, drawing force, apparent contact angle, and contact convexity. In this article, we identify a process indeterminacy that arises in classical tube coating which employs a parallel annulus, and this necessitates applying an internal vacuum. We show that with a rapidly converging extrusion annulus, this indeterminacy vanishes and so does the need for an internal vacuum. Thus, a unique solution for the contact length is always obtained. The extension to a viscoelastic fluid is also briefly considered. 相似文献
