综述了近年来有机硅表面活性剂聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷作为聚氨酯泡沫塑料匀泡剂的研究进展,重点介绍了其主要品种S i─C型聚醚改性聚硅氧烷在无溶剂工艺、催化剂的制备及聚醚配方优化等方面的进展,指出目前提高国产软泡匀泡剂的产品质量是聚氨酯有机硅匀泡剂研究的发展方向。 相似文献

首先合成聚醚型聚氨酯和聚硅氧烷改性聚氨酯并设计制作小口径聚氨酯多孔管的模具,调节聚氨酯溶液浓度,以及聚醚型聚氨酯和聚硅氧烷改性聚氨酯的比例,采用冷冻干燥的方法制备出了一系列不同孔径和结构的小口径聚氨酯多孔管和多孔膜。通过扫描电镜表征不同浓度含量多孔管的孔径大小、数量及分布。通过X-光电子能谱和接触角表征了聚氨酯多孔膜的表面元素分布和亲疏水性能。结果表明,8%的聚醚型聚氨酯,及其与20%和30%聚硅氧烷改性聚氨酯共混形成的小口径多孔管孔径和孔的分布上较均匀,为小口径聚氨酯人工血管的制作奠定了实验和理论基础。 相似文献

A series of polysiloxanes modified with fluoroalkyls and polyethers were synthesized. Antifoaming performance of such modified polysiloxanes in the mixture of diesel and mobile fuel was studied. The effects of factors such as polyethers type, molar ratio between polyether and fluoroalkyl, hydrogen‐contents and viscosity of polysiloxanes, length of fluoroalkyls, etc., on the performance of modified products were discussed. It shows that polysiloxane modified with allyl polyoxypropylene ether and hexafluorobutyl acrylate has better breaking and inhibiting foam performance, when compared with that replacing allyl polyoxypropylene ether with allyl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block ether and allyl polyoxyethylene ether. And when the molar ratio between allyl polyoxypropylene ether and hexafluorobutyl acrylate is 3 : 7, modified polysloxane has the best foam controlling performance. Low viscosity polysiloxane or low hydrogen content polysiloxane modified with allyl polyoxypropylene ether and hexafluorobutyl acrylate has better foam controlling performance. Polysiloxane modified with longer carbon chain fluoroalkyl and allyl polyoxypropylene ether has better antifoaming performance than that modified with shorter carbon chain fluoroalkyl and polyether and lower surface tension. The change of surface tension of foaming liquid between initially added with modified polysiloxane and after testing antifoaming performance was studied, and it shows that after testing performance of antifoam, the surface tension of foaming liquid becomes bigger which is one possible reason for antifoam exhausting. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚氨酯/环氧树脂共混聚合物的合成及其低表面能的研究 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚二元醇为主要原料制得-NCO封端的预聚体,再辅以适当的端基稳定剂得到相应的聚氨酯预聚物(PPU),并按一定比例和环氧树脂E-5l混合均匀;另用氨乙基氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)合成一系列不同相对分子质量的氨基聚硅氧烷,利用多元胺作固化剂,合成一系列氨基聚硅氧烷改性的聚氨酯/环氧共混聚合物。测试了材料的力学性能、吸水率,并用表面水接触角对其表面能进行表征,同时对材料进行了表面电子能谱(ESCA)分析。结果表明:氨基聚硅氧烷/聚氨酯/环氧共混聚合物具有良好的疏水性能和很低的表面能,同时具有较好的力学性能。 相似文献

以低含氢硅油、α-烯丙基聚醚等为原料,经烷基封端、硅氢加成等反应制备了封端型聚醚改性聚硅氧烷非离子表面活性剂,讨论了温度、催化剂以及聚醚结构等对封端率的影响。结果表明,采用以氢氧化钠和碳酸钠制备的缓释性复合碱为催化剂的一步法封端工艺,在反应温度25~65℃条件下,α-烯丙基聚醚的烷基封端率可达85%以上。封端型聚醚改性有机硅表面活性剂可用于单组分聚氨酯密封胶、高回弹和软质聚氨酯泡沫的泡沫稳定剂。 相似文献

Silicone as Raw Material for Foaming and Anti-Foaming Agents The remarkable significance of methyl polysiloxanes in the field of anti-foaming agents is based on two fundamental principles, namely, low intermolecular interactions (low surface tension), and the unique variability of the polymer system which permits that by variation of molecular weight, molecular weight distribution as well as the nature and number of end groups, these agents can be made to fit into a particular type of application. The above properties have also led to the use of modified methyl siloxanes as foam stabilizers. In the latter case, a further factor enhancing the efficacy by the introduction of a solubilizing group in the modified siloxane is made use of. Examples for the same are polyether modified methyl polysiloxanes as foam stabilizers in polyurethane foams, and anionactive methyl siloxanes containing sulfate groups as foaming agents in fire extinguishing systems. 相似文献

以六水合氯铂酸为催化剂,烯丙基聚醚(F-6)与含氢硅油为原料,在无溶剂甲苯的条件下,加热反应生成聚醚改性硅油,通过测定硅氢键的残余量来计算反应的转化率。分别研究了催化剂量、温度、烯丙基聚醚(F-6)与含氢硅油的物质的量比对反应转化率的影响,得出了最优化的反应条件为:催化剂的质量分数为1.5×10-5,温度120℃,n(聚醚)∶n(硅油)=1.20∶1.00。实验表明,合成的聚醚改性硅油可以有效降低溶剂型聚氨酯树脂溶液(As)树脂的表面张力,使其由30.4mN/m降到27.0mN/m。 相似文献
