通过以面向地方、面向应用,面向行业,提高环境工程专业本科生综合素质和工程实践能力为目标,积极探索"水处理工程"课程一体化与多元化创新教学模式的改革与实践,即以"课堂-实验-实习-设计"为"经线",突出教学的一体化,以"案例-讲座-多媒体-创新杯"为"纬线",突出教学的多元化,从而实现整个教学过程的立体化.在此教学理念指引下,笔者制作了"水处理工程"多媒体课件,以提高教学质量,实现人才培养的良性循环,拓展环境工程专业应用创新型人才的综合素质,突出学生的工程实践能力和工程师意识.  相似文献

Technological assessment and then an educated forecast of what the future will bring have been used with various degrees of success for research planning by various agencies of the government and industry for a number of years. This paper presents the starting structure for an assessment of electrical engineering education. The structure in the form of a relevance tree is presented with major branches of programs, content, and form. Further breakdowns of the branches with a culmination in very specific elements of electrical engineering education are illustrated with figures and discussed in the text. The paper concludes with a request for assistance on detailed assessments on the very specific elements in the tree.  相似文献

Recent trends have led to the expanded use of digital computers in large complex system applications. The major burden of meeting the requirements for these systems has fallen on the flexibility of software. This has placed many demands on all areas associated with digital systems development. A significant impact has been on the development of software personnel required to develop and manage these complex systems. The purpose of this paper is to present a three level program for software education of executives, managers, and engineers which is being offered at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT). The needs and approaches in satisfying software engineering education requirements are presented. 此处以工程应用为背景,研究了一种适用于低压大电流整流系统的混合型有源电力滤波器(HAPF),给出了该结构的主电路及原理说明,介绍了从驱动功率、死区时间和箝位保护3个方向选择大功率模块,从电平转换到光纤传输实现触发,采用热管技术以及基于DSP控制系统等关键技术的设计,包括DSP TMS320F2812控制板和接口电路板的设计。最后,针对某铜加工厂的谐波及无功实际情况,给出该滤波器的具体实现方案。现场运行数据表明,设计方案和实验装置有效、可靠。  相似文献

One consequence of the remarkable growth rate in the Mexican economy over the past two decades has been an equally remarkable engineering student population explosion, particularly during the decade of the 1960's. The present situation is, however, paradoxical in that the considerable improvement in educational opportunity and participation may well be out-pacing the growth rate which the economy can healthily maintain. This paper discusses the implications of this paradox on future trends and needed controls in educational development. Hitachi, Ltd., a diversified electric company of Japan, has been enthusiastic in educating its employees since its foundation in 1910. It has given great support to the value of academic learning. This philosophy has promoted its engineering education, and counteracted a deficiency in the traditional lifelong employment system, effectively. The importance of On-the-Job Training (OJT) should be emphasized. However, engineering education at the corporate level is still needed. Hitachi has developed six programs to cover various academic and specialized areas. Methods for evaluation are discussed. Inquiries made at one to three years after the end of a course seem to be useful to confirm actual effects.  相似文献

Over recent decades, there has been an enormous expansion in the amount and complexity of scientific and engineering knowledge. Space exploration was climaxed by landing on the moon; solid state electronics has had significant impact in computers, controls, and a myriad of other devices; and nuclear fission is being used for the generation of significant quantities of electrical power. Besides learning about these expanded areas of knowledge, the engineering graduate must know the timeless basics as always. Also, it has become apparent that the public, with the increased complexity of our society, is asking that engineering solutions be related to society goals.  相似文献

Systems Engineering, including its subspecialties, has much to offer and is a needed component in electrical engineering education. Inclusion of efforts in systems engineering philosophy and methodology within the electrical engineering curriculum can do much towards the enhancement of student achievement of technical and management proficiency and, perhaps more importantly, towards achievement of appreciation of the vital role of the human element in resolution of large scale problems through technology. Engineering educators have had to rely increasingly on theoretical models that represent broad abstract relationships or laws which preserve their validity despite technological change. Carefully produced films afford the opportunity to relate the abstract with the real world and to assist the instructor in presenting material to his students that he could, only with great difficulty, produce himself. Under a grant awarded by the National Science Foundation, the National Committee for Electrical Engineering Films (NCEEF) has completed or has in production films on a) fields, forces, and matter, b) traveling waves on transmission lines, c) harmonic phasors, d) linearity, and e) antenna and radiation patterns. Additionally, films on electrical instruments, computers, modulation transients, and stroboscopic techniques are in the planning stages. The Committee has also sponsored a compilation with reviews of existing films. Because of the difficulty of visualizing electric and magnetic fields, and circuit quantities such as voltage, current, charge, etc., the NCEEF has sponsored a conference and produced a film on computer animation of motion pictures, which will consist essentially of excerpts from existing films of both industrial and educational organizations. As a result of the work of the Committee, there now exists a coordinated national effort designed by electrical engineering educators to produce films which will serve as useful adjuncts to electrical engineering education.  相似文献
