A total of fifteen self-stressing and self-compacting concrete (SSC) filled steel tube columns and three common self-compacting concrete filled steel tube (CFST) columns are tested under eccentric compression load to analyze the effect of initial self-stress on the compression behavior of CFSTs. The results show that the elastic working range of the columns is lengthened because of initial self-stress and it slightly decreases with the increase of load eccentricity ratio and slenderness ratio. Because of the initial self-stress, the concrete core is always under compression in three directions, so the compactness is enhanced and the ultimate bearing capacity obviously increases; but the initial self-stress hardly affects the failure mode of the columns.  相似文献

The behaviour of axially loaded square and circular concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) columns when exposed to elevated temperatures is investigated in this paper. The fire resistance of this kind of composite tubes is calculated. Comparison of the square and circular columns in the fire resistance shows that, for columns with the same steel and concrete cross-section areas, the circular column has slightly better fire resistance than the square column.  相似文献

进行了10个方钢管-钢骨高强混凝土单向偏压柱的试验研究,研究其破坏形态及工作机理,分析在不同长细比、偏心率、配骨指标及不同加载方向条件下偏压柱的力学性能。结果表明:在试验参数范围内,偏压柱的承载力随长细比的增加缓慢下降,初始刚度迅速减小;偏心率的增长导致承载力降低,初始刚度减小;配骨指标的增加使构件的承载力逐渐增长;强、弱轴两个加载方向对承载力及初始刚度的影响不明显。利用纤维模型法编制了偏压柱非线性分析程序,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。在此基础上,通过计算分析了主要参数对承载力的影响。最后,通过对大量计算结果的回归,得出了实用的偏压承载力计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。图12表2参8  相似文献

进行了9根方钢管钢骨混凝土双向偏压柱试验,研究其破坏形态,分析荷载与纵向应变关系及长细比、加载方向等参数变化对双偏压柱受力性能的影响。结果表明:当荷载达到极限荷载的50%~70%,钢管的受压区开始屈服;当荷载达到极限荷载的80%~90%,钢骨的受压区开始屈服。在试验参数范围内,加载角度的变化对偏压柱的受力性能影响不大。通过有限元法建立计算模型,模型计算结果与试验结果吻合很好。在此基础上,通过变化计算参数,分析了不同长细比、偏心距条件下,加载角度对偏压柱受力性能的影响。结果表明,随着长细比及偏心距的增大,加载角度的变化对双偏压柱受力性能的影响也越来越大。  相似文献

为研究方钢管UHPC短柱试件的轴心受压性能,以钢管厚度、UHPC强度、钢材强度为参数,完成了 16组方钢管UHPC短柱试件轴心受压试验.依据试件的破坏模式、荷载-变形曲线、荷载-应变曲线发展变化规律对方钢管UHPC短柱的承载力、延性和轴压机理进行了分析.试验结果表明:方钢管UHPC短柱轴向荷载-变形曲线可分弹性、弹塑性和塑流三个阶段;轴向荷载-变形曲线形状与套箍系数密切相关,依据塑流阶段不同可分为下降型、平缓型和上升型三类;钢管与UHPC之间的相互作用具有滞后效应,主要发生在塑流阶段;随套箍系数增大,短柱试件延性和承载力有增大趋势,但延性增加更显著,钢管与UHPC之间的相互作用主要体现在改善UHPC延性上;基于延性和经济性指标,建议方钢管UHPC轴压短柱的套箍系数不宜大于3.  相似文献

利用ANSYS-DYNA进行了钢管混凝土短柱抗冲击性能有限元分析研究,通过分析应力、应变时程曲线,获得对其抗动力冲击性能的了解。构件受力时,外围钢管的应力远远大于内部混凝土的应力;试件应力、应变时程曲线表现出典型弹塑性材料的性质,数值增加到最大值后递减,最终形成残余应力、应变。结果表明,钢管混凝土具有良好的抗冲击力学性能,即具有较高的强度和屈服后承载能力,以及良好的塑性变形能力。  相似文献

This paper reports nine test results of concrete filled steel tube reinforced concrete (CFSTRC) columns, which were tested under constant axial load and cyclically increasing flexural loading. The main parameters varied in the experiments were axial load level and cross-sectional type. The influence of these parameters on strength, ductility, stiffness and energy dissipation was investigated. It was found that, in general, CFSTRC columns exhibit favourable energy dissipation and ductility, even when the columns were subjected to high axial loads. This type of composite column is adoptable in practical engineering, particularly in regions of high seismicity.  相似文献

为研究钢管混凝土叠合柱轴压性能,基于合理的钢材和混凝土本构关系模型,采用纤维模型法和有限元法分析方法计算叠合柱轴压荷载-变形关系曲线。将理论计算结果与试验结果进行对比,验证了理论分析模型的正确性。在此基础上,对叠合柱的破坏模态、轴向荷载分配以及组成钢管混凝土叠合柱的外围钢筋混凝土、钢管和钢管内部混凝土之间相互作用等进行分析,提出了叠合柱的轴压承载力简化计算式,简化计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。为保证外围钢筋混凝土和内部钢管混凝土较好地协同工作,建议外围钢筋混凝土中箍筋的约束指标与内部钢管混凝土的约束效应系数比值不应小于0.188。  相似文献

对7根圆钢管钢纤维高强混凝土短柱和3根圆钢管高强混凝土短柱进行了轴心受压试验,研究钢纤维掺量、含钢率和混凝土强度等级对钢管钢纤维高强混凝土短柱受力性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着钢纤维体积掺量的增加,钢管钢纤维高强混凝土短柱的延性逐渐增大,承载力略有提高;随着含钢率的增加,钢管钢纤维高强混凝土短柱的承载力和延性均增大;随着混凝土强度等级的增加,钢管钢纤维高强混凝土短柱的承载力增大,延性逐渐降低;掺入钢纤维对钢管高强混凝土短柱的破坏模式几乎没有影响。最后给出了钢管钢纤维高强混凝土短柱承载力计算式。  相似文献

为了研究初应力对钢管混凝土格构柱受力性能的影响,进行了有初应力的钢管混凝土格构柱的轴压试验研究,对初应力的施加方式、荷载 位移全过程曲线、柱肢套箍效应等进行分析。研究结果表明:初应力的存在会使钢管混凝土格构柱弹塑性阶段提前出现,试件的组合刚度下降、局部屈曲明显;同时,初应力影响组合材料的泊松比发展历程,使得套箍作用出现推迟,从而影响套箍作用的充分发挥,并最终降低试件的承载力。初应力对缀管受力性能的影响不大,缀管的受力处于弹性工作阶段。  相似文献

运用统一强度理论,考虑中间主应力的影响,引入参数αu,βu确定薄壁钢管在极限荷载时的环向拉应力σθ、纵向压应力σz和径向压应力σr,并考虑轻骨料混凝土与普通混凝土多轴强度准则差异的影响,推导出薄壁钢管轻骨料混凝土轴压短柱的极限承载力公式,并对影响因素进行了分析。将本文计算结果与文献试验数据进行比较,结果吻合良好,表明将统一强度理论运用于薄壁钢管轻骨料混凝土轴压短柱承载力计算是可行的。该结果为薄壁钢管轻骨料混凝土的优化设计提供了一定的理论依据。  相似文献

This paper presents results of tests conducted on thin welded rectangular steel stubs filled with concrete that gravel was substituted by 10 mm crushed crystallized slag stone. The studied section was made of two cold steel plates with U shape and welded with electric arc to form a steel box section. The cross-section dimensions were: 100×70×2 mm3. the main studied parameters were the stub height (200, 300, 400, 500 mm), the effect of the in filled concrete, the continued weld and the eccentric force. The tests were carried out 28 days after the date of casting. A total of 20 stubs were tested in a 50 tf machine up to failure, 4 stubs subjected to axial load compression and 16 stubs subjected to eccentric load compression along the minor and major rigidity axis. The aim of the study is to provide some evidences that the use of crushed slag could be integrated in the manufacturing of non-conventional concrete. All failure loads were predicted by using the Euro code 4 and the design method proposed by Z. Vrcelj and B. Uy. From test results, it was confirmed that the length of stubs and the eccentric load had a drastic effect on the load carrying capacity. The failure mode of composite stubs was a local buckling mode with all steel sides deformed outwards. The Euro code 4 loads predictions were generally in good agreement compared with experimental loads and on safe side. The loads results of design method proposed by Vrcelj and B. Uy were generally on safe side compared with experimental load except the columns subject to eccentric load with 400 mm and 500 mm height.  相似文献

针对聚乙烯醇纤维砂浆(PVA-ECC)钢筋网加固RC方柱进行了一次受力轴压性能的研究。对6根方柱进行了单调加载的对比试验,然后理论分析影响PVA-ECC加固效果的主要因素。在考虑截面有效约束区和非有效约束区及界面传递剪力的基础上,建立了PVA-ECC加固钢筋混凝土轴心受压柱的承载力计算公式。试验结果表明,PVA-ECC钢筋网薄层加固是一种有效的加固方法,能够显著提高加固RC方柱的轴向承载力、峰值应变、延性、刚度及抗裂性能。  相似文献

Eight stiffened square concrete-filled steel tubular (CFST) stub columns with slender sections of encasing steel and two non-stiffened counterparts were tested subjected to axial compressive load. Four types of reinforcement stiffeners and steel tensile strips were introduced to postpone local buckling of steel tubes, in which the tensile strip was first used as stiffener in CFSTs. The stiffening mechanism, failure modes of concrete and steel tubes, strength and ductility of stiffened square CFSTs were also studied during the experimental research. A numerical modeling program was developed and verified against the experimental data. The program incorporates the effect of the stiffeners on postponing local buckling of the tube and the tube confinement on concrete core. Extensive parametric analysis was also conducted to examine the influencing parameters on mechanical properties of stiffened square CFSTs.  相似文献

In this work, a non-linear three-dimensional finite element model is presented in order to study the behaviour of axially loaded concrete filled elliptical hollow section (CFEHS) columns exposed to fire. This study builds on previous work carried out by the authors on concrete filled circular hollow section (CFCHS) columns both at room temperature and in fire. The numerical model is first validated at room temperature against a series of experiments on CFEHS stub columns available in the literature and subsequently extended to study the performance of slender columns at elevated temperatures. The aim of this work is to understand and represent the behaviour of axially loaded CFEHS columns in fire situations and to compare their effectiveness with that of the circular concrete filled tubular (CFT) columns. Parametric studies to explore the influence of variation in global member slenderness, load level, cross-section slenderness and section size are presented. Finally, guidance on the fire design of CFEHS columns is proposed: it is recommended to follow the guidelines of Clause 4.3.5.1 in EN 1994-1-2, but employing the flexural stiffness reduction coefficients established in the French National Annex with an equivalent EHS diameter equal to P/π, where P is the perimeter of the ellipse.  相似文献

The behavior of thin walled steel tube confined concrete (STCC) stub columns subjected to axial local compression was experimentally investigated in this paper. A total of 46 specimens, including 36 STCC specimens and 10 plain concrete specimens, were tested. The main parameters varied in the tests are: (1) sectional types: circular and square; (2) local compression area ratio (concrete cross-sectional area to local compression area): from 1 to 25; (3) steel tube width (or diameter)-to-wall thickness ratio, B(or D)/t, from 52.1 to 104.7. It was found that the ultimate bearing strength of the composite sections decreases with increase local compression area ratio. The confinement action of the steel tube to core concrete and the ultimate strength of the locally loaded STCC specimens decrease with increase in steel tube width (or diameter)-to-thickness ratio. It was also found that, generally, circular steel tubes have higher confinement to their concrete core than those of the tubes with square sections when the composite members are subjected to axially local compression.  相似文献
