高压天然气/煤气超净化装置的实际应用

天然气净化装置腐蚀行为与防护

含硫天然气净化过程中存在严重的腐蚀行为。对天然气净化装置开展腐蚀行为研究并提出相应的防护措施,对天然气净化工业的安全生产具有重要意义。调查显示,胺法脱硫脱碳装置腐蚀较严重的部位有：再生塔塔壁及内部构件、贫富液换热器、高温富液管线、重沸器及相连管线等。通过对电化学腐蚀、化学腐蚀、碳酸盐或硫化物等引起的应力腐蚀及氢鼓泡等腐蚀破坏形态分析,结合国内外关于H₂S及CO₂ 腐蚀机理研究,探讨了H₂S、CO₂及热稳定性盐等对脱硫装置腐蚀影响机制,并针对性地提出了天然气净化装置腐蚀防护措施。     

天然气净化装置节能途径探讨

天然气净化属高耗能领域,且节能工作点多面广,故净化装置存在可观节能潜力。针对含硫天然气净化装置节能运行问题,围绕净化厂关键耗能点,从工艺节能、设备节能、电气节能、仪表节能等方面论述了净化装置节能途径。所述节能途径可为净化厂节能工作提供技术借鉴。     

长庆天然气净化厂脱硫装置腐蚀状况分析

长庆天然气净化厂两套净化处理装置均采用醇胺法脱硫。2001年投产以来,净化装置脱硫单元设备腐蚀严重,严重影响了天然气外输和装置的正常生产。本文对净化装置脱硫单元设备腐蚀状况进行了分析并提出相应建议。     

高含硫天然气净化技术新进展与发展方向

高含硫天然气的安全高效净化处理对我国天然气工业发展具有重要意义。为此，在系统回顾我国含硫天然气净化技术的3大发展历程的基础上，围绕天然气气质达标和硫磺回收装置尾气减排2大难题，指出了脱硫脱碳、硫磺回收及尾气处理、净化装置稳定运行3方面研究取得的进展、面临的挑战及攻关方向。研究结果表明：(1)以高含硫天然气有机硫脱除为核心的技术已开发成功并实现工业应用，可实现高含硫天然气达标净化处理，以CT-Redox和CT-LOP工艺为代表的络合铁法脱硫技术则有力地保障了我国高含硫天然气单井脱硫生产；(2)在现有常规与延伸克劳斯硫磺回收配套还原吸收与氧化吸收尾气处理技术基础上，研发的大型硫磺回收装置有机硫水解与尾气高效处理技术可满足日益严苛的国家标准要求，实现装置尾气超低排放；(3)以配方型脱硫胺液复活、高含硫净化厂设备腐蚀防护和净化装置长周期运行风险评价技术为代表的关键技术成效显著，有力地保障了净化装置的长周期安全平稳运行。结论认为，我国高含硫天然气净化技术已全面实现国产化，总体水平与国外相当，部分技术处于国际领先水平，建议在复杂含硫天然气中多组分有机硫深度脱除、净化装置尾气全天候全时段达标、物理化...     

RCM技术在天然气净化装置中实施方法初探

理清RCM(Reliability Centered Maintenance)技术的流程及技术实施要点,依托以可靠性为中心的维修技术标准及工程单位经验,结合天然气净化装置的特点列出净化装置典型设备失效模式,依据净化装置现有维护记录提出该技术的实施方案构建,为RCM技术在天然气净化装置上的推广应用奠定了基础。     

浅析重庆天然气净化总厂胺液净化装置

重庆天然气净化总厂目前脱硫装置脱硫系统溶液质量较差,影响到装置的正常生产运行,通过分析脱硫溶液的成分,找到了引起脱硫溶液降解变质的因素是热稳态盐、氨基酸和悬浮物等杂质的长期累积造成的。为了解决目前脱硫溶液存在的问题,保证装置的正常平稳运行,对目前脱出胺液中热稳定性盐及其杂质的工艺技术进行分析,提出了采用MPR公司的可车载也可在线使用的胺净化装置的办法。     

天然气净化装置应用水热媒技术探讨

对水热媒技术在天然气净化装置的应用进行了研究。运用PRO/Ⅱ流程模拟软件,计算确认比热容、动力粘度、导热系数、焓值四项物性参数上,水优于三甘醇溶液。通过与钢铁、石化行业已成功运行的水热媒技术进行比较,肯定了该技术应用于天然气净化装置的安全和可行性。与低压蒸汽相比,天然气净化装置采用水热媒技术供热,在节水、节电、辅料消耗、本质安全性能、降低操作人员数量等方面具有显著的优势。建议在天然气净化装置设计或改造中,应依据实际情况,不拘泥于传统,统筹考虑,选择适宜的供热方式。     

天然气净化装置大修安全环保管理浅析

天然气净化装置适应性模拟与校核

靖边气田天然气净化装置在长期运行中,由于原料气气质发生显著变化即酸气含量升高,导致装置处理能力下降、溶液发泡、换热器换热能力不足等问题。利用ASPEN PLUS流程模拟软件和HTRI Xchanger Suite工程换热软件、结合流体力学性能计算对净化装置脱硫、脱水系统进行了模拟和计算,从原始设计工况、现实工况分别进行了模拟和校核,理论计算出现有工况下装置的有效处理能力,各单体设备适应性,找出制约生产能力发挥的瓶颈问题,并提出净化装置优化方案。
