非线性离散时间系统的最优终端迭代学习控制   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
仅利用系统的终端输出误差而不是整个输出轨迹,提出了一种最优终端迭代学习控制方法.控制信号可直接通过终点的误差信息进行更新.主要创新点在于控制器的设计和分析只利用系统量测的I/O数据而不需要关于系统模型的任何信息,并可实现沿迭代轴的单调收敛.在此意义上,所提出的控制器是数据驱动的无模型控制方法.严格的数学分析和仿真结果均表明了所提出方法的适用性和有效性.  相似文献

针对一类输入时滞非线性系统, 提出了一种采样迭代学习控制算法, 该算法不含跟踪误差的微分信号, 给出了学习算法收敛的充分条件, 当不存在初始误差、不确定扰动时, 算法在采样点处能实现对期望输出信号的完全跟踪, 否则, 跟踪误差一致有界, 仿真结果表明了该算法的有效性.  相似文献

The problem of robust stabilization is investigated for strict-feedback stochastic nonlinear time-delay systems via adaptive neural network approach. Neural networks are used to model the unknown packaged functions, then the adaptive neural control law is constructed by a novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and backstepping. It is shown that all the variables in the closed-loop system are semi-globally stochastic bounded, and the state variables converge into a small neighborhood in the sense of probability.  相似文献

For nonlinear switched discrete-time systems with input constraints, this paper presents an open-closed-loop iterative learning control (ILC) approach, which includes a feedforward ILC part and a feedback control part. Under a given switching rule, the mathematical induction is used to prove the convergence of ILC tracking error in each subsystem. It is demonstrated that the convergence of ILC tracking error is dependent on the feedforward control gain, but the feedback control can speed up the convergence process of ILC by a suitable selection of feedback control gain. A switched freeway traffic system is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed ILC law.  相似文献

An observer-based adaptive iterative learning control (AILC) scheme is developed for a class of nonlinear systems with unknown time-varying parameters and unknown time-varying delays. The linear matrix inequality (LMI) method is employed to design the nonlinear observer. The designed controller contains a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) feedback term in time domain. The learning law of unknown constant parameter is differential-difference-type, and the learning law of unknown time-varying parameter is difference-type. It is assumed that the unknown delay-dependent uncertainty is nonlinearly parameterized. By constructing a Lyapunov-Krasovskii-like composite energy function (CEF), we prove the boundedness of all closed-loop signals and the convergence of tracking error. A simulation example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the control algorithm proposed in this paper.  相似文献

This paper investigates variable-gain PD-type iterative learning control (ILC) for a class of nonlinear time-varying systems to well balance high-gain convergence rate and low-gain noise transmission. Different from the classic PD-type ILC, the control gains of the proposed method are variable. Each variable-gain consists of an amplitude-dependent term and an iteration-varying term. The amplitude-dependent terms vary with the amplitudes of tracking error and derivative of tracking error, and the iteration-varying terms are increasing along the iteration axis. The proposed ILC achieves a faster convergence rate than low-gain ILC and higher tracking accuracy with limited noise amplification than high-gain ILC. Moreover, the convergence condition of the proposed method in the presence of external noise is provided. Simulation and experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

研究具有外界持续扰动的时滞非线性大系统的无静差最优跟踪控制问题.将时滞非线性大系统分解为带有互联项的N个时滞非线性子系统,基于内模原理对子系统构造扰动补偿器,将带有外部持续扰动的子系统化为无扰动的增广系统.通过灵敏度法求解不含时滞的两点边值问题,得到子系统的最优跟踪控制律,截取最优跟踪控制律的前N项作为次优控制律来近似系统的最优控制律.仿真实例表明了该设计方法的有效性.  相似文献

In this work, we present a new distributed adaptive iterative learning control (AILC) scheme for a class of high-order nonlinear multi-agent systems (MAS) under alignment condition with both parametric and nonparametric system uncertainties, where the actuators may be faulty and the control input gain functions are not fully known. Backstepping design with the composite energy function (CEF) structure is used in the discussion. Through rigorous analysis, we show that under this new AILC scheme, uniform convergence of agents output tracking error over the iteration domain is guaranteed. In the end, an illustrative example is presented to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed AILC scheme.  相似文献

针对一类含不确定参数及未知扰动的高阶非线性系统,采用类Lyapunov方法,结合部分限幅学习律和滑模控制的优点,提出一种新的滑模鲁棒迭代学习控制算法.根据系统中不确定量的特性,将系统中的不确定性划分为两类:仅沿时间轴变化的不确定性和仅沿迭代轴变化的不确定性.前者采用迭代辨识方法处理,后者采用迭代滑模技术解决.在整个作业区间上,随着迭代次数的增加,控制算法确保系统的跟踪误差收敛到一个界内,控制器信号无抖颤,且闭环系统中其余变量一致有界.当系统扰动仅沿时间轴变化时,系统跟踪误差及其各阶导数沿迭代轴渐近收敛到0,实现系统各个状态的精确跟踪.相比利用连续函数近似法的传统滑模控制,该算法对未知扰动具有更好的鲁棒性.理论证明和仿真结果都说明了该算法的有效性.  相似文献

A novel adaptive neural network (NN) output-feedback regulation algorithm for a class of nonlinear time-varying timedelay systems is proposed. Both the designed observer and controller are independent of time delay. Different from the existing results, where the upper bounding functions of time-delay terms are assumed to be known, we only use an NN to compensate for all unknown upper bounding functions without that assumption. The proposed design method is proved to be able to guarantee semi-global uniform ultimate boundedness of all the signals in the closed system, and the system output is proved to converge to a small neighborhood of the origin. This paper addresses the consensus problem of leader-following nonlinear multi-agent systems with iterative learning control. The assumption that only a small portion of following agents can receive the information of leader agent is considered. To approximate the nonlinear dynamics of a given system, the radial basis function neural network is introduced. Then, a distributed adaptive iterative learning control protocol with an auxiliary control term is designed, where the estimates of nonlinear dynamics are applied in control protocol design and three adaptive laws are presented. Furthermore, the convergence of the proposed control protocol is analysed by Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, a simulation example is provided to demonstrate the validity of theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel adaptive fuzzy control scheme is proposed for a class of uncertain single-input and single-output (SISO) nonlinear time-delay systems with the lower triangular form. Fuzzy logic systems are used to approximate unknown nonlinear functions, then the adaptive fuzzy tracking controller is constructed by combining Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals and the backstepping approach. The proposed controller guarantees uniform ultimate boundedness of all the signals in the closed-loop system, while the tracking error converges to a small neighborhood of the origin. An advantage of the proposed control scheme lies in that the number of adaptive parameters is not more than the order of the systems under consideration. 利用Lyapunov方法, 提出了一种不确定性机器人系统的自适应鲁棒迭代学习控制策略, 整个系统在迭代域里是全局渐近稳定的. 所考虑的机器人系统同时包含了结构和非结构不确定性. 在设计时, 系统的不确定性被分解成可重复性和非重复性两部分, 并考虑了系统的标称模型. 在所提出的控制策略中, 自适应策略用来估算做法确定性的界, 界的修正与迭代学习控制量一样的迭代域得以实现的. 计算机仿真表明本文提出的控制策略是有效的.  相似文献

讨论非线性非最小相位系统实现完全跟踪的迭代学习控制方法, 适于在有限作业区间上重复运行的受控系统. 在控制器设计时, 通过输出重定义以使非最小相位系统的零动态变成渐近稳定特性. 分别采用部分限幅和完全限幅两种学习算法设计控制器, 理论分析表明两种算法能够保证学习系统中所有变量的有界性和跟踪误差在整个作业区间上渐近收敛于零. 数值仿真验证了两种迭代学习控制系统的跟踪性能.  相似文献

This paper extends the adaptive neural network (NN) control approaches to a class of unknown output feedback nonlinear time-delay systems. An adaptive output feedback NN tracking controller is designed by backstepping technique. NNs are used to approximate unknown functions dependent on time delay, Delay-dependent filters are introduced for state estimation. The domination method is used to deal with the smooth time-delay basis functions. The adaptive bounding technique is employed to estimate the upper bound of the NN approximation errors. Based on Lyapunov- Krasovskii functional, the semi-global uniform ultimate boundedness of all the signals in the closed-loop system is proved, The feasibility is investigated by two illustrative simulation examples.  相似文献

研究时滞非线性系统在正弦扰动作用下的最优减振控制问题,给出一种无时滞近似最优减振控制律的迭代方法.通过假设Lagrange算子,将由原系统最优控制问题得到的既含时滞项又含有超前项的非线性两点边值问题转换为新的有利于求解的形式,再通过构造序列将其转化为不舍时滞项和超前项的线性非齐次两点边值问题序列.证明了该序列的收敛性.通过交替迭代序列得到了系统最优减振控制律.仿真结果表明,该方法在不同时滞下对扰动都具有很好的鲁棒性.  相似文献

This paper proposes a successive approximation design approach of observer-based optimal tracking controllers for time-delay systems with external disturbances. To solve a two-point boundary value problem with time-delay and time-advance terms and obtain the optimal tracking control law, two sequences of vector differential equations are constructed first. Second, the convergence of the sequences of the vector differential equations is proved to guarantee the existence and uniqueness of the control law. Third, a design algorithm of the optimal tracking control law is presented and the physically realisable problem is addressed by designing a disturbance state observer and a reference input state observer. An example of an industrial electric heater is given to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive iterative learning control (ILC) method is proposed for switched nonlinear continuous-time systems with time-varying parametric uncertainties. First, an iterative learning controller is constructed with a state feedback term in the time domain and an adaptive learning term in the iteration domain. Then a switched nonlinear continuous-discrete two-dimensional (2D) system is built to describe the adaptive ILC system. Multiple 2D Lyapunov functions-based analysis ensures that the 2D system is exponentially stable, and the tracking error will converge to zero in the iteration domain. The design method of the iterative learning controller is obtained by solving a linear matrix inequality. Finally, the efficacy of the proposed controller is demonstrated by the simulation results.  相似文献
