人们已经研究了在γ-Al2O3催化剂上卤代烷烃CH3CF3-nCln和卤代烯烃CH2=CF2-nCLn系列的多相催化反应,并将其实验结果和计算的热力学数据作了比较。此体系的主反应可由以下反应途径解释:脱卤化氢,加卤化氢,用卤化氢进行的F/Cl交换和cl/F交换。在其他卤代烃反应中观察到的歧化反应在这里并不重要。本文绘出了对主反应的探索,另外,也调查研究了在γ-Al2O3催化剂上CH3CF2Cl的动力学行为以及多种卤代烃的吸附。等量吸附治证明和简单的缩合作用相比卤代烷和固体表面间的相互作用占更为重要的主导地位。  相似文献

AgNO3/MCM-41/NiFe2 O4的制备及吸附烯烃行为研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
基于长链烯烃/烷烃络合分离的目标,设计构造了AgNO3/MCM-41/NiFe2 O4磁性吸附剂。样品采用X射线衍射( XRD),N2吸附-脱附,红外线光谱分析( FTIR)和振动样品磁强计( VSM)等手段进行表征,结果表明磁性吸附剂中NiFe2 O4呈尖晶石结构,AgNO3最佳负载量为0.2 g/g AgNO3,且单层分散于MCM-41六方孔道内,其比表面积为717.89 m2/g,孔径为2.94 nm。利用磁性吸附剂对C11烯烃/C11烷烃混合物进行液相络合吸附分离研究,实验表明AgNO3/MCM-41/NiFe2 O4对长链烯烃分子具有选择性吸附功能,在100 min内达到吸附平衡,单级平衡吸附量为2.14 g/g。考察了吸附剂重复使用对吸附选择性和磁回收率的影响,使用10次后,吸附剂可保持较高的回收率(98.9%),烯烃吸附选择性略有降低,但仍能实现对烯烃的选择性吸附。  相似文献

为探究α-Fe2O3与活性炭协同吸附对尿液的处理效果;本文考察了铁炭比、投加量及尿液酸预处理的影响;并重点分析了协同吸附特性。研究发现;铁炭比为0.6时;尿液中总有机碳(TOC)、PO43--P、总磷(TP)的去除率分别为39.51%、71.03%和76.79%;TOC的去除主要依靠活性炭的吸附作用;而PO43--P主要依靠α-Fe2O3的作用;尿液酸预处理可显著强化PO43--P的吸附。TOC和PO43--P的吸附过程均符合Redlich-Peterson吸附等温线模型;为单层吸附和多层吸附共同作用。动力学研究发现;TOC和PO43--P的吸附均可在24h内达到吸附平衡;PO43--P的动力学吸附过程更符合Elovich模型;即不均匀界面上的多层吸附;而TOC的动力学过程主要受扩散速率控制。同时;协同吸附对发光溶解性有机物(CDOM)的去除率可达72.16%;对腐殖酸类的吸附效果最佳;酸预处理主要减少酪氨酸类、色氨酸类和可溶性微生物代谢产物的吸附。P的去除主要依靠其与α-Fe2O3和尿液中无机盐的共沉淀作用;并以无机盐沉积的形式附着于活性炭孔道内。  相似文献

为了提高氧化石墨烯(GO)的吸附能力和分离效果,采用恒温搅拌法和水热法制备磁性三乙烯四胺氧化石墨烯(M-T-GO)复合吸附剂。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和透射电镜(TEM)测试方法对其进行表征,并对M-T-GO对Cu2+的pH、吸附动力学、吸附等温线和吸附热力学进行研究。结果表明,M-T-GO对Cu2+的吸附符合二级反应动力学和Langmuir吸附等温式描述,吸附反应为自发吸热过程,饱和吸附量为245.09 mg·g-1,同时具有快速分离和易再生的优点。采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)推测M-T-GO对Cu2+的吸附机理,结果表明M-T-GO主要通过螯合作用和静电引力对Cu2+进行吸附。  相似文献

壳聚糖/纤维素复合微球对Cu2+的吸附   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
制备壳聚糖/纤维素(CS/CE)和交联壳聚糖/纤维素(ECS/CE)复合微球,用于吸附重金属离子,考察了微球对Cu2+的吸附性能。溶解性测试表明交联反应可提高微球在酸性介质中的化学稳定性。静态吸附表明,CS/CE和ECS/CE均能有效吸附Cu2+,pH 6附近吸附容量最大。吸附等温线与Langmuir和Freundlich模型均吻合,由Lang-muir模型得到的Cu2+饱和吸附容量分别为38.76 mg/g(CS/CE)和34.13 mg/g(ECS/CE)。CS/CE和ECS/CE对Cu2+的吸附初期为内扩散控制,但后期为配合反应控制。FTIR和X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析表明,壳聚糖中的N为Cu2+的主要吸附位,发生表面配合吸附。  相似文献

研究了含C-N键的氨基淀粉(CAS)与含CN键的氨基淀粉(DAS)对重金属离子Cu2+的吸附性能,包括吸附动力学、吸附等温线和吸附热力学。结果表明CAS比DAS的吸附容量更大,Cu2+去除率更高;CAS适用的pH为5~7,DAS适用的pH为4~4.5;两者对Cu2+的吸附均符合拟二级动力学;CAS对Cu2+等温吸附符合Freundlich型,为非均相表面吸附;DAS吸附则是单层吸附;两种氨基淀粉对Cu2+的吸附过程均为吸热、熵增、自发的过程。  相似文献

以粉煤灰和生活污泥为原料,经过物理活化、物理-化学活化制备了改性污泥吸附剂,通过比表面积测定仪(BET)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)和Zeta电位仪等设备研究了污泥吸附剂的性质,分析了改性污泥吸附剂对Cd(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)的去除效果和吸附机理。结果表明,原污泥吸附剂(RSA)结构致密,BET比表面积为12.604 m2/g,改性污泥吸附剂(MSA)表面粗糙,孔洞明显变大,BET比表面积为52.573 m2/g。RSA和MSA吸附Cd(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)在360 min后基本达到平衡。MSA对Cd(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)的去除率较RSA分别增大了30.83%和61.81%。随着pH值(2≤pH≤6)增大,RSA对Cu(Ⅱ)的去除率从16.83%上升到74.32%,对Cd(Ⅱ)的去除率从3.17%上升到36.33%;MSA对Cu(Ⅱ)的去除率从51.50%上升到95.77%,对Cd(Ⅱ)的去除率从25.00%上升到48.17%。MSA对Cd(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附容量分别从298 K时的7.230 mg/g和15.48...  相似文献

由简单方法合成巯基壳聚糖,通过FTIR、SEM、XPS、DTA-TG等技术对材料进行表征,实验结果表明,巯基乙酸的羧基分别与壳聚糖的氨基、醇羟基形成酰胺和巯基乙酸甲酯,从而使巯基功能团接枝在壳聚糖表面。吸附实验结果表明,在100 mL,20 mg/L的Cu2+水溶液中,温度为310 K,pH为5,吸附时间为12 min,吸附剂用量为50 mg时,吸附效果最好,去除率达到87%。巯基壳聚糖对Cu2+的吸附动力学可由拟二级反应模型拟合。  相似文献

The extractant‐impregnated polymeric beads (EIPBs), containing Di(2‐ethylhexyl) phosphonic acid (D2EHPA) as an extractant and polyethersulfone as base polymer, were prepared by phase‐inversion method. These beads were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis to gain insight into the composition and morphology of beads. The beads exhibited good acid stability as no significant structural deformation or leaching out of the extractant was observed in 6M HNO3 solution, up to the studied equilibration time of 15 days. The synthesized EIPBs were evaluated, for their ability to absorb uranium from aqueous solution, at different concentration and pH values. The kinetics measurement showed that about 90 min of equilibration time was enough to remove saturation amount of uranium from the solution. Kinetic modeling analysis of the extraction results was carried out using pseudo‐first‐order, pseudo‐second‐order, and intraparticle diffusion equations and the corresponding rate constants were determined. The equilibrium data were fitted into different isotherm models and were found to be represented well by the Freundlich isotherm equation. 以复合淀粉微球为载体,研究其对Cu2+的吸附行为,考察了反应时间、pH值、反应温度、Cu2+的初始浓度等因素对吸附量的影响,并研究了吸附行为的动力学模型。结果表明,复合淀粉微球在120 min时可以达到对Cu2+吸附的平衡状态,静态吸附实验发现,在pH=6、温度35℃、Cu2+初始浓度0.10 mol/L时复合淀粉微球对Cu2+的吸附量较高。动力学实验研究表明,吸附行为可能更符合准二级动力学模型。  相似文献

为进一步探讨8-羟基喹哪啶树脂(PS-HQD)吸附废水中Cu~(2+)的吸附机理,用静态法研究了PS-HQD吸附Cu~(2+)的动力学与热力学规律等吸附性能。结果表明:在实验条件下,ΔH0、ΔS0说明PS-HQD对Cu~(2+)的吸附过程为吸热的熵增过程,ΔG0表明吸附过程能够自发进行,准二级动力学Lagergren方程更适合描述此吸附过程。PS-HQD第5次吸附的再生效率仍可达到83.84%,说明PS-HQD对Cu~(2+)的吸附具有良好的再生性能。  相似文献

以花生壳为原料,磷酸为活化剂制备花生壳活性炭,采用高分辨电子扫描电镜(SEM)对花生壳活性炭进行了表征。从热力学和动力学的角度,研究了花生壳活性炭对Cu2+的吸附行为。热力学研究表明:花生壳活性炭对Cu2+的吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附方程,该吸附是自发吸热过程。动力学研究表明:花生壳活性炭对Cu2+的吸附符合二级反应动力学方程反应特征,颗粒内扩散为主要控速步骤。  相似文献

Novel adsorbents were prepared by immobilizing tannins on collagen fibre matrices. Their adsorption properties, including adsorption equilibrium, adsorption kinetics, and column adsorption kinetics to Cu(II) were investigated. Immobilized Myrica rubra tannin and black wattle tannin exhibited significantly higher adsorption capacity than larch tannin and the adsorption isotherms of these three immobilized tannins can be described by the Freundlich model. Detailed adsorption studies of immobilized black wattle tannin to Cu(II) indicated that temperature had little effect on the adsorption isotherms whereas the effect of pH was significant. Adsorption rate data fitted well to a pseudo‐second‐order rate model, and the adsorption capacity calculated by this model was consistent with the result of actual measurement at relatively higher adsorption temperatures. Immobilized black wattle tannin also had excellent column adsorption kinetic properties and high binding capacity. The adsorptivity of the column was stable even after repeated adsorption–desorption cycles. Copyright © 2004 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

利用油茶壳活性炭吸附铜离子,探讨了时间、pH值、Cu(Ⅱ)初始质量浓度等因素对油茶壳活性炭吸附性能的影响;并分析了其吸附等温曲线和动力学方程。结果表明,油茶壳活性炭对铜离子吸附量可达到63.6 mg/g。油茶壳活性炭对铜离子的去除率随吸附时间的增加而增大,5 h后达到平衡;随着pH值的升高,油茶壳活性炭吸附铜离子的吸附量不断下降。油茶壳活性炭对铜离子的吸附等温数据符合Langmuir方程,吸附动力学过程可用准二级动力学模型进行模拟,相关系数为0.997 5。  相似文献

文章报道一种新的Cu(OH)2纳米带阵列合成方法,即气体-溶液-固体法。这种方法主要特点是把铜片置于氨水的液面上,使铜片基板表面有氧气、氨水和铜参与反应,最终在铜片基板上生长出Cu(OH)2纳米带阵列。Cu(OH)2纳米带的尺寸可以通过控制氨水的浓度进行调节,即氨水浓度降低,Cu(OH)2纳米带的尺寸也变小了;而且Cu(OH)2在一定温度下可以脱水转变成为CuO纳米带;最后研究了Cu(OH)2和CuO纳米带阵列的生长机理。  相似文献

Poly(ethylene glycol dimethacrylate‐1‐vinyl‐1,2,4‐triazole) [poly(EGDMA‐VTAZ)] beads (average diameter = 150–200 μm) were prepared by copolymerizing ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) with 1‐vinyl‐1,2,4‐triazole (VTAZ). Poly(EGDMA‐VTAZ) beads were characterized by swelling studies and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The adsorption of Cr(VI) from solutions was carried at different contact times, Cr(VI) concentrations, pH, and temperatures. High adsorption rates were achieved in about 240 min. The amount of Cr(VI) adsorbed increased with increasing concentration and decreasing pH and temperature. The intraparticle diffusion rate constants at various temperatures were calculated. Adsorption isotherms of Cr(VI) onto poly(EGDMA‐VTAZ) have been determined and correlated with common isotherm equations such as Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models. The Langmuir isotherm model appeared to fit the isotherm data better than the Freundlich isotherm model. The pseudo first‐order kinetic model was used to describe the kinetic data. The study of temperature effect was quantified by calculating various thermodynamic parameters such as Gibbs free energy, enthalpy, and entropy changes. The dimensionless separation factor (RL) showed that the adsorption of metal ions onto poly(EGDMA‐VTAZ) was favorable. It was seen that values of distribution coefficient (KD) decreasing with Cr(VI) concentration in solution at equilibrium (Ce) indicated that the occupation of activate surface sites of adsorbent increased with Cr(VI). © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
