根据机器的磨损规律,分析了机器磨合机理和磨合的相关因素,略去次要因素,通过简化磨损过程的解析模型,提出了磨合过程方程式,研制出新的磨合油和制定了新的磨合规范。实践表明,采用新的磨合规范不仅提高了磨合质量,而且大大缩短了磨合时间,降低了磨合成本,提高了生产率。  相似文献

本文给出了固体电导率与含水率之间回归一化线性数学模型,不同物质的线性模型仅斜率和截距不同,只要校正即可实现通用性,这与历史认识有差异,测量仪利用网络理论解决了高阻测量问题,利用线性叠加原理实现了温度补偿并提高了测量准确度,利用单片机对模型进行编程计算和校正,从而实现了智能化,采取隔离,滤波,WTD等技术,提高了系统的可靠性。  相似文献

Real-time adaptive production control in the flexible manufacturing cell (FMC) is a complex issue that needs to be addressed to realize good performance and high productivity. In this paper, we have considered a support vector machine (SVM)-based simulation approach to resolve a production control problem in an FMC that operates in a dynamic environment. A SVM-based simulation approach chooses the most relevant scheduling rule out of several predefined ones on the basis of the current states of the system. This paper examines and compares the performance of the SVM-based simulation approach with the competent scheduling rules under two different operational environments which are characterized by the uncertainty of demand. We have also developed a Visual Basic-based simulation approach for scheduling of component parts in the context of FMC under different situations. The SVM methodology to control the production offers better performance than the single-rule-based production control system.  相似文献

The development is described of a flexible manufacturing cell (FMC) programming and simulation system called FMCPS, which generates robot programs for a 6-DOF industrial robot. The development of FMCPS is based on an FMC that is being developed at UMIST. The cell consists of a Fanuc 600 ARCmate industrial robot, a Takisawa MAC V3 CNC machining centre and an MHP MT-50 CNC turning centre. The software has been developed on a SUN 4/110 workstation running under the UNIX operating system, using three-dimensional SUNCORE interactive graphics and SUNVIEW window systems. An event-oriented robot-programming method is used in the FMCPS. This method divides the robot tasks into different events. The user needs to define the points of the robot gripper route and the corresponding data for each event. The Cartesian coordinates of the points in the robot gripper paths are then transformed to the six robot joint angles by a variant inverse kinematics iteration method. These robot joint angles are used in the simulation model which generates robot programs suitable for the Fanuc robot. A three-dimensional, wire-frame-based graphical model is used for simulation. The user can observe the simultaneous animation of the robot movement, and display machine tool paths in separate graphics windows on the screen simultaneously. The various activities in the cell are simulated in pseudo-parallel mode by taking advantage of the multi-tasking and piping features of UNIX. At the end of a simulation exercise, the user is provided with the facility to obtain a performance report for the FMC which gives information on total operation time and on robot and machine utilisation, in addition to the robot program.  相似文献

A modern flexible manufacturing cell (FMC) usually consists of several distributed control systems, including machining centres and material handling systems. Modelling an FMC to evaluate its design and performance, and translating the resulting models into operational programs are complex, but critical steps in implementing an FMC. This paper represents an architecture for the design, integration, and implementation of an FMC. The primary focus is on defining the process and functional requirements of the system, designing the system using high-level abstraction tools that ensure system integration and effective communication with users and implementors, and using efficient algorithms and effective interfaces for implementing real-time process control.  相似文献

针对柔性制造单元中因工序时间不同而产生的加工瓶颈,提出了一种解决方法。首先,根据实际情况制订推导制造单元的约束条件,以约束条件为基础建立对应的数学模型;然后,按照数学模型的算法设计程序流程图,给出实现程序流程的方法;最后,以1个具体实例验证了该数学模型及计算机程序的可行性。该方法在柔性制造单元自身即可实现,使设备使用基本平衡,相对合理,产品制造在时间和成本效益上得到提升,同时也体现了柔性制造单元的灵活性。  相似文献

A Supervisory Control Approach for Execution Control of an FMC   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
This paper presents a generic methodology based on formal language theory for the modeling and control of flexible manufacturing cell (FMC) systems. The motivating idea behind the overall approach stems from the supervisory control theory under the framework of Ramadge and Wonham. Essentially, we characterize the asynchronous and dynamic behavior of an FMC as a regular language and formulate the control logic generation problem as a sublanguage calculation problem, which requires the resulting language to satisfy at least two properties: maximal permissiveness and controllability. Then an algorithm for resolving the problem is presented. Based on the solution of the problem called supervisor, we propose a controller architecture that guarantees coordinated operation of an FMC through the regulation of occurrences of events. An adaptive control policy that regenerates supervisors on changes in task configurations is presented and a dynamic equation that describes the evolution of the control logic along time is derived. Then, we show that the proposed maximally permissive adaptive control policy has a number of preferred properties, including computational efficiency and consistency between the successive supervisors. Finally, a controller for an example FMC is implemented, using the object-oriented software modules. Our procedure has the merit of mathematical soundness, modular design, and systematic implementation.  相似文献

Industrial robots have proved to be a key technology for promoting flexible automation in manufacturing. However, integrating robots into a flexible manufacturing cell (FMC) is still facing a few obstacles. In this paper a research project on the development of a robot and its integration into an FMC is presented. The main research areas of the project were the development of the robot control, the mechanical system, the establishment of an off-line and online programming system, and the links between the cell modules.  相似文献
