高帧速自扫描光电二极管面阵   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
通过对多路并行输出的高帧速自扫描光电二极管面阵(SSPA)的研究,分析了影响面阵帧速和响应度的主要因素。设计并制作出32×32位多路并行输出的SSPA实验样品。其性能参数为:FPS(帧速)≤2000帧/秒时,Vos(最大输出电压)=240mV,R(响应度)=1.09V·1x-1·s-1;FPS=10000帧/秒时,Vos=150mV;FPS=15000帧/秒时,Vos=100mV。  相似文献

在高斯场分布挖的前提下,根据矩阵光学理论和高斯光束转换的ABCD定律,从模式匹配的角度描述了半导体激光器(LD)与单模光纤(SMF)之间的光耦合理论,提出了实现LD椭圆高斯光束与SMF圆高斯光束间模式匹配的设计方法。这不仅对提高LD-SMF的耦合效率有理论指导意义,而且也为其它场合下解决高斯光束的准直扩速及实现椭圆-圆高斯光转换等问题提供了有效依据。  相似文献

介绍了采用多波长耦合和偏振耦合的方式实现千瓦级高功率半导体激光输出的方法.通过光束整形的方法,实现了快慢轴光束参数积对称化,激光器输出激光光束质量小于12 mm·mrad,超过了全固态激光器的光束质量;激光器光-光转换效率达到87.5%.并通过智能化控制,实现了不同波长、不同功率、不同脉冲宽度的激光输出.  相似文献

利用自制高功率激光二极管(LD)列阵堆和波导整形抽运耦合系统,将抽运光耦合至Nd:YVO4板条晶体,平平腔运转得到了1.064μm的偏振激光输出。在最大抽运功率为84W时,透过率为10%的输出腔镜得到了31W的激光功率输出,光一光效率37%,斜效率45%,板条晶体两个方向的输出光束质量差别较大。为了进一步提高光束质量,使用柱面镜混合腔结构,在最大抽运功率为86W时,得到了19.3W的1064nm激光输出,测得的非稳腔和稳腔两个方向的M^2因子分别为1.4和1.7。  相似文献

报道了一种三明治腔结构(Sandwich-typeresonator)的NdYVO4全固态激光器。用发射波长806nm的光纤耦合二极管激光器(LD)泵浦NdYVO4晶体,泵浦光功率为7W时获得1.064μm连续波(CW)TEM00模最大输出功率为3.7W,光学斜效率为62%;将KTP放入腔内倍频,当泵光为5.6W时,获得CW绿光输出620mW。光-光转换效率达11%。  相似文献

A high-power and high-focusing continuous-wave (CW) CO2 laser with a novel unstable resonator was developed. This resonator contains a step-wise variable reflecting output coupler named the phase-unifying output coupler and a total reflector. The laser was excited by a capacitive-barriered AC discharge called a silent discharge. A linearly polarized laser beam with a diffraction-limited divergence angle of 0.55 mrad was obtained. Very stable CW laser operation at an output power of 5 kW was achieved with a threshold discharge power of 10 kW and a slope efficiency of 18%  相似文献

A 5 kW CW CO2 laser using a negative-branch unstable resonator (M=-1.5) is proposed and characterized experimentally. The resonator consists of a stepwise variable reflecting output coupler, called the phase-unifying output coupler, and a total reflector. A 5 kW CW laser beam with diffraction limited quality (2&thetas;=0.45 mrad) is obtained and affected by the focal point in the resonator. The misalignment angle to reduce the laser power to 95% is improved by a factor of 19 compared with a positive-branch unstable resonator (M=1.5) with a phase-unifying output coupler at the same resonator length  相似文献

An optically pumped semiconductor vertical external cavity surface emitting laser, with high output power and excellent beam quality operating at a wavelength near 1.05 /spl mu/m, is reported. A transparent diamond heat spreader was used for thermal management of the laser. The gain structure grown by molecular beam epitaxy includes 13 compressively strained InGaAs quantum wells. Maximum output power of 4 W with diffraction-limited beam (M/sup 2//spl les/1.15) was achieved using a 2% output coupler and incident pump power of 20 W. Research on fiber laser combination is discussed briefly in this paper.High-power double clad-fiber laser beam combination technology is introduced and different kinds of fiber laser beam combination and coherent combination technologies are evaluated.Tapered fused bundle (TFB) couplers are used in laser combine for higher power.In this paper, the theory and progress in TFB coupling are introduced.The experiment on our selffabricated TFB is presented.The efficiency of the fiber coupler exceeded 70% and increased as the input power went up.A maximum total output power of 689 W was obtained, with an efficiency of 74%.The fiber coupler displayed stability during the course of the experiment,without any cooling provided.  相似文献

In this paper we describe the design and performance of a variable reflectivity output coupler for optically pumped far infrared (FIR) lasers. The output coupler is a compact, tunable Michelson interferometer. The output coupling ratio (i.e. the Michelson transmission) is adjustable between 0 and ≥60% for laser line wavelengths between 110 and 500 μm. This output coupler provides increased output power and flexibility, since it can be tuned to optimum coupling ratio for different laser lines. Beam profile measurements show that the Michelson output coupler produces a well collimated Gaussian laser beam. Design features are a) the use of 10 μm reflection coated quartz vacuum window which acts as a dichroic mirror for the pump radiation and b) the high mechanical stability obtained by a leaf spring flexure mount of the movable Michelson mirror and by restricted alignment devices.  相似文献
