为了适用于引进德国 MWB公司的无局放试验变压器器身干燥的要求,我们研制了真空热风干燥浸油设备。本文详尽的叙述了该设备的构成、真空热风干燥浸油工艺以及讨论了真空热风干燥与保温之间的关系。通过三年来的运行证明该设备满足了德国MWB公司的无局放试验变压器器身干燥的要求,得到了该公司的认可,省掉了从国外进日真空热风干燥设备,这样便节约了大量外汇,而且为将来即将研制的φ3600mm真空热风干燥设备积累了宝贵的经验,使我国的真空热风干燥设备进入了80年代的行列。  相似文献

High-shear wet granulation is widely used for the production of pharmaceutical dosage forms. Different equipment is available for high-shear granulation and drying. This review focuses on two main processes for granules production: multiphase consisting of high-shear granulation followed by drying in a separate apparatus, and single pot granulation/drying. At present, formulas are specifically developed with regard to the production equipment, which raises many problems when different industrial manufacturing equipment is used. Indeed, final granules properties are likely to depend on equipment design, process, and formulation parameters. Therefore, a good understanding of these parameters is essential to facilitate equipment changes.

The aim of this review is to present the influence of equipment, process, and formulation parameters on granules properties, considering both the granulation and the drying steps of multiphase and single pot processes.  相似文献

测试了不同细度的重质碳酸钙和轻质碳酸钙的吸油率,以及重质碳酸钙填充母料和轻质碳酸钙填充母料的熔体流动性和成膜性。结果表明,不论重质碳酸钙还是轻质碳酸钙,细度越高,吸油率越高,加工流动性越差;重质碳酸钙的吸油度低于同等目数的轻质碳酸钙,而加工流动性和成膜性则优于后者,重质碳酸钙是制造填充薄膜的适宜材料。  相似文献

This study investigates the effect of internal water content in cement-treated sand on carbonation progress and the effect of carbonation on compressive strength. To alter the internal water content, specimens were cured under three conditions: sealed, drying, and water sprayed. The carbonation coefficient, which was determined by a phenolphthalein spray test, decreased as the internal water content increased because of water sprayed. However, a thermal analysis revealed that the amounts of portlandite consumed and calcium carbonate generated by carbonation exhibited dissimilar trends: the amount of generated calcium carbonate was the maximum when there was a small increase in water content by water sprayed. Further increments in water content significantly lowered the amount of generated calcium carbonate. The measured compressive strength increased linearly with the amount of calcium carbonate. This implies that the amount of calcium carbonate is a good indicator of the effect of carbonation on the strength development of cement-treated sand and that both these quantities are affected by the internal water content.  相似文献

The encapsulation of fluorescent organic molecules into crystalline calcium carbonate was examined using calcium carbonate microcapsule, whose crystalline phase is vaterite as a metastable phase of calcium carbonate. A calcium carbonate microcapsule with impregnated pyrene that is a water insoluble fluorescent molecule was soaked into suitable aqueous solutions to promote the phase transition of vaterite toward calcite as the stable phase of calcium carbonate. When 0.2 M calcium chloride solution was used, the largest amount of pyrene (approximately 0.06 wt%) was encapsulated into the calcite particle. Pyrene thus included was not eliminated even after thorough washing with THF. The calcite particle thus prepared produced the excimer emission of pyrene by UV irradiation. Rhodamine B was also introduced into calcium carbonate by the immersion of the microcapsule into the aqueous solutions of Rhodamine B. The fluorescence of rhodamine B was observed from the calcium carbonate particles by visible light irradiation. Acetaminophen, a common drug poorly soluble in water, was also included in the calcium carbonate particle by the same procedures as the pyrene encapsulation. As acetaminophen thus encapsulated was released by the dissolution of the calcium carbonate particle in acidic solution, the particle is expected to be applied for a dissolution-triggered drug delivery.  相似文献
