为解决减速机箱体相似度大、厂家品牌识别度低的问题,提出将把箱体技术要求、企业文化内涵和中国传统文化等融合在减速机箱体外观的设计理念中。将有限元分析方法引入传统的减速机箱体造型设计流程,运用Creo2.0软件进行三维设计并建模;用Ansys Workbench软件对设计模型进行有限元分析;提出了造型与结构一体化的设计方法,通过此方法达到提高各减速机厂家品牌识别度的目的,从而提高产品的竞争力,增强产品造型的创新性,提高造型设计效率。  相似文献

叶片水力模型提供的叶片表面型值点柱坐标不能直接用于UG NX三维造型.在叶片水力模型的基础上,给出计算叶片表面型值点直角坐标的算法流程,介绍沿轴面截线方向进行叶片三维造型的方法,简述基于UG NX平台的叶片三维造型二次开发的步骤,定义程序开发的数据结构,在支撑软件UG NX中程序化实现叶片的三维实体造型.实际使用结果表明该方法可以缩短叶片类产品的设计周期,提高设计精度.  相似文献

在汽车覆盖件修边模设计中,由于修边镶块种类和数量繁多,而且每种镶块的造型不尽相同,若用传统的造型方法不仅周期长、效率低,而且还不能快速的响应客户的需求。本文在参数化建模的基础上,提出了串行和并行相结合的造型方法,规范了造型的顺序,给出了具体的流程,并在实际过程中提出了产品设计的关键技术,结合具体的实例进行了讲解。  相似文献

TC11钛合金叶片是航空发动机的重要部件之一,其型面复杂、质量要求高,在成形过程中常因锻造后的残余应力和温度应力的作用而发生翘曲变形,最终导致报废.采用等温校正工艺可使翘曲变形减少,叶片型面达到合格要求.本文采用三维设计软件Pro/E针对等温校正模具进行设计,主要解决模具型腔的造型问题,进行叶片的三维曲面造型,同时设计等温校正模的加热冷却装置.其设计流程为:创建叶片的三维实体→对叶身进行加放余量→利用实体创建模具型腔→添加模具结构件→设计加热冷却装置.  相似文献

In the discipline of product design, safety barriers implementation for risk reduction usually intervenes in the end of the design process, in the detailed design stage, and are rapidly increasing in variety, size, complexity and sophistication. In fact, there is no formal method to set safety requirements in the early design from knowledge abstraction. This paper looks at the problem of synthesizing safety solutions in the early design process. A structured method is proposed for systematic safety requirements definition through experience feedbacks and technical solutions analysis. The application to the agricultural hitching system, the three-point hitch, is then developed. Finally, the requirements formulation and their impact on the solution are explained.  相似文献

The fact that the design of equipment and machines can no longer be separated from the concept of human safety has led to the definition of criteria which is linked to the equipment's exploitation and must be taken into account during their design. Firstly, this paper looks at the problem of integrating safety into design as early as possible, reviews the state of the art and examines the research carried out on this subject to date. The area of application of our research is then presented. The production system analyzed is an offset printing line. We propose a system model by defining the working situation and the elements characterizing this situation as well as the concepts relative to these elements. The model is presented and the method is illustrated by the results of an experiment carried out in the design department of an industrial partner. The ultimate aim is to provide designers with the means of integrating information about the potential work context into the equipment's design process from the onset.  相似文献

Assuring functional safety and IT security is rapidly becoming an essential key challenge to the design of any connected smart product and industrial manufacturing system. This paper proposes an architectural approach to the integrated consideration of functional safety and IT security requirements in the design process of smart products and the (Industrial) Internet of Things (IIoT). Based on axiomatic design and signal flow analysis, it shows that such requirements have related impacts on system architectural design choices rendering integrated design necessary to meet the desired risk reduction levels effectively and efficiently. Increasing competition for better product functionality, quality, features, customization, environmental friendliness, lower cost and shorter delivery time presents unprecedented challenges for product manufacturing enterprises. These challenges cannot be completely addressed by advanced manufacturing technologies alone as some of which are originated from product design. Advanced design technologies and tools for early product design processes are critically needed where most important decisions are made with respect to the product functionality, quality, manufacturability, cost and environmental performance. This paper discusses adaptable design (AD) as a design paradigm for both business success and environmental protection. Adaptable design aims at developing products that are adaptable in their design and/or their production. Adaptability is defined as the extension of the utility (service) of products. Two types of adaptabilities are proposed as product adaptability and design adaptability. Two types of design adaptations are also identified, which include foreseeable specific adaptations and unforeseeable general adaptations. The former can be described by specific adaptability and the latter by general adaptability. Three key elements of AD are presented including functions independence, a measure of adaptability and a function based design process model of the AD. Based on these concepts and design objectives, adaptable design methods and general design guidelines are proposed. Examples are included to illustrate the concepts, design methods and guidelines.  相似文献

In designing complex engineered systems, various experiments and simulations are needed for the verification of design hypotheses. Because the conducted verification is multidisciplinary, synthesis of these verification results should be based on a neutral model regarding the domains and disciplines. This paper introduces a metamodel, to which the roles and designers’ intentions (i.e., design situation) of various verification models are referred, and uses it for analyzing the synthesis process. The design of a paper-handling device is used for an analysis example, which clarifies advantages and drawbacks in modeling the synthesis process with such a metamodel.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to present a pragmatic model for the systematic transfer of ideas and knowledge at the early stage of product design in a company environment. In using the model, the basic premise is not to build a new product ‘from scratch’ but to reuse existing ideas and knowledge from other objects and products developed previously. This new approach is called Knowledge Brokering (KB).The developed KB model consists of four sequential steps, which cover the collection and clustering of explicit design knowledge, the systematic learning process, retention and transfer of tacit design knowledge. The premises for using the KB model and case study results from the automotive industry on the advantages and limitations of the new approach are also described.  相似文献

The current application of virtual reality (VR) systems in the design process is limited mostly to design review. The reason for this limitation is the different data formats used for CAD and VR visualization. To use the benefits of VR during the design process, solutions for immersive design - the model manipulation inside the VE based on CAD data - are required. There are different approaches allowing VR systems to work as an active development platform. Three examples introduce the realization of the integration of CAD and VR software at different levels by the online coupling of complete applications or by integration of CAD core functionalities in VR systems.  相似文献
