由于无损检测技术在金属锅炉焊接应用过程中的应用存在一些缺陷,为了保证金属锅炉焊接工作的整体质量,提出了金属锅炉焊接过程中无损检测技术应用研究。通过对无损检测技术进行详细分析,发现无损检测技术在金属锅炉焊接过程中可以检测金属锅炉材料在材质方面的缺陷,还可以检测金属锅炉焊接过程中存在的宏观缺陷和微观缺陷,提高了金属锅炉焊接工作的整体质量。  相似文献

为了提高石油工业装备检测水平,促使石油生产工业健康、可持续发展,现提出一套行之有效的金属材料超声无损检测技术应用方案。首先,针对超声无损检测技术、算法与研究概况,研究了连续波透射法、共振法、脉冲反射法、脉冲透射法四种超声无损检测方法。其次,从灵活选择超声无损检测技术方法、在对的时间段内实施无损检测工作、对超声无损检测方式加以升级等方面入手,将超声无损检测技术科学地应用到石油行业金属材料中。结果表明:本文所提出的超声无损检测技术应用方案具有较高的可靠性和可行性,不仅可以精确化检测石油行业金属材料内部缺陷,还能实现对材料微观部分的精细化检查,有效地提高了金属材料把控质量。希望通过这次研究,为相关人员提供有效的借鉴和参考。  相似文献

Figure-ground assignment is an important visual process; humans recognize, attend to, and act on figures, not backgrounds. There are many visual cues for figure-ground assignment. A new cue to figure-ground assignment, called lower region, is presented: Regions in the lower portion of a stimulus array appear more figurelike than regions in the upper portion of the display. This phenomenon was explored, and it was demonstrated that the lower-region preference is not influenced by contrast, eye movements, or voluntary spatial attention. It was found that the lower region is defined relative to the stimulus display, linking the lower-region preference to pictorial depth perception cues. Spatial reorientation in a rectangular array of four landmarks located in the center of a circular enclosure was investigated in domestic chicks (Gallus gallus). One of the landmark possessed unique visual features, indicating the location of a food reward. After training, chicks were tested (a) with the same array as during the training; (b) with four identical landmarks of the type previously nonrewarded, of the type previously rewarded, or of a new type; (c) after having transformed one of the landmarks located at the geometric incorrect location into the type of landmark previously rewarded; or (d) with a fifth landmark of the rewarded type at a new location. Chicks encoded information provided by local featural cues but not the geometric information provided by the shape of the array. Moreover, when trained in a rectangular array of identical landmarks chicks failed to reorient. In a second series of experiments, the array was located in correspondence to the corners of a rectangular enclosure. This time chicks successfully learned to locate the reward using geometric information. However, when the rectangular array was located in the center of a larger rectangular enclosure, chicks failed to reorient, indicating that the geometric information given by the macroscopic layout of arena surfaces was not used to specify different locations. These results suggest that chicks reorient on the basis of a local representation of single landmarks and that encoding of the global aspects of geometry only occurs with respect to the large, extended surfaces of an enclosure. Presents a review of experiments that demonstrate the effects of generalization decrement in Pavlovian conditioning and argues that an adequate theoretical explanation for them is currently not available. A theoretical account for the processes of generalization and generalization decrement in Pavlovian conditioning is developed. This model assumes that animals represent their environment by a stimulus array in a buffer and that this array in its entirety constitutes the conditioned stimulus/stimuli (CS). Generalization occurs when some stimuli represented in the array on a test trial are the same as some of those represented in the array during training; the magnitude of generalization is determined by the proportion of the array occupied by these common stimuli during training compared with the proportion of the array they occupy during testing. Supervisory control is a very popular paradigm for computer-controlled systems.Knowledge and tracking the control effect of every control operation is crucial to the control tasks.In the paper,we present a message-array-based mechanism to track control effects in supervisory control software.A novel data type,message array,is designed to efficiently support this tracking mechanism.The operation algorithms,adding algorithm(AA),removing algorithm(FtA),and scheduler algorithm(SA)are proposed to operate the tracking messages in message array,which forms the special first input Ⅹ output(FIXO)strategy of message array.Automatically tracking,recording,and rolling back are the characteristics of our tracking mechanism.We implement this messagearray-based mechanism on the famous human machine interface(HMI)software platform-proficy iFix,and construct experiments to evaluate the performance of the mechanism in various cases.The results show our mechanism can be well satisfied with supervisory control software.  相似文献
