提出了一种基于D-S证据理论的Bayes可靠性评估方案,很好地表达和利用了Bayes方法中的"不确定的"先验信息。在无替换定数截尾试验样本下,研究了指数寿命型产品的可靠性指标的估计问题,提出了可靠性评估的两种方法 :通过融合可靠性指标的后验分布进行综合评估和通过融合可靠性指标的后验置信区间进行综合评估。数值实例表明,利用所提出的方法得到的评估结果是"谨慎的"和合理的。  相似文献

针对大型复杂装备盾构机结构强度可靠性设计问题,选取其关键部件云腿结构作为研究对象。由于结构系统存在失效性,使可靠性受到影响。提出利用区间数学理论、区间退化理论和可靠性设计方法,将盾构机云腿参数的不确定参量的概率密度函数相关参数作为区间数。并考虑到云腿最易失效模式为强度失效,而强度表达式为高非线性,很难求解。利用一次二阶矩方法得出盾构机云腿强度的概率分布带区间的可靠性设计模型,提出了一种新的盾构机云腿可靠性设计思路。讨论了参数区间不确定水平对盾构机云腿可靠性的影响。结果表明,改进方法适合工程应用,对原始数据要求较低,为缺少试验数据的盾构机云腿结构可靠性分析提供了一种有效分析方法。  相似文献

机械故障产生的机理比较多且表现形式具有不确定性,概率粗糙集模型弥补了Pawlak粗糙集模型在解决知识不确定性决策问题时的不足。概率粗糙集模型能充分利用近似边界区域提供的统计信息,并能对给定概念一个更完整的刻画,因而可以提取带有确定因子的决策规则。首先论述了概率粗糙集模型并引进了概率粗糙集模型的属性约简,然后介绍了在机械故障诊断中有关Bayes决策问题的概率粗糙集模型,最后用一个实例说明概率粗糙集模型在机械故障诊断中的应用。  相似文献

Based on a black box model of a complex system, and on intervals and probabilities describing the known information about the inputs, we want to estimate the system's reliability. This problem is motivated by a number of problem areas, most specifically in engineering reliability analysis under conditions of poor measurement and high complexity of system models. Using the results of tests performed on the system's computer model, we can estimate the lower and upper bounds of the probability that the system is in a desirable state. This is equivalent to using Monte-Carlo sampling to estimate cumulative belief and plausibility values of functionally propagated finite random intervals. In this paper, we prove that these estimates are correct in the sense that under reasonable assumptions, these estimates converge to the actual probability bounds.  相似文献

Being a popular runtime infrastructure in the era of Internet, middleware provides more and more services to support the development, deployment and management of distributed systems. At the same time, the reliability of middleware services has a significant impact on the overall reliability of the system. Different services have different impacts and different service fault-tolerance solutions have different costs and risks. Therefore, the identification of the services that greatly affect the whole system reliability is the major obstacle to achieving reliable middleware-based systems. In this paper, we present an analytical framework to automatically reason and quantify such impacts when deploying the target system. In this framework, faults are represented by exceptions in modern programming languages; service failures are simulated by software fault injection; reliability impacts are measured by scenarios. This framework is demonstrated on multiple JEE application servers, including JBoss, JonAS and PKUAS. The experiments on two JEE blueprint applications, namely JPS and ECperf, show the feasibility, the applicability and the usability of this framework.  相似文献

The business world is continually changing. Dynamic environments, full of uncertainties, complexities, and ambiguities, demand faster and more confident decisions. To compete in this environment, Industry 4.0 emerges as an essential alternative. In this context, the reliability of manufacturing is an essential aspect for companies to make successful decisions. In the literature, several technologies associated with Industry 4.0 have been applied to improve the availability of equipment, including the Internet of Things (IoT), Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), blockchain, and data mining. Nevertheless, there is still no survey study that seeks to show how reliability has collaborated to support decision-making in organizations, in the context of Industry 4.0. In general, most applications still focus on the productivity and health of individual equipment. However, in today's volatile and complex businesses, local decisions are no longer sufficient; it is necessary to analyze the organization entirely. Thus, being aware of the impacts that a local failure can impose on the entire company has significant weight in the decision-making process. In this context, this article presents a survey to identify how researches on systems reliability has contributed to and supported the development of decision-making in Industry 4.0. The main contribution of this article is to highlight how reliability can be used to support different types of strategic decisions in the context of Industry 4.0. Finally, it highlights the need for research associating management decisions with the technologies of Industry 4.0.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to discuss the optimality of interval multi-objective optimization problems with the help of different interval metric. For this purpose, we have proposed the new definitions of interval order relations by modifying the existing definitions and also modified different definitions of interval mathematics. Using the definitions of interval order relations and interval metric, the multi-objective optimization problem is converted into single objective optimization problem by different techniques. Then the corresponding problems have been solved by hybrid Tournament Genetic Algorithm with whole arithmetic crossover and double mutation (combination of non-uniform and boundary mutations). To illustrate the methodology, five numerical examples have been solved and the computational results have been compared. Finally, to test the efficiency of the proposed hybrid Tournament Genetic Algorithm, sensitivity analyses have been carried out graphically with respect to genetic algorithm parameters.  相似文献
