新钢10号高炉双预热器的生产效果

本文介绍了分离式热管煤气、空气双预热系统在新钢10号高炉热风炉的实际应用情况.通过热风炉燃烧产生的高温烟气对煤气(高炉煤气+转炉煤气)及助然空气进行预热至160～ 190℃,提高理论燃烧温度、拱顶温度及烟道温度,实现了高炉1 225℃以上风温.从而降低高炉焦比,节能降耗,提高高炉冶炼的经济效益.本文从技术、节能、经济效益三方面分析了煤气、空气双预热器的优越性.     

热风炉烟气余热予热空气和煤气的设计

本设计是“年产60万吨炼钢生铁的高炉车间(包括3座263米~3高炉,每座高炉配三座热风炉,采用二烧一送工作制度)”设计中利用余热预热空气和煤气的系统。温度大于300℃的热风炉烟气先将助燃空气由30℃预热到200℃,再将高炉煤气从35℃预热至100℃,从而达到热风炉在仅用高炉煤气燃烧的情况下满足高炉1050℃风温的需要。预热装置是二台(对一座高炉而言)安置在烟道中的双侧肋片金属管预热器。     

热风炉采用纯高炉煤气获得1200℃高风温工业试验

介绍鞍钢１０号高炉（２５８０ｍ＾２）热风炉采用单一的低热值（３０００ｋＪ／ｍ＾２）高炉煤气，通过热风炉自身余热预热助燃空气，烟气余热回收后预热煤气，获得１２００℃高风湿的设计改进情况和系统操作特点。工业试验结果表明：在助燃空气被预热到６００℃、煤气被预热到１５０℃时、风湿达到１２００℃，高炉综合焦比月平均４８８ｋｇ／ｔ，实现了采用纯高炉煤气的高风温和高效益。     

鞍钢1号高炉用荒煤气预热净煤气

鞍钢研制、设计的高炉荒煤气预热净煤气系统于1987年2月投入生产运行。一个月的生产实践表明,系统运行正常,350℃左右的荒煤气可将50℃的净煤气预热到260℃以上。热风炉使用260℃以上的高温煤气后,由于煤气燃烧速度加快、燃烧状态改变、煤气带入炉内物理热增加、理论燃烧温度提高     

一种单烧高炉煤气获取高风温的新方法

提出了一种单烧高炉煤气获取高风温的新方法。用1台热管换热器回收热风炉余热,将高炉煤气预热到200～250℃;用1对GHZ外燃式小型预热炉烧200～250℃的高炉煤气,一送一烧,可将冷空气预热到1050℃,混风后使热风炉助燃空气温度达到670～800℃;这样通过对高炉煤气的低温预热和助燃空气的高温预热,可使高炉风温达到1300～1350℃以上。     

高炉煤气和助燃空气"双预热"提高高炉风温的研究

介绍了以放散的高炉煤气在燃烧炉燃烧产生的烟气作热源，同时预热高炉煤气和空气的“双预热”方法，将煤气与空气预热至３００℃，实现１２００℃以上高炉风温。与其它提高风温工艺相比较，“双预热”工艺更适合大多数钢铁企业实现高风温，而且可以减少环境污染，有着良好的推广前景。     

青钢煤气、空气双预热点火系统改造

青钢将原来的空气预热点火改造为空气、煤气双预热点火,通过高炉煤气燃烧产生的高温热量预热空气、高炉煤气后再进行烧结点火,从而减少了高炉煤气在达到燃点过程中吸收的热量,点火温度提高150℃,转鼓指数提高了1.48%,提高了烧结矿质量,年降低费用1053万元。
