本文介绍了分离式热管煤气、空气双预热系统在新钢10号高炉热风炉的实际应用情况.通过热风炉燃烧产生的高温烟气对煤气(高炉煤气+转炉煤气)及助然空气进行预热至160~ 190℃,提高理论燃烧温度、拱顶温度及烟道温度,实现了高炉1 225℃以上风温.从而降低高炉焦比,节能降耗,提高高炉冶炼的经济效益.本文从技术、节能、经济效益三方面分析了煤气、空气双预热器的优越性.  相似文献

本设计是“年产60万吨炼钢生铁的高炉车间(包括3座263米~3高炉,每座高炉配三座热风炉,采用二烧一送工作制度)”设计中利用余热预热空气和煤气的系统。温度大于300℃的热风炉烟气先将助燃空气由30℃预热到200℃,再将高炉煤气从35℃预热至100℃,从而达到热风炉在仅用高炉煤气燃烧的情况下满足高炉1050℃风温的需要。预热装置是二台(对一座高炉而言)安置在烟道中的双侧肋片金属管预热器。  相似文献

介绍鞍钢10号高炉(2580m^2)热风炉采用单一的低热值(3000kJ/m^2)高炉煤气,通过热风炉自身余热预热助燃空气,烟气余热回收后预热煤气,获得1200℃高风湿的设计改进情况和系统操作特点。工业试验结果表明:在助燃空气被预热到600℃、煤气被预热到150℃时、风湿达到1200℃,高炉综合焦比月平均488kg/t,实现了采用纯高炉煤气的高风温和高效益。  相似文献
