采用液相化学法对聚丙烯孔板波纹填料进行表面改性,并对改性后的填料作性能测试。结果表明,改性后的聚丙烯填料表面粗糙度增大并引入含氧极性基团,其表面水接触角从88°降低至45°,临界表面张力由28×-3N/m提高到55×10-3N/m,气相总传质单元数平均增加24%,传质性能大为改善。  相似文献

对金属丝网波纹填料采用不同的方法进行表面处理 ,并以乙醇 水为物系 ,对处理前后填料层的压降△P/Z及等板高度HETP进行了测定。研究了金属丝网波纹填料表面处理对其流体力学及传质性能的影响。研究结果表明 ,金属丝网波纹填料经表面处理后 ,其流体力学性能无明显变化 ,传质性能在回流比R =1下 ,提高了 11% ,在回流比R =5下 ,提高了 8%。由此可见 ,在低液体负荷下 ,金属丝网波纹填料的表面处理更具有优越性。  相似文献

在内径为500mm有机玻璃塔中,以空气,水为物系,对金属IMPAC-1型填料的流体力学及传质性能进行了实验研究,获得了该填料的几何特性,流体力学及传质性能数据,与INTALOXDG50相比,传质性能提高近20%以上,为方便工业应用,对数据进行了关联。  相似文献

<正>塔填料是填料塔中气液接触的基本构件,表面润湿性能是填料的重要应用性能。填料可采用陶瓷、金属和塑料等不同材质,就表面润湿性能而言,以陶瓷制最好,塑料制最差。 对塑料填料表面进行处理的研究表明,填料经表面处理后,可使润湿性能得到较大的提高,但尚未见有关金属填料表面处理和其润湿性能的研究报道。本文用物理方法和化学方法处理金属填料表面,测定研究了其润湿及传质性能。  相似文献

合理的操作是优化设计的保证,本文从这一角度对填料吸收塔作了一些探讨。分别采用空气-水系统和空气-氨-水系统对16mm×16mm×2mm瓷拉西环填料塔的流体力学性能和传质性能进行了综合实验研究。研究结果表明:若填料层内存有污垢,相同气速下的压降增加40%~260%;接近泛点气速下进行传质操作效率最佳;泛点气速的实测值与计算值相比偏差在5%以内。此外,本文还提出合理确定传质操作过程稳定时间的方法。  相似文献

The performance of a rotating packed bed (RPter solutioB) with three kinds of packings was investigated using alcohol/wan under continuous distillation conditions at atmospheric pressure. The effects of average high gravity factor (β), reflux ratio (R), and feedstock flux (F) on mass-transfer in distillation were examined separately. Experimental results indicated that the total number of theoretical units (NTU) of RPB increased with β, R, and F.Of the three kinds of packings, the wave thread packing of stainless steel (Packing-Ⅲ)-had the best mass transfer efficiency with the height equivalent of a theoretical plate (HETP) of approximately 7.35 mm- 23.58 ram, whereas the corrugated disk pacing of stainless steel,(Packing Ⅰ) had the worst one with the HETP of about 13.4 mm-48.07 mm.Correlations were cleveloped to describe the mass transfer efficiency for packings Comparing.experimental data with the data calculated by correlation, the average deviate obtained for each packing was 0.72%, 1.98%, and 2.7%, respectively, implying that the accuracy of correlations developed was reasonable.  相似文献

Distillation with multitudinous structured packings has shown great potential for chemical separation. However, there still remains a big challenge to prepare porous structured packings with more productive separation and better mass transfer efficiency due to materials limitations. Metal–organic framework (MOF) membranes have commendable porous structures that provide enough pathways for fast mass transport and superhydrophobic character for efficient separation. Herein, novel MOFs-based hollow fiber structured packings were fabricated by a facile two-step blending and post-coating method and successfully applied in alcohol/water distillation. The ZIF-8 nanoparticles with high surface area and hydrophobic framework in PDMS matrix greatly accelerated mass transfer rate of membrane. Especially, as hydrophobic ZIF-8/PDMS layer was coated on the inner surface of fibers, the wetting behavior of membranes can be effectively prevented. The prepared ZIF-8/PDMS structured packings can be easily operated far above the normal flooding limit and held the height of mass transfer unit as small as desired.  相似文献

为了研究低表面张力物系在高比表面积的规整填料塔中的流体力学性能和传质性能,选用正庚烷-甲基环己烷物系,在内径400mm的不锈钢精馏塔中对Mellapak 500Y和750Y型规整填料进行全回流精馏实验。通过测定气相负荷从小到大直至液泛的过程,得到了不同操作条件下的压降、泛点气速、传质效率的数据,给定了操作的极限。结果表明:750Y填料的传质效率优于500Y填料,但稳定性比500Y填料差,处理量比500Y填料小。且实验中气相负荷递增变化时的传质效率略低于气相负荷递减变化时的传质效率。同时,为了考察传质效率随塔高的变化,填料塔在不同高度处设置了4个取样口,测定了不同取样口中样品的组成。通过分析传质效率随塔高的变化,阐述了不同负荷范围内气相总体积传质系数沿塔高的变化规律。  相似文献

根据液相在波纹规整填料片上呈现渗流、膜状流等不同的流动方式,选择5种不同的波纹规整填料对其流体力学和传质性能进行研究,以探究液相在波纹片上的流动方式对波纹规整填料性能的影响.研究结果表明,液相呈渗流流动的泡沫碳化硅波纹规整填料(SCFP型)有利于液体横向扩散和液膜均匀分布,当液相喷淋密度和气相F因子均较小时,其压降最低,传质效率最高;液相主要呈渗流流动、兼有膜状流动的双层错孔丝网填料(DMⅢ型)有利于波纹片两侧液体交换,强化液体在流动过程中的扰动,其压降及传质性能略逊于SCFP型填料;液相主要呈膜状流动的BX型、DMⅠ型及DMⅡ型填料波纹片表面液膜较厚,横向扩散能力差,其传质效率低于SCFP型和DMⅢ型填料.研究揭示了依靠渗流作用的波纹规整填料具有较好的应用性能,为波纹规整填料的进一步发展开拓了新思路.  相似文献

采用氧解吸实验,在直径190 mm的有机玻璃塔内,液相喷淋密度10~38 m3·m-2·h-1,F因子0.2~3.2 m·s-1·(kg·m-30.5的实验条件下测定了一种新型垂直板规整填料的流体力学及传质性能。实验结果表明:垂直板填料的操作压降及传质性能均显著优于商业波纹填料。通过与几种经改进的250型波纹填料相比发现,两者泛点F因子整体上相当;在较高液体喷淋密度下,垂直板填料传质性能及压降均高于改进250型波纹填料;在低喷淋密度下,垂直板填料可实现压降低于改进250型波纹填料,而两者传质性能相当。此外,对填料结构改进对其性能的影响进行了单因素考察。  相似文献

本文在直径5.2 cm的有机玻璃填料式氧合器中,分别填充几种自制小填料(6mm不锈钢O网环,6 mm PVC拉西环,以及7 mm PTFE拉西环等填料),进行血液-O_2的物理吸收实验。以体积传质系数k_Lα和溶血程度作为填料的性能指标,对所用填料进行综合评价与筛选。实验结果表明:在所选填料中,以7 mm PTFE拉西环的性能为最佳。  相似文献

Packings with vertical walls, especially structured packings, are distinguished by their high efficiency and low pressure drop per mass transfer unit. Yet for these types of packings there is still no universal relationship for calculating gas-film-controlled mass transfer coefficients. The present work proposes such an equation. For arranged and structured packings the new equation fits the experimental data, both new results and those taken from the literature, with a mean error of 9%.  相似文献

A study of mass transfer to regular packings by the electrochemical technique is presented in this paper. The excellent properties of radial mixing were verified and the correlation for mass transfer rate was also obtained. It was found that the energy efficiency, which is represented by the LeGoff number, is higher than that of other packings due to the low pressure drop shown by these arrangements.  相似文献

The mass transfer characteristics of 3·5, 7·3, 10·16 and 15·6 cm i.d. packed liquid—liquid extraction columns were studied with a variety of packings such as, 38, 12 and 1 in. ceramic Raschig rings, 58 in. stainless steel Raschig rings, 12 and 1 in. ceramic Intalox saddles, 58 and 1 in. stainless steel Pall rings, and 1 in. polypropylene Intalox saddles and Pall rings. Some data were also obtained for the co-current mode of operation (up-flow) for packed columns, and without packings. In addition the mass transfer charactersitics of a packed extraction column with film flow were studied.The theory of extraction accompanied by a fast pseudo-first order reaction was employed to measure the values of effective interfacial area. The values of overall (continuous and/or dispersed phase) mass transfer coefficient were measured by the Colburn—Welsh technique. A fairly wide range of physical properties of the two phases was covered.The values of overall (continuous phase) mass transfer coefficient and effective interfacial area for new packings such as Pall rings and Intalox saddles, under otherwise similar conditions, are only about 10 and 35 per cent higher, respectively, than those provided by the conventional packings of the same nominal size. However, the flooding velocities for the newer packings are as much as 80 per cent higher than those for the conventional packings of the same nominal size.  相似文献
