State primary standard of units of mass (mole) fraction and mass (molar) concentration of a component in liquid and solid substances and synthetic materials on the basis of coulometric titration

Results from the development of State Primary Standard GET 176–2010 based on the method of coulometric titration are presented. The physical principles of the method, composition, metrological characteristics, and results of international comparisons of the new standard are considered.

Contemporary status of the state primary standard of the unit of mass

The results of studies designed to improve the State Primary Standard of the unit of mass are considered. In terms of precision of reproduction and stability, the Russian prototype of the kilogram corresponds to the best world analog. Modern electronic comparators of the mass from the world’s leading firms are introduced into the standard.     

State primary standard for the unit of direct current,the ampere

The new state primary standard for direct current is described, together with its block diagram and accuracy parameters. The accuracy of realization is improved by two orders of magnitude (standard deviation 5–10^–8, residual systematic error 2·10^–7).
