采用离子束溅射反应沉积技术,以高纯N2 为工作气体,利用在不同气压下产生的离子束轰击石墨靶,在石英基片上溅射出的碳原子与氮离子反应,沉积出a- CNx 薄膜.在室温下,研究薄膜的暗电导和在卤素光源照射下的光电导、光响应增益、响应时间等性质,以及制备工艺和掺杂、氢化对这些性质的影响及关系.实验结果表明:未掺杂的a- CNx 薄膜的光响应增益达1 8,磷掺杂薄膜的光响应增益为3.0 ,经过氢化处理的未掺杂a- CNx 薄膜的光响应增益为30 ,光响应时间大约为30 0 s.  相似文献

目的:观察视网膜激光光凝对Eales病患者的疗效。方法:对37例Eales病(53眼)行视网膜激光光凝治疗,比较术前、术后最佳矫正视力及荧光素眼底血管造影变化。结果:31眼(58.4%)最佳矫正视力提高1-5行,22眼41.6%)视力无变化;47眼(88.7%)荧光眼底血管造影见视网膜新生血管完全退缩消失,但有10眼(18.9%)需要多次激光光凝治疗;另有4眼(8%)行玻璃体手术后完成激光光凝治疗。结论:视网膜激光光凝治疗是Eales病最可靠的治疗措施,它能导致视网膜新生血管的退缩,在一些病人中玻璃体手术将进一步提高疗效。  相似文献

Effects of differently surface-treated indium-tin-oxide (ITO) electrodes in poly[2-methoxy-5-(2′-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene] (MEH-PPV)-based polymer light-emitting electrochemical cells (LECs) were investigated. It is found that the surface properties of ITO substrates are more effectively improved by the oxygen plasma compared with other treatments. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) measurements show that the oxygen plasma treatment reduces the roughness of the ITO surface and yields more smooth and homogeneous surface. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analyses reveal that the oxygen plasma treatment increases the oxygen content and decreases the carbon content on the ITO surface. Contact angle and surface energy results indicate that the oxygen plasma treatment enhances the wettability of the ITO surface. The LECs with the oxygen plasma-treated ITO substrates exhibit the higher injection current, luminance and efficiency than that of the devices based on the ITO substrates treated in other different ways, due to the improvement of interface formation and electrical contact of the ITO electrode with the polymer blend in the LECs.  相似文献

The conditions for the formation of CuInTe2 nanoparticles in silicate matrices are studied by means of optical spectroscopy and electron microscopy. The formation of the particles of the semiconductor phase in size from 15 to 30 nm occurs at the stage of cooling of the melt and depends essentially on the composition of the vitreous matrix. The optical absorption in the infrared and visible regions of the spectrum and the effect of additional heat treatment on the formation and optical properties of the nanoparticles are studied. The changes in the optical spectra are attributed to possible changes in the type of the crystal lattice of the nanoparticles formed in the matrix.  相似文献

目的:观察应用Nd:YAG激光治疗草莓状血管瘤的疗效。方法:对342例草莓状血管瘤采用Nd:YAG激光对血管瘤病变组织照射或插入治疗,平均治疗2至3次。结果:Nd:YAG激光治疗342例草莓状血管瘤总有效率达到95%以上,对控制血管瘤的发展效果满意。结论:Nd:YAG激光治疗草莓状血管瘤疗效满意,操作方便,安全可靠。  相似文献

The microstructure of electroplated Cu thin films and the contamination with incorporated additives were investigated in dependence on the galvanostatic deposition parameters and thermal treatment. Sulfur, chlorine, and carbon were analysed as impurities by TEM, AES and SIMS. SIMS measurements revealed that at room temperature S and Cl show a local stability at their incorporation sites, whereas C is capable to segregate out of the Cu layer. Thermally treated Cu layers indicate a segregation of S and a local stability for incorporated Cl. The incorporation of impurities during Cu deposition is linked with a surface coverage of additives. With increasing time for additive adsorption on the sample surface an increased incorporation of impurities into the growing film occurs. Hence, every start of deposition leads to a significantly high incorporation of S, Cl, and C. The application of aged electrolytes generates very impure Cu layers with an increased film roughness. As a result, the recrystallization of the deposited Cu film is slowed down due to the Zehner pinning effect. The final metallization appears more fine-grained and exhibits worse electrical properties.  相似文献

目的:研究姜黄素对A549细胞凋亡的诱导作用,并探讨其可能的分子机制。方法:姜黄素处理A549细胞后,MTT法于不同时间点检测A549细胞的增殖情况;姜黄素处理A549细胞48h后,流式细胞术(Flow CytoMetry,FCM)检测A549细胞的凋亡率;30μmol/L姜黄素处理A549细胞24h、48h、72h后,RT—PCR、Western—Blot检测A549细胞中P53、Bcl2、Bax和cagpase-3基因的表达水平。结果:姜黄素对肺癌A549细胞增殖的抑制作用具有显著的浓度-时间依赖关系,30μmol/L姜黄素可诱导A549细胞凋亡。30μmoL/L姜黄素作用A549细胞24h即可引起A549细胞中P53、Bax和Caspase-3表达水平的上调,48h后可引起Bcl2表达水平的下调,诱导A549细胞凋亡。结论:30μmol/L姜黄素可诱导A549细胞凋亡,其机制可能与促进P53、Bax和Caspase-3基因的表达,抑制Bcl2基因的表达有关。  相似文献

该文提出一种利用数值模拟和简单热处理实验相结合来预测热吸收系数的方法,对碳钢,铝合金,镁合金在不同热处理条件下的热吸收系数进行预测,预测结果和热量计的测量结果显示很好的一致性。和传统的能量吸收系数的测量方法相比,避免了复杂的试件准备和仪器设备,该方法具有简单,可行,满足实际需要的特点。  相似文献

本文报导应用Nd-YAG激光机对320例不同类型鼻出血患者进行治疗观察,结果表明;Nd-YAG激光通过控制照射时间,调节激光输出功率及采用不同治疗步骤对鼻出血的治疗有较好疗效,治愈率达94%,故认为Nd-YAG激光治疗鼻出血具有方法简单,操作方便,病人痛苦小,止血确切,无并发症等优点。  相似文献

Two distinct, rigorous views of cryptography have developed over the years, in two mostly separate communities. One of the views relies on a simple but effective formal approach; the other, on a detailed computational model that considers issues of complexity and probability. There is an uncomfortable and interesting gap between these two approaches to cryptography. This paper starts to bridge the gap, by providing a computational justification for a formal treatment of encryption. Screen printing is undoubtedly the most cost-effective process for the fabrication of large-sized carbon nanotube field emission display (CNT-FED). A novel post-treatment method in NaCl electrolyte was presented to solve the problem of poor field emission characteristics of printed CNT films. Compared to those of untreated films, the turn-on electric field of the treated film decreased from 2.4 to 1.4 V/μm and the total emission current of the treated film that has the same printing area as the untreated one increased from ∼100 to ∼1800 μA. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Raman spectrum study revealed that field emission characteristics are enhanced by two factors. Firstly, the NaCl electrolyte treatment appeared to render the CNT surfaces more activey by exposing more CNTs from the CNT film. Secondly, the numerous defects of CNTs of the CNT film were increased by electrical current energy.  相似文献

Vanadium-doped GaN (GaN:V) have been elaborated by metalorganic chemical vapour deposition (MOCVD). We have used vanadium tetrachloride (VCl4) to intentionally incorporate vanadium (V) during the crystal growth of GaN. The films were grown on sapphire substrate with tow procedures. A series of layers were elaborated under nitrogen (N2) and another under hydrogen (H2). For the growth of GaN:V in hydrogen atmospheric, we have used the SiN treatment consisting of an exposure of sapphire substrate to a mixture of ammonia (NH3) and silane (SiH4). In-situ laser reflectometry analysis show that the surface morphology of layers depends on VCl4 flow rate and the growth conditions. The experiments show that the quality of the grown layers (as measured with X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and photoluminescence (PL) increases under N2.  相似文献
